I've owned 2 to 4 million pairs of old school slip-on Vans dating back 40+ years. I started as a skater and now powerlift in them. I have 8 pairs of size 13 CANVAS slip-ons. This particular shoe is made out of some stretchy material that warps out to a size 15 Triple Wide. They are completely unwearable even as slippers. They just suck. They look cool, but they suck. Hard.
Of course I threw the box away before I even tried them on because silly me I thought they'd fit like all the rest. Can't even return them.

I own 10+ pairs of vans and these are the worst. After 1 time of normal/casual wear, the checkers in the front wore off. After wearing a few more times, most of the checkers in the front are gone. Being that the reason for purchasing this particular shoe is for the design, it was extremely disappointing that it wore away after a few times of wearing!

I could not get the shoe on my foot. It was plenty big, but the opening was WAY too small. The elastic barely stretches and the back is grippy, so it's basically impossible to slide my foot in. I wouldn't be surprised by this if it were some rando company, but Vans has sold millions of this style of shoe. I can't be the first person with this problem?

These are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Beyond being way too small, they are almost impossible to get on without pinching your fingers (ouch!) and the back rim cuts painfully into your heel. Just torture.

website picture has the shoe as olive green/black checker slip ons. We received olive green and white checkered slip ons. I went to check the picture/wording...it is listed as green/white but indeed the picture is green/black. Zappos no longer offers 1 day shipping....I am stuck with these shoes since my kid has to go back to school and we need something on his feet ASAP!

Very narrow; I couldn't even get it on! I ordered several 7.5 in different styles and had to check this one twice to see if I'd accidentally ordered a 5 or 6. It was so much smaller than the other 7.5s I still think it might be a mistake in the tag. Very cute shoe though! I was really bummed that it didn't fit.

I'm so frustrated! I bought a pair of these that I loved, wore through the heel, so bought another pair in the same size, but the hole to slip your foot in is about 1/2 inch shorter than the originals, and my feet will NOT go in. I'm really, really disappointed!
