Vans came quickly as promised. When I opened them I found that I had misjudged the size I needed. Zappos replaced them with a different size right away. Great customer service, great product, fast shipping.

These are some really nice looking shoes. The soles are a little hard at first, but once broken in, they fit good. Also, just an fyi for anyone buying the black/black (which look like dark grey on black), the checkered part of the shoe has a shiny look to them. Sorta plastic-y.. Not as “matte” as I’d like… guess it’s the paint? Regardless, still a good looking shoe. Oh there’s also a leather-type liner along the inside heel. Nice touch. Happy shopping!

Had been looking at these shoes for quite awhile and decided to purchase the black/black slides. I am glad I did. I like the way they look and the way they feel. They go well with jeans or even an occasional casual pair of slacks. I will definitely buy another pair of these when the pair I have wears out! The only problem I have with the shoes is that I am very flat footed and when I wear them (to teach in) and stand all day my feet get sore by the end of the day, but that is a foot problem, not the shoes problem. They also seemed to be a little tighter than other size 14 shoes I wear so I may order a size larger next time.

I have been looking for these shoes for years. They took one wearing to feel like they were made just for me. The sizing runs a wee bit small. Order the next size up if you are like me - a between size and like toe room.

Bought these shoes for my son, HE LOVES them, they are exactly the same as the ones we get at the mall, at a fraction of the price, PLUS we don't have to waste gas driving to the mall, not to mention avoiding the crowds.

Great fit true to size! If you know how vans fit, then you will love the way these fit and feel, with or without socks. No blisters or irritations either way. Light, breathable, and comfortable. Of course, if you not looking for arch support. Great shoe.

I was very skeptical of these shoes. They looked great (Spicoli says "Hi"), but prior Chuck Taylor/Converse-style shoes have always killed my feet. But with Zappos' great return policy, I was willing to take a risk. I wanted an everyday shoe that would hold up to walking about 1 mile to and from campus and something that would go with a lot of outfits. These shoes have held up after about 90 days. My feet never get blisters and the back of my heels never get sore. So far so good! The build quality of these shoes could be a little better (I'm thinking they will last 1.5 years at the absolute maximum) and it would be nice to be able to put in your own insole, but overall I'm very happy with these shoes. Also, if you have any questions, @Zappos_Service on Twitter is amazing.

These shoes are pretty awesome. I have been looking for a pair of unique shoes to take almost everywhere. I wanted casual shoes that I could take to formal occasions. I wanted comfortable shoes that looked custom-made. These shoes fit the bill perfectly.

I just got these things. they are ridiculously comfortable. I needed some really light shoes so I could play faster on my double bass pedals on my drum set. These aren't only good. They are EPIC!!!

I've had several pairs of these slip-ons, so I knew what to expect. I wear these everywhere I go. I love the crisp new pattern on the classic shoe. I'm totally satisfied with these. The first pair I ordered were a little small. I had to order these a 1/2 size larger than all of the other Vans slip-ons I've owned. Maybe they changed their sizing a bit recently.

I noticed that a lot of these orders were for kids...but not mine! I'm 29 and I love these. I got the black and white checkered and I couldn't be happier with them. Easy to slip on and very comfy.

My 10 year old daughter loves these! They are comfortable, cute and more fun to wear than regular tennis shoes. Love Zappos! The service is incomparable.

Zappos has the best customer service I have come across in a long time. I have ordered the Vans Slip-On shoes which were shipped and arrived on the specified date. I had to send them back and re-order due to ordering a wrong size. The call was taken so gracefully and provided with a return address label and free shipping and correct size was shipped overnight. I really appreciate their professional as well as polite response. I really felt I did the right thing in ordering stuff from Zappos and will be doing it again and again. Congratulations Zappos on your extraordinary customer service and the range of merchandise, which I felt was reasonably priced.

Review Text: I ordered these Vans Slip-on as a Christmas gift. The order was placed promptly and I received it within four days. Everything was exactly as I ordered with no returns. I will definitely order from Zappos again. It is one of the best companies I have dealt with.

We bought these Vans for my 11 year old daughter. She loves them! Purple is her favorite color and they look great on her. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. She loves them so much we bought another pair for her for her birthday in solid purple.

I have ordered several times from Zappos and can\'t praise them enough for their prompt shipping and service. I especially like their free shipping and return policy although I have never needed to return anything. They have such a wide selection of different types of shoes that it would be impossible not to find what you are looking for.

I ordered the wrong size for my boyfriend so a return was needed. A return label was printed right off my computer and I was notified via email when store credit was issued to me since I just needed a different size. When I reordered I called the customer service line to make sure I applied the store credit correctly. I was told I was upgraded to a VIP status and I received the reorder the very next day! The shoes look great, my boyfriend loves them and wears them almost every day! Thanks Zappos for your outstanding customer service and quality product! I will buy again!

Always a great shoe! Not the best if you have really narrow feet, but these shoes are comfortable and great to wear with casual and formal attire!

I absolutely love my Classic Slip On Vans! They are super comfortable and durable and you can just slip them on and go; they look good with everything! Except a dress.

Vans Classic Slip-Ons worked for me in 1989 as a kid and they\'re just as good now. The heel resists buckling when slipping the shoe on and off, and the elastic remains resilient even when using this shoe as a daily wearer. Even though this is a slip-on, I\'ve walked miles in them at a time and my feet were okay. They don\'t have the same support as a lace up or buckles, but they\'re tight enough to ride a bike in. Expect the white sole to get a little dirty if you wear them in the rain. All in all, a great buy.

Love the shoes! Everyone I know loves them and wants a pair now. I got the black and white, and got my boyfriend the gray and black. The only complaint I have is that they are a tad bit narrow through the foot, but not enough for discomfort.

I ordered these for my 14-year old son. He loves them. They were comfortable right from the box and he got many compliments on them the first few weeks. The color is certainly more toward purple than we expected, but that was great as far as my son was concerned. Purple is pretty "in" as a complementary color for young teen boys, I guess. He's had them for over a month and they seem to be holding up well, too.
