I have bought this shoe for the past 6 years as part of my son's school uniform. They are true to size and last all year. He will grow out of them before they wear. They have survived New England weather. I was highly disappointed when they were no longer available on Timberland's website. I'm thrilled to find them here!

Great shoe! This is our second time buying this shoe. My son uses it for his school uniform, casual or dress up attire. Excellent service too. I was shocked when the shoe arrived the next day after I ordered it!

Classic shoe dresses up or down - A little bigger than average for size. Shipped in one day! Incredible!

I love this shoe!!! My son is a hard fit, but loved these shoes! Held up well and would definitely get another pair. I hope they make larger sizes.

My kid loved them - Very comfortable and true to size. He is very picky with the kind of shoes he wears and had no problems or complains about this one.

I am happy with the price point for the shoes. They look great, the service was quick, but my son complains that they aren't comfortable. He's only 8, so trying to get him to explain what comfort is, is difficult. He wears them without complaining, but complains when he has to wear them over his other broken in loafers.

Nice slip-on shoe - Well made shoe, good stitching and padding, seems comfy, easy to get on and off. Slip-on design leaves no way to adjust fit however so getting the right size may be important. We got it a little big to have growing room and the heel slips out a bit now, but at this age we will outgrow it in a few months.

Very hard to get on feet but fit great once on. It's mid-October, and they still look as great as they did on the 1st day of school. My son wears these daily for school uniform, and I thought they would stretch out so he could slip them on more easily by now but they haven't.

I ordered the size my son usually wears, but the shoe was too tight and stiff to get on/off his feet easily. They were not comfortable to him. Unfortunately, I am returning the shoes. I plan to try a half size larger because they are very nice looking shoes.

Do not last - I bought these shoes for my son in kindergarten. He wore them every day as part of his uniform . . . until they fell apart. These may be good "church" shoes, but I expected more for the price.

My 9 year old said he would not wear these shoes. He has medium width, but these shoes were hard to get on and were very tight. Will have to send them back, unfortunately.

Look good but don't last - I loved the look of these shoes that I actually gave them a second shot after the first pair fell apart within two months. Unfortunately, I should have learned my lesson the first time around as the second pair came apart at the seams just as quickly. This year, I'm going back to Merrells!

These are smart looking, comfortable dress shoes for a rugged boy - this is our second pair! My son needs a nice pair of shoes for dress-up or to go with school dress code, bur casual enough to run around on playground with ease. These are perfect!

This is a good quality shoe. The width is as says. The lining on the inside is padded and the fit is as snug as needed for a shoe without laces. I will definitely buy again when the next size is needed!

Great quality shoe for my 8 year old grandson who hates taking time to tie his shoelaces. He loves them. They are sturdy, stylish and comfortable for him and if it is raining or icy they have great traction.

My son loves these shoes! He wears these for casual dress up and they look "just like daddy's" shoes. I think they run a bit large. Likewise, my son wears athletic socks with them and says they feel great! He is also able to run around in them with comfort.

Great shoes. They are perfect for kids. I would definitely suggest waterproofing to prevent water spots. That's the only thing I could complain about. All else is great, comfortable and easy to put on.

Great shoes. My son even likes them. They are on the rugged side of dressy...perfect! He says they are comfortable, and for once, never complains about having to wear his nice shoes to church. Quality is excellent, and they are great looking.

My son wore these shoes for the whole school year last year. He never complained. Since the front of the shoe is covered in rubber, he would drag his toes along the ground. Wore out the front of the shoes before the bottom.

Really nice looking shoe. It works for any occasion, and it's made well. After a couple of wears, they're broken in, and my son never complained of discomfort.
