These shoes were shipped quickly and were exactly as represented. They are comfortable (I recently wore them to walk around my city for the whole day, covering several miles, and was totally comfortable) and go with both casual and office-appropriate clothes (I wear them with a solid colored blazer or dress).

My daughter ordered a size 9 for herself and a size 8 for me. She kept the size 8 because the shoe runs 1 size too big. She is always a true size 9. I wear a 7.5 or 8 size shoe, and have a size 7 in this style.

I have one normal foot and one that swells every day. This shoe adjusts to my feet perfectly and helps to keep swelling down. Have been wearing them for at least six years and will cotinue.

This is my first pair of Sperry Topsiders and I am pleased with my selection. While the fit is slightly snug (not uncomfortably so) I can tell that it will loosen up quickly so I am glad I went with my usual size in this shoe. I have narrow heels, a high instep, and longer toes and this shoe accommodates all three problem areas. Also, the straightforward classic design is really attractive. I am sure the handmade version of this shoe must be awesome!

I'm going whale watching this weekend and decided I needed a pair of real boat shoes :) My friend immediately directed me to Sperry and the authentic original topsiders. I purchased them in navy, and at her direction, a half-size smaller than i normally wear. They are PERFECT. They're comfortable, a perfect fit, and while I'm still getting used to the look/style, I'm really glad I purchased them and can't wait to get some serious use out of them. Definitely buy them a half size smaller, as they seem to instantly mold and stretch to fit your foot.

I purchased this shoe to walk around the city on a recent trip. I didn't have time to break them in, and they were very comfortable. I walked all day with no problems. I wore 'no see' socks ( I prefer Ked's) with them. My 16 year old daughter approved (with shorts or capri's, not pants).

I love the shoe and have worn them you years. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have Sahara in 7.5 wide. I had to settle for the dark brown. I don't like that nearly as well but going sailing shortly and couldn't wait.

after buying my first pair (montauks) a month ago and falling in love with them, i decided i wanted another pair. i love the classic look of these and again...can't believe how incredibly comfortable they are! i originally wanted a pair of sperrys to slip on in the mornings when i go take my dog out. living by the beach gets real wet and i've almost slipped and fallen in my ballet flats. these have the traction needed and are so comfortable. i am now addicted to these amazing shoes...i want more!

I've had one pair of these for 5 years. They're comfortable and durable. Simply great shoes.

I purchased a pair of these in metallic for my honeymoon. They are ridiculously comfy, easy to break-in and easy to pair with shorts, dresses and skirts. I literally climbed to the tops of fortresses across Europe in these and my feet were happy as clams. I loved them so much, when I got home, I ordered them in another color.

I bought these shoes and the first time I wore them I went to the Columbus Zoo and walked all day. No complaints. They were like wearing a pair of shoes I had wore and broke in. I love,love,love these shoes. I would recommend these shoes 100%.

I bought these shoes in the rose gold, and absolutely love them! This is my second pair of Sperry's, and they never disappoint. I've only worn them a few times, but they are so comfortable and I've already gotten so many compliments on them. I got a 1/2 size down from my usual, and they fit great. Highly recommend!

I wanted a shoe that would be comfortable and wear during the spring/summer months. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box and required no breaking in. My whole family wears Sperry's! Will be back for more!

I have wide feet and usually have to try shoes on before I buy them because I can go from an 8.5 to a 9 and even then they may not fit right. I decided to try my luck with an 8.5 wide and can't believe how well they fit! No breaking in, no socks required, no blisters while I get used to them. LOVE THEM! :)

There was no "wearing in" on this shoe since the leather was buttery soft. I always treat my boat shoes with mink oil like you use on a baseball catcher's mitt before wearing for the first time Keeps them soft and waterproof when you apply every few months.
