Love your Keds Pure Fits, but DISSAPOINTED when they get wet I love, love, LOVED the canvas slip on purefits. I bought 3 pair the beginning of summer, 2 sand and 1 white. However, got caught in a couple of rain storms and the sneakers got all yellow water stains on them when they dried. So I then washed them (real well), but when they dried (naturally-outdoors in sun)...same thing..all yellow stains. Very unhappy and will never buy these again. Am telling all my friends, because I got more compliments on these shoes and I don't want anyone else to waste their hard earned money on disposable shoes.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable. Word to the wise, if you need to wash them, don't submerge them because the liner runs.

Zappos provided fast efficient service. Manufacture of Keds, changed the style and they don't fit as snug around the foot like I want.

I bought these for my mom who has narrow feet and is hard to fit. They are very cute shoes and could be worn with shorts, casual skirts, pants etc. They fit her well but she thought the insoles were cheap feeling so she replaced the insoles with something better and they have a much more substantial feel now. Glad I bought them. They are easy to slip on for older folks.

Washing instructions - My wife complained about the same staining when they got wet. The problem may be in the products used to wash the shoes. They may contain some material that dissolves the glue. As the exposed canvas dries it draws water and the dissolved glue from behind the rubber outsole. I haven't found a laundry detergent that doesn't cause this to happen yet. However, I waited until the canvas dried completely and then sprayed the canvas lightly with dilute bleach -- not enough to get it so wet as to have let the liquid soak in behind the rubber. The soles dried rather rapidly after that.

What Happened? I've been wearing these Keds for four years and have always been happy with them. What happened to size 10? I can't seem to order them. Also, I've found that they do not hold up to more than two or three washings (with bleach). They hold stains and the rubber around the edge tends to leave stains while drying (in the sun). I would like to order more of these when you get my size.

If comfort is your only issue - This shoe was very comfortable, but seemed to run on the wide side. I am not impressed with the looks, but if comfort is your only goal it is a great shoe.

This was my first time to order with Zappos. The experience was wonderful! The shoes arrived in a timely manner and they fit very well.

Wow! Narrow shoes and they stay on my feet! I needed slip on shoes (which I never buy because they do not stay on my narrow foot), but these are fine.

I love this shoe! Perfect fit right out of the box. I have a very narrow foot and shoe shopping in a store is usually a frustrating experience. This 9N fits my foot perfectly and my heel doesn't slip when I walk. This is a very comfortable shoe for me. And I never have to leave my house when I shop at Zappos. Got them yesterday (very quickly in true Zappos form!) and put them right on! Comfortable right from minute one! Such fun to wear Keds again! True blast from the past!

I bought this shoe in W width as I have a large foot. The width is perfect. The size of the shoe runs like a sneaker rather than a formal shoe. I started with a 7 and end with a 6.

I had a pair of these shoes when I was much younger and loved them. These shoes do not disappoint, they are true to size, narrow and comfortable. I will buy more when these wear out. The only con is the arch support is a little lacking.

These are classic Keds - the best looking, best fitting, all around summer shoe since saddle shoes. They are exactly true to size and turn a white shirt and jeans into gorgeous. Get them today - you won't be sorry.

I don't know how many pair of these I've bought over the decades but every year when spring arrives, I buy another pair, sort of a tradition. I like them new, white, and spotless. They look great with leggings or shorts. These were the hot sneakers when I was a kid, and when I wear them nowadays women young and old comment on both. The Keds slip-on is all about classic style. I love them. With tanned legs, the bright white looks fabulous.

I am a true size 8.5 and I ordered an 8.5 and Wide cause of bunion toe. The shoe was too wide and too big. I sent back for an 8 medium and it fit perfectly. Hope this helps others.

I have loved this classic Keds Canvas Slip-On for decades and sincerely hope it never goes out of production. I buy it whenever I find it in solid colors, prints, stripes, you name it.

I normally wear a ten W but a 9 1/2 W in Keds is better. I wish you had the colorful keds in wide. Zappos was awesome about return.

Great slip on sneaker - went to 1/2 size larger because I wear them without socks and wash them in the wash machine.

Ordered these for my 98-yr. old mom who is still walking outside every day! She wanted these shoes for indoor use only, but alas, even "W"/D width was not wide enough for her feet, so they'll go back. Kudos, yet again, to Zappos incredibly efficient service!

Easy slip-on, but I need a bit more support. I wish there were other colors. These shoes wash well. I don't put them in the dryer; just line dry. I'm so glad the narrow fits. I plan to order new ones each summer.

My Mom recently had a second hip replacement and the hospital required shoes that slip on, have non skid soles, and full backs. These classic Keds are a good choice because they meet the requirements for the post operative physical therapy sessions. (One consideration when selecting size is the after surgery swelling in the foot/leg.) We used these same shoes 4 years ago when she had the first hip done. Thank heaven for Zappos who can be counted on to carry sometimes hard to find styles and sizes!

Love Keds, wear them all summer. Always fit well and comfortable. Zappos is amazing, received my shipment in 2 days. They cost the same on the Keds website but had to pay shipping and would have taken longer to receive.
