I have ordered my shoes from Zappos on a regular basis and the quality and service is wonderful! I've never had a complaint and I love the exchange policy. A couple of years ago - I had ordered some shoes and they were too tight, I had to return them twice, but without hesitation Zappos replaced them at their cost to ship. Thank you Zappos.

Let's start with the pros. The quality of the shoes is superb! Zappos has the best customer service ever. Every time I order from zappos.com they always exceed my expectations, the shoes look great online but they look even better live. Now with the cons. None!

I really like this shoe. It's not super thick and poofy like most other skate shoes, which allows the shoe to have a more slim streamline look. It's really well made, and sturdy. The 14 fits me perfect, runs true to size.

First comes first. Zappos is simply amazing! By far the best company I've had to deal with over the internet. Shoes arrived shortly, and looked great. The black/carbon is slick, and seems very durable. The comfort level is great as well. I ordered a size 10.5, given I knew skate shoes usually run half a size small. However, to my surprise, this particular shoe ran a full size smaller than listed. No problem though, I called Zappos right away, and was connected to a wonderful agent which took care of my problem in full. Great company to do business with and awesome shoes! Totally recommend this pair to any skater.

This shoe has survived just about everything an active 17 year old can throw at it for over 6 months. Definitely a value buy.

I bought these shoes for my son and he loves them! Definitely worth the money. They are really comfortable and look good and the last pair we bought lasted 18 months and he practically slept in them!

We purchased these shoes for our son; he is 10 and very active. We like the fact that they are leather and he really likes the color scheme - he's gotten a lot of compliments. Here's what I like - our son has wide feet. There are only so many brands that have a wide last or foot bed. Etnies are one and it seems he's really comfortable in these as well. We tried to find shoes at our local boardshop, but size 5 is really hard because of limited styles. Zappos is a great second choice if you can't buy local. They have fast turnaround and free shipping so you can try them on and if they don't work out - you don't get penalized.

My son has several pairs of this brand and loves them. Good looking, comfortable but not a light shoe. Love that Zappos carries this brand, not only is it cheaper but they carry the size 14 we needed!

Comfortable shoes. Some of the better DCs I have owned. DCs tend to wear out soon on the sole, but I haven't noticed that yet. Solid construction. Very comfortable.

First I just have to say, I LOVE THESE SHOES!!!! I skate in them very aggressively, and they lasted me six months. They are extremely comfortable and very durable. I had to buy three new pairs of shoelaces before I even wore an ollie hole in them. The only thing is that if you are going to skate them, the vulcanized rubber around the bottom of the shoe wears down really quickly. Overall, these shoes are comfortable, stylish, durable, and amazing in general. ORDER THEM NOW!!!!

Great sneaker, love the color combo. My picky teenage son loves them. I think they run a bit smaller than other DC sneaks we've gotten, so we returned them for a size up. Zappos is wonderful to deal with, the exchange was a breeze!

Really well made shoe, lots of lateral support, and they seem like they're going to be pretty durable for the long-term. It's my first pair of DC's, and I couldn't be happier with them. Plus, an old guy wearing red shoes has been all kinds of fun.
