Extremely uncomfortable, but appealing to the eye.

Way WAY too big!!! At least 2-3 sizes too big. How can his be a women's size?

These shoes are hard to put on over socks and very stiff and uncomfortable.

Yuck. I should have ordered earlier, but I decided I wanted these to go with a certain outfit. The color was perfect, the soles were good, and they have a good fit and feel. But the insides? Really dirty down by the toes, as though someone had tried them on without sox and sent them back. I was not a happy camper. Since I wanted them immediately, I just sprayed inside, wore sox, and hoped for the best. Now they've truly been worn, by me, so I will keep them and wear them with the one outfit. But somebody ought to check carefully. As I said before, yuck!

So I have been searching for the perfect leather slip on shoe and I have to say that while I loved the look of this shoe, it was painfully uncomfortable. I wouldn't say it was too small, but I could tell right away that it was going to rub the back of my heel. In addition, the overall fit of the shoe just was not comfy. I couldn't see myself being able to do much walking in them. And really for the price, I expected them to feel better. I was really disappointed. I will be sending these back for sure!

I almost never return anything but these had to go back. They were huge in both length and width. I have another pair of canvas Vans in the same style and size that fit great. I don't know what happened on the sizing of these.

I did not yet buy this shoe, but I would try any of the VANs, except that they are not available in wide widths! Also, your search engine does not exclude them when I try to filter for wide widths, so I end up looking through a lot of shoes unnecessarily and buying nothing! Please fix the Zappos shoe filter. I want it back. That is what used to make me shop here. I could look for things and narrow to exactly those shoes I wanted. Help. I must have wide widths, no question

These run a half size bigger than stated size and don't have the correct size in stock. :(

I'm a loyal Vans fan but THESE ARE NOT LEATHER! Not the fault of Zappos, but the description clearly says leather but the shoe is actually coated canvas. Otherwise they are your standard Vans slip-ons.

Unfortunately this shearling is so different from many pairs I've purchased from your company the fit is large the comfort is less than good, from a 1-10 i would make this pair a 3

I loved the look of these perf suede shoes, but they began to tear along the sides the first day I wore them. It may have been a defective pair, but the suede is thin and doesn't hold up well to wear. Sad because I love the look of these, and they were so comfortable!

Let me begin by saying how much I love zappos, wonderful company! The shoes however we an absolute nightmare. I wore them to a concert, needless to say, I had to shove napkins in every angle of the shoe just to make through the night! Bleeding everywhere, blisters galore, if I could return them I would. So disappointed in these vans shoes:(

I'll preface by saying, I Love Vans. However I am truly disappointed with the sizing, fit, and quality of this shoe. Way too narrow, and I have a narrow foot! I wear a size 9.5W so I ordered a 10W b/c I like thick socks, tried on without said thick socks, used really thin socks to get true fit feel, and my big toe is bumping the front of the shoe! If you have ever experienced this type of situation before and wore poorly fitting shoes anyway then you know it's a matter of 24 to 36 hours before you lose your big toe nails, it's happened. Anyway, just uncomfortable and I am bummed. I am ordering a half size up, but I do not believe they will be any better fitting. Longer sure, but not a better fit. I will let you know.

I wanted a pair of white shoes and decided to go with the braided suede. They were great at first but obviously white shoes get dirty. But cleaning braided suede is not easy. You cannot clean them properly without scratching up the suede. I wish I went with a different material! I've had them for 2 weeks and they look terrible.

I purchased the lizard embossed black shoe size 6 women. I have a medium width foot and these shoes were so narrow, they scraped my bare foot while trying to take them off. I don't get how these shoes get all the rave reviews. I've tried three pair of Vans, now done.

I finally got my shoes today and they were marks already on the shoes like somebody put them on and then used the bottom of the other shoe to take off the shoe from the heel. I already waited 6 days for them so I don't want to send them back. Usually I get shoes in 2 days or less but some reason they took longer. I'm very very disappointed .

I've been buying these shows for the last few years. Every year I've had to replace them (the canvas rips apart from the rubber rim). I'm in NYC so I attributed this to heavy wear in a city environment. The last two times I've tried to replace my best up pair, I've had to return them because I am unable to fit them on my feet. Seems that they've changed the sizing or something that makes these shoes run incredibly small. It's strange that other Vans shoe styles do fit but these don't anymore.

Stay away from this pair. It is badly done. I got blisters on my heels .The shoe fits fine but they placed bad lining on the bad. But my feet got blisters on the back heels. I am traveling and I will never wear them again.

I don't understand why such good reviews for this shoe. No arch support whatsoever. They look nice but on, they're kinda like clown shoes. Tripped in them due to the thick rubber catching (toe to floor). After one day in these (worn without socks), I have friction sores on both ankles over the achilles tendon. Would return them if I could.

The users posting negative reviews from the sole tearing/coming unglued within a week are accurate. I have now had TWO pairs of these and the same thing happened with each pair. These are a super rad style so please vans please fix this!
