Love the color of this sport sandal! Very supportive, too. But they were very tight across the forefoot and the velcro strap is really just for show as it adjusts nothing. What a disappointment, especially in such an expensive shoe.

I am so discouraged! I ordered 6 pairs of shoes (Ecco, Merrell & Keen). All 6 are going back tomorrow. Seems to me that comfortable, sturdy, well-made shoes that look good are a thing of the past. This shoe was the best of the lot. Unfortunately, the footbed fit weirdly. The arch was too far back & the bed just didn't provide the comfort/padding that I would need on the 10k walks I routinely do.

I have just ordered these and right out of the box they are very comfortable. One problem was after about 40 minutes of wear I felt like the bottom of my feet were on fire? what is the footbed material? love the comfort and want to keep them but not sure about the issue with the heat build up. Has anyone else had this!

Bought these based on the hundreds of glowing reviews but there is just not enough arch support for my aching feet. I am very disappointed because they are well cushioned, fit well, and sturdy. But after about an hour of shopping- I needed to sit down and rub my arches. (My feet are old, though!) I will attempt to put in some arch supports (A challenge in sandals!!) so I can wear them without worry.

Want to buy another pair but...the width issue as was mentioned by another reviewer leaves me cautious. Unfortunately they do not have a wider version and my foot is not that wide. The toes feel pinched. The uppers wore well but the heel wore down eventually and now it is either get them resoled for $90 including shipping or buy new and break them in again. A quandary indeed.

I bought these two years ago and they were great, until they got wet. I stepped in dog poop and had to wash the soles. The footbed and straps got a little wet. I let them dry outdoors and since then they hurt my feet after less than an hour. Very disappointing, as they look like rugged outdoor sandals.

With all the great reviews I was really counting on these as my vacation shoes. I ordered my size 39 (8-8½). They look narrow, the Velcro toe strap is mainly for show. They also bent my feet in an odd way. I am sticking to my more casual but more comfortable Tevas.

These shoes would be very comfortable if there was not an edge where the insole meets the side of the shoe. This cuts into the sides of my foot so that I cannot wear the shoes.

Very comfortable and comfort right out of the box. I took them on a trip to Florida a couple of weeks ago and they look athletic but not clunky. However, after having worn them for a day, the parts of the shoe where the straps met my feet left stains on my feet. The dye came off on my feet. So am not happy with that, hence the three star rating.

Nice, but... This is a nice looking sandal and the fit is good. However, the upper layer of the sole that your foot rests on does not work well for me. I have high arches and my foot slides as I walk. I got calluses on my feet within an hour of wearing these sandals. I get much better support and can walk all day in my Teva and Keen sandals. They provide much better support and I can get them at a much lower price than these.

Shoes had sweat stains on interior. Very disappointed with formerly worn shoes at this price

The toes are too tight to wear. Otherwise they would be great.

Uncomfortable for my high arch feet

I was disappointed as they are noisy when walking. The left ones squeaks pretty loud. The last two pairs that I bought locally where great. Now I have to hunt for a shoe repair place to see if they can fix them.

Sadly, these sandals were much smaller than the size stated & were returned.

I've worn Ecco Yucatan Sandals for over 20 years. This is the second pair I'm returning because the front/toe section is too narrow - the adjustable straps don't make a difference with the one-piece "liner" and that is uncomfortably tight. I also felt like my toes were right on the edge of of the shoe, yet I'm wearing the same size in all my other shoes this year.

I have worn Ecco Sport Yucatan Sandals for years. Something has changed because these are way too small and the heel keeps slipping too low on the back of my heel. I have kept them a long time, hoping against hope that they would fit if I adjusted the straps in various ways. Didn't work. Hoping their return policy is as good as advertised. I never wore them out of the house and am so disappointed.

These are cute for a sporty sandal, but there is NO cushioning in the footbed, so they were dreadfully uncomfortable for me.

I love Eccco shoes but these were not comfortable

The shoe is very supportive, but the footbed is narrow my toes felt much too cramped. And so, it had to go back. Another dealbreaker was the incredibly pungent chemical smell that really knocked you over.

These didn't have the arch support I've come to expect from these sandals - this would have been my fourth pair of Yucatan sandals

I was so disappointed because I thought the arch support would be good, but it felt nonexistent. Then the toe strap rubbed in so many places. They didn't live up to the reviews.

I would have giving 5 star but after wearing for over a month the top of wife feet were swollen and could loosen the front strap enough. She can not wear them. I have 2 pair I give them 5 star

Toe box was too snug for my toes. Should have been wider. Velcro straps weren’t long enough. Like others have said the strap at the toes is really not adjustable. Liked the colors, but sadly had to return them.
