Felt tight. Even hard to get on vs easily slipping on. Will be returning.

I wore the shoes at home and to our grandson's baseball games, feeling very comfortable. So, taking them to DC for 4-day vacation that would include extensive daily walking seemed like a given. On Sunday, June 9, 2019, 2 grandchildren and I arrived in rainy DC. I wore the Vans with low-cut socks and was surprised to develop a sizable, bleeding blister on my left heel after walking only about 1 mile. Most significantly, my feet unexpectedly slipped on a wet street gate while walking with my 15 and 8-year-old grandchildren and fell flat on my back. I am a 70-year-old female who did not, luckily, break any bones because of 10 years of weight lifting. However, I have taken nsaids since Sunday evening and continue to have pain in the palm of my left hand and lower back. Using stairs and standing from a sitting position are painful. If Vans can only be worn in dry conditions I have wasted money. I will be unable to attend classes at the gym for at least a week or two.

Great looking shoe. The black leather looks nice along with the contrast of the color of the inner lining of the shoe. Pretty comfortable for the most part. If you're prone to fatigue or require more arch support the shoes may be a little uncomfortable after a while. Overall pretty great and stylish pair of slip ons.

I felt like these are larger than the size I wear in other shoes. Other than the fit, they held up very well.

These are the only vans I’ve had to get a size bigger than what I normally wear. I wear a 12 in women, I had to go up to a 13.

Great retro style with nice variety of colors!

Bought for my daughter... needed a half size up from her normal size. She loves them and gets lots of compliments on them.

This is my first pair of Vans. I wanted a comfortable slip-on pair of shoes for traveling, etc. and these fit the bill. It is true what others have said that they have a wide toe box and I love this about them as this is a style I search for in all my running shoes, etc. (I don't have particularly wide feet, just love the extra room) - you can definitely notice the difference when comparing them to Converse all stars which are narrower in the toe region. It's also true that they run quite large - I am typically in between a size 9.5-10, usually a 10 in most shoes. Therefore since people said they ran large I ordered the 9.5 thinking that would be perfect. These were actually big and I ended up exchanging them for a 9. While I haven't worn them a lot yet they are very comfortable in the times I've tried them.

Really like these classic Vans slip-ons. While they don't have much support or cushioning, they're comfortable enough. Love the style with the black and grey material. Definitely my new go-to sneaker.

They are Vans. What else can I say? Fun shoe. Wish they had more more arch support.

My daughter loved these shoes, unfortunately they were about a half size smaller than she expected and had to be returned. Even worse...they didn’t have them in the next half size in stock. Sad day?

Gets dirty really easily

These shoes are really cute and pretty comfortable, but they are just so huge! I had already worn them a couple times when I felt like they are too big looking for me. They fit right but just look so huge on me. Cute and nice, but I just wish I would've tried a half smaller size.

Good looking casual slip on. Love the black/gray look. Unfortunately much too big for my feet. I'm hoping to exchange for a smaller size, but if not available this will be returned.

Love these leather shoes. They are wearing well and still look new after wearing quite a lot. Very comfortable. If you’re looking for a shoe with lots of support, Bans probably aren’t a great choice but I like wearing them and have had several pairs.

I normally wear an 8 in womens but decided to order half a size down because I have a narrow heel. They fit perfectly...more like an 8 though. I’m super impressed that they do not skip on my narrow heel.

Bought these for my daughter who absolutely loved them. Only issue was she had to send the originals back and order a half size larger. Zappos made that super easy though so no complaints!

I bought these for my grandaughter...per her request lol. She wears a 5 but they were way too small. Ordered another pair for her in a 6 and they fit fine. So my take is these run about a size small. She loves them!

I was hesitant to order Vans after reading several reviews that said the shoes were narrow. I ordered my normal size, 8.5, and they are very comfortable. No problems with the width. Normal fit.

It’s everything you want it to be: comfortable, fun, matches easily with lots of looks. Very happy with this purchase.
