Best all around military shoe - Not only for its look, but this is one shoe you can wear all day long...

Work or play - Boot felt comfortable right out of the box. I felt I could wear it at work as a Law Enforcement Officer or I could wear them on my days off. Laces that come from Oakley are too long.

Great boots - Very comfortable and rugged. The only downside to these boots is that they look a little much like a glorified Reeboks tennis shoe when work with BDU's. But comfort-wise they rock. Zappos was solid too, as I placed an order for these on a Monday and received them Tuesday morning.

Oakley SI Assault Boot - Great boot. It feels broken in right out of the box. Size is correct. It fits well with a light weight hiking sock. Great overnight delivery. I am a prior service army man and would recommend these boots for any light weight duty. The tan ones look great with blue jeans and/or khakis.

Awesome Police Boot - I recently purchased a pair of these boots for work. Another sergeant has had his pair for over two years and showed them to me. The soles looked new after over two years of service. I ordered my boots yesterday evening and UPS delivered them today!!! Out of the box comfortable and very good looking. Zappos has earned by business!

The Best - I now own about 20 pairs of Oakley shoes and boots. These are some of the first I ever bought, and I will say that without any question at all, they are the best high-top boots (or ANY boots for that matter) I've ever worn in my close to 60 years on the planet. I'm going on 3 years of (mostly) winter wear with these, and they are holding up nicely. I try to save them for the nastiest days and days that might have the nastiest surprises. Find an Oakley size that fits you nice and it will translate to every shoe/boot they make. I freely admit to being a huge fan of Oakley shoes/boots. I've worn everything and my life/work are very "foot demanding."

Oakley SI Assault Desert Boot is awesome! The title should be SI Assault Athletic Shoe! Takes about 20 minutes of wear to break in and they are the most comfortable boot I have ever worn… and I spend my entire day in boots. I will definitely by another pair when these are worn out.

Very comfortable, very light weight. I use these for trail running and hill running. Great ankle support for my skinny, weak ankles. Feel like a pair of running shoes with high tops.

This is a great boot, I absolutely love it. I’ve been through many other military boots, and when a friend recommended these, I tried them right away. I’ll tell you that you won't be disappointed. They are very comfortable straight out of the box, and look amazing too. Sizing runs about the same as any mil boot. If you've never worn mil boots before go at least a half size down from your sneakers. And Zappos next day shipping was also very nice!

Awesome boot - Most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Great traction on all surfaces, great foot and ankle support.

I love these boots. I have them in desert tan and will buy them in black. They were very comfortable straight from the box. I would and have recommended these to everyone.

Oakley SI Assault Boots - Absolutely awesome boots. No break in required. I've purchased loads of boots over the years and these feel great on day one. They aren't cheap but you will not be disappointed.

Comfort and good looks- I must say, this shoe has the comfort one would expect from a quality shoe, not to mention the style, which looks good with just about anything. I would like to add that Zappos has the shoes and outstanding service second to none!

My son stationed in Afghanistan loved these. My son who is stationed in Afghanistan asked us to send him some boots. They had to keep his feet cool and work well for the long hikes in the mountains. After considering many different types we ordered the Oakley's SI Assault boot. He liked the pair we sent so much he asked for a second pair. He only wishes they were water proof.

Combat effective - These boots have been purchased by Special Operation world wide. Myself being in a Special Operations Group got these boots issued to me. They are by far the best investment a soldier can buy. Your feet are your life saver, treat them well with the SI Assault boot.

Most comfortable boots ever. These are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. You get them and you don't even have to break them in. They look cool too! I was reading reviews around the web and it said they are a bit big so I got an 8.5 when I'm a 9 and they fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

TUFF-E-NUFF - This is one tough boot I bought these for my 16 year old son to wear on outings with the explorers youth group and so far he has beat the crap out of them and they’re holding up great I also have Oakley products myself from my fire shoes for driving the race car to my golf shoes and I love them all. And Zappos has them all I wouldn’t buy shoes anywhere else. Thank you.

SuPeR comfy work boot - The most comfortable boot for the high country. Excellent support.

Great boots!! These are extremely comfortable boots. I wear them to work everyday and am not ready to take them off when I get home. I have problems with my feet getting hot in boots. These have eliminated that problem. I wish that they had a darker brown color. The tan color shows dirt and grease. This light color is difficult to clean. I highly recommend them if you want something comfortable and cool on your feet.

Oakley Patrol Boot - The most comfortable patrol boot I've found thus far.

The shoes felt a half size larger than marked. Other than that, the shoes are excellent, comfortable and light, despite their physical size.

When first received, it felt nice. Fit like a glove, but as it got broken in, it got loose. Wish I could afford another pair. I’d buy one that was at least a 1/2 size smaller and went with the regular width. The terrain here takes a toll on your boots and you've got your boots on all day and the good part of the night depending on what shift you're on.

Good Boots - I take a 9.5R and the 9.0 still felt a little big, so maybe go a full size smaller. No break-in period required, they are very comfortable. The look of the boot is great except for the toe. The leather looks cheap. I would prefer if it was sturdy looking. A bit pricey for a 6" boot.

Best Army Boot - These are the best feeling boots ever authorized by the Army. Easy to run in during combat quick evasion tactics. The only issue I have is they could be an inch or so taller and the laces that came with them are pretty short barely enough to tie loop and tuck in, easily come out after a little walking and constantly tucking laces back in, but still worth it.
