Very comfy sandals...had a pair of ECCOS from years ago that I wore constantly and was out to find a pair of sandals as comfortable...these did the job...I am a size 7 and the 38 was perfect...for people with wide feet like myself, just don't pull the velcro all the way on the strap by the toes...overtime the shoes stretch anyway and then you can velcro tighter...someone had mentioned the uppermost strap was faux, but there is stretch fabric underneath that allows for expansion...

I had a brain stem stroke in the pons area of the brain 4 yrs. ago at the age of 58. I've had to learn to walk, talk, read etc. (everything) over again. I have been wearing other name brand shoes and my sister has been wanting me to try a pair of Eccos. So recently I bought a pair of the Yucatan sandals. I love, love, love them. My husband was with me when I purchased them and he said he couldn't believe I was walking so well. The positive effect they have on my posture, gait, stride... everything is amazing. I can't stand the thought of wearing my other shoes! I rate these shoes a 10+!

These are the greatest sandals ever! I just got back from 3 weeks in Europe where I walked everywhere in these sandals. There were lots of cobblestones and my feet felt great! I didn't have time to break them in before I left, but these sandals felt like I had worn them forever from the first moment. I tried my regular walking shoes a couple of times, but my feet would hurt before the end of the day. I want a pair of these in every color!

These shoes are great. They feel just like tennis shoes, but not as suffocating. Shortly after I bought them I went for a 2 mile run and it felt just like being in running shoes. My only complaint is that I had tightened them a little too much and there was one part that rubbed the top of my foot. I easily fixed this the next time I went running, by tightening it a little less.

I love this sandal! I walk several miles per day and this sandal has great support, never gives me blisters (not even the first time I wore them), and is extremely comfortable. The only sandal I would recommend more is the upgraded version of this one, the Yucatan II, which is also called Coba on some websites. It's the same shoe but has a cushioned, wave footbed that is, without a doubt, the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.

This was my first time buying an Ecco shoe and I wasn’t sure about the size. My usual size is 7.5, but generally, if shoes come only in full sizes, I buy an 8. So I started by ordering the 8/8.5. It was definitely too big. I then ordered the 7/7.5, which fits very well. Returning the larger size was easy. The sandals were very comfortable right away. I really like having the adjustable straps in three places. They look good and feel great!

Ecco's Yucatan sandal is pretty, comfortable, and functional - a rare combination in any shoe. I like the blend of colors, which enables me to wear it with just about anything in my wardrobe. I can dress it up or down, wear it to a concert (tonight) for for a hike (tomorrow afternoon).

Fantastic! I am pregnant and have swollen feet and I am also a teacher so I am standing most of the day. I tried so many different shoes and none are nearly as comfortable as these. Worth every penny. I absolutely love them.

These are the most comfortable sandals ever! I am on my second pair and wear them for casual wear, golf, walking, shopping, and when traveling. I only wish Ecco offered them in a lighter tan color, like the ginger color of some of the other sandals. And once again, the Zappos experience was great - I received the shoes the next day!

These are by far the best sandals I've ever walked in. I usually walk 4 to 5 miles daily with my dogs, and during the summer heat sneakers just aren't the right choice. These are the second pair I bought (the last pair has worn out after 3 years of heavy use), and I can highly recommend them to anyone. They're good looking, too.

Ecco sandals continue to be great! They are comfortable, cushioned, well made, and the velcro fastenings make for a perfect fit.

These sandals are the absolute best...they are very comfortable and light. And the look is not big and clunky like some athletic sandals can be. This is my second pair of Ecco sandals...well worth the money...great quality.

I am buying this shoe for a spring time trip to SE Asia, where I will be doing lots of walking, and want something comfortable and supportive, and that doesn\'t look matronly. It has velcro straps across both the middle of the foot, and across the toes, which is great for my wide feet. I\'ve tried lots of sandals, and this is the one I\'m going with.

I love these shoes. They are so cute and comfortable. I usually wear a 35 in most shoes and needed a 35 in these. They are true to size and way comfy. Thanks Zappos. You are wonderful.

FINALLY! A Walking Sandal that fits my wide toe area & high instep. These seem very comfortable. And they stretch to fit your foot. Ideally, I would prefer a little more arch support. But I notice these shoes make me put my weight on my heels more. A good thing, because I get toe pain sometimes. So perhaps the arch support will be less of an issue. The acid test will be walking around Egypt in a few weeks! If I remember, I'll write another review afterwards.

Hey what can I say except that every time I order from you, you continue to amaze me with your selection and quick service. I have ordered three styles of these sandals and they all fit to a T and they also wear a long time as I live in them in the summer. I tell everyone about your site. This is my second pair of Ecco shoes. I ordered these to take on a trip to Disney World, Orlando. They are wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Size was great and super comfortable all day walking. I will recommend the Ecco brand to my friends

I have a very difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable. I have trouble with my knees, an injury to my left ankle, and right ACL, has attributed to the problem. The ECCO Sandal has an excellent arch support, fits true to size, and is the most comfortable sandal that I have ever worn! Every pair of shoes that I have purchased for the last 3 years have just sat in the closet after wearing them for a couple of months, and after suffering from the heal spurs that they gave me. After being so discouraged from not being able to find a good pair of shoes, and after wasting so much money, I decided to try ECCO even though they were so much more expensive than what I was used to paying for my other shoes. THEY ARE SO WORTH THE PRICE!!! I will continue to buy ECCO shoes in the future. I WISH THAT ECCO WOULD MAKE A WOMEN'S WALKING OXFORD.

The sandals arrive sooner than expected and as advertised. They were purchased for ease of walking on a trip to Austria. They were comfortable from the first time worn and are breaking in great.

These Ecco sandals are perfect for me, this is my second pair of this style. I have warn other Ecco sandals, sort of like the Yucatan for years for my sore feet and back. They give good support for your arches and fit wonderfully.

These are the most wonderful sandals ever! I took a chance and brought them to Disneyworld, right after taking them out of the box. They require no break in time at all, and I experienced no chafing,or discomfort of any kind. What a great design! My left foot is the larger of the two, and it was no problem at all, due to the wonderful design with the 3 points of adjustment. I'm a 59 year old lady with a bit of arthritis in my hips and knees, and these are a "Godsend" due to the great arch support, and the sturdy sole. It's just a very good combination for my issues. They are also great for wearing on the plane, as I could wear them as loose as needed. I don't like to be barefoot, or do "stocking feet" on a plane. I'll be ordering several more pairs.

Bought one in every color this year. Two colors last year. Best looking, most comfortable sandal I’ve ever worn. Supports your joints like a full walk/run shoe. Allows you to walk, even when you couldn’t before. Anyone with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, overweight, have a wide foot, but want it to look slim, or just deserving of a super comfortable sandal that supports like a shoe... this is the one. True to size. What a find.

This is a very comfortable and supportive walking sandal. There are 3 areas of adjustment which make for a perfect fit. I will take these to Maui this Spring for my long walks and hikes.
