Tried several hi tops and preferred the Supra to the classic vans. I didn't find these stylish enough or comfortable enough.

Floppy compared the suede/canvas sk8-hi core classics that I love. Cute color(purple). Doesn't hold its shape, has plasticy white material lining the ankle that is very uncomfortable with shorter socks.

Zappos a fantastic well run company! The shoes arrive so fast you can't believe it. The return policy is good, fast,and easy too. The one drawback I've encountered is that the companies making the shoes I've purchased, mostly in China of course don't know how to utilize a standard measurement standard called shoe size. I've repeatedly ordered my size, a very common men's 10.5 US which I've had for 40 years and the shoes are too small. I've had to go 1/2 a size bigger or a full size at times. Other times even 2 sizes up was too small. There is something very wrong with that. However it's typical of cheap Chinese manufacturing methods. That must be a real pain for a good company like Zappos.

If you are a woman who needs a wide shoe and buy men's models to get it, this line will not work for you. I ordered a men's 9.5/women's11 and the toe box is too narrow. I don't know if many men can wear this shoe. It definitely is not a D width. It's going back and I will not buy this brand again.

I was really excited to get these shoes. I ordered a size 7 because i'm normally a size 7 but they were too tight and fit too small and left blisters on my feet :(

I love vans, they're my go to shoe. When looking for a new pair, I chose to go with brown to match some outfits. However, when they arrived they were more maroon than brown. Will return for another pair

Daily middle school use, as part of a compulsory uniform. Not used for PE or sports. Uppers completely separated from soles. 2 stars for comfort.

Just received these and they are not monochromatic. The suede upper is more of a muted sage green, while the sole is kind of a brownish green. Too bad - the grey mono hi's I own are a perfect color match top and bottom. These are going back.

They're actually grey. Your have to like study the shoe to see any of the green in them. I also thought the leather around the ankle was uncomfortable.

Love the look of this shoe for my son, but after just a few wears, the rubber and canvas are coming apart at the crease where the foot bends. Disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of this shoe.

I totally LOVE these shoes but I literally wore them less than 10 times and the velvet is tearing apart on top. I haven't been rough on them at all either.

The shoes are high tops, which should absolutely require a pull on loop in the back of the shoe. As I am not an extortionist, it required that I unlace each shoe almost completely. If I was in an airport at TSA, I would miss my flight trying to put these on.

The shoes look great fit great but don't hold up great.
First day I wore them and the velvet tunnel for the laces to go through broke with tying them. Now the tongue falls to one side or the other
