I was looking for a substantial and +/- stylish alternative to lace-up athletic shoes for very casual wear. I really like the look of slip-on Vans but returned these for 3 reasons: 1) the men’s 7/women’s 8.5 were too big; 2) the canvas checkerboard style looked better than the solid leather; and 3) the leather ones smelled to high heaven - they had a very strong chemical odor right out of the box. Yuck. This was a dealbreaker even if they had fit. Sent them back.

Fit well and pretty comfy for a men’s shoe. The top inside scratched the top of my foot but I put a little moleskin tape on it and it’s fine.

I had to order several pairs before I could get the right sizing. I normally wear a 9.5/10 women’s but ended up with the 8.5 women’s.

Comfy, stylish shoe! Had to return the first time, 9.5 was too large but a 9 was just right!

Absolutely love the Yacht Club colorway. Would love to see it in Lite Ultracush version. Like standard slip ons they do take some time to break in. I ran 2mi (to break in) with no socks after 3 days of wearing. Bad idea. Got blisters where the elastics are sewn inside. Recommended to wear socks until broken in. It may feel a bit narrow at first but will stretch out soon. So don’t size up unless you have wide feet.

I have flat feet so I love flat shoes. These vans are super cool and they came in less than 24 hours after placing the order. Will be buying again!

Pink checkerboard is more taupe/beige than pink as it looks in the photo. Very cute shoe.

Too big. Not enough support. love the look. I just need a shoe with a lot of support and an arch support. Wish someone would make one that looked like this.

Bought these for my wife... these tend to suit narrow feet better. We went a half size up and she felt they fit a bit better.

Loved the look of these shoes, really cute. Thought because they're unisex size they might be wide enough but they were tight. So cute I might go up a size.

These shoes are hard to put on over socks and very stiff and uncomfortable.

I know everybody loves Vans,but these make my feet look long and funny,size 7.5.They also buckled a bit around the top. Just not for me I guess. Also the picture looked pinker than this blaze red!
