While looking for comfortable walking sandals to wear on an upcoming trip, I found these in multiple places with thousands of good reviews. Zappos had the color and size I needed, and they are always very easy to deal with as far as returns. Not sure if I am going to keep them. I have a really hard time with shoes. The fit is very good on my left foot, but back strap on right foot doesn't sit quite right, even with how adjustable the Velcro makes it. I suspect it's my foot, not the shoe. For most people I can see how this is a very comfortable sandal if you plan to do a lot of walking. And they're not as bad looking as I thought they would be on my big feet, especially if you get a pedicure. Update: I just tried them on again earlier in the day and they felt good, so I will probably keep.

These shoes fit my foot perfectly. I can wear these for lots of walking and they never hurt my feet. Definitely a 5 star rating!

These are my fourth pair of Yucatan sandals, and not because they wore out. I keep getting new colors! The are the most comfortable, supportive shoes I have ever bought. They may not be the best looking things in the world, but they sure are the most comfortable. When I see them on sale, I grab a pair, but they are worth the full price. They last forever. I always take a pair on vacations. They will not fail you!

Extremely comfy and supportive. Great walking sandal. Much cuter on, than the picture. They look great with summer shorts, jeans, and even some skirts. The sole is well cushioned for walking on cobblestone streets and uneven surfaces. I purchased color Atmosphere/Ice White. It looks like a pale khaki and very neutral. The leather is lined with a soft, almost sock like material to prevent chafing. They fit my foot like a glove. I usually wear an 8.5. I ordered the size 39 and it fits perfectly. My foot is on the wide side of a medium width. No problem. Very adjustable... I plan on another pair in a different color.. hoping they come out with a pink... great purchase...

2nd pair. Fit and comfort as soon as you put them on. I have a narrow foot and heel, no problem. 3 adjustments personalize them immediately. I do volunteer work which requires a lot of walking. Comfort is important. And Zappo's service is 2nd to none. 24 hours and you have your shoes! And if they aren't what you expected, free return shipping label immediately. Simply the best!!

I’m usually a 10 but I had to go up to an 11. My daughter is normally an 8-8.5 and she went up to a 9. I walked all over Italy with these and they were incredible. Bought two pairs.

So far it feels great. The real test will be next month's tour through Italy!

I have RA and my feet hurt all the time. Finding comfortable shoes has been a challenge to say the least. These sandals were perfect right out of the box! I was able to wear them all day...walking 5-8 miles a day in Europe. I am very pleased.

I absolutely love these shoes! There is no "breaking in" period, you can walk and hike in them right out of the box. I have a narrow foot and they fit great. I love all the adjustments so the fit is just right. This is my 3rd pair. I've just thrown them in the washer (front loader, cold) when they get dirty and they come out great. And the price I got at Zappos is about half what I would have paid at Dillards or REI.

These may be the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. They are slightly wide, but I have a very narrow foot and narrow is impossible to find nowadays. The material is excellent and the velcro straps allow me to adjust them perfectly. I love them.

I love these sandals. I usually buy the men's, but when I saw they were on sale in the women's, I bought those instead. Interestingly, the women's sandal has a slightly pointier toe and a slightly narrower toe box - if you have wide feet (like me) you may want to buy the men's instead. Ditto if you have square toes. These sandals are extremely comfortable. Like all sandals of this type, they do have a tendency to accumulate shed skin on the foot bed, but they *don't smell*, and a quick rub with a washcloth usually takes it right off. I have never gotten a blister from these sandals, and they stay on even when I'm running after a small human on a bike who is pedaling as fast as they can - which is more than I can say for some of my sandals. I wear out the treads/soles of these sandals well before I wear out the uppers, which is generally my mark for quality construction. I expect to buy them for some time to come.

this is my 4th pair of ECCP sandals. I have recurring plantar fasciltis and wearing these helps or perhaps better stated it will not cause a flare up because I am not wearing shoes with inserts. very comfortable.

These are wonderful sandals, my feet looked so nice in them and the color was fabulous. Unfortunately, I have a falling arch and was hoping I could pull up the strap more that fits around my ankle. I'm really sad about this one, I had such high hopes!

This is my second pair of these sandals. The first pair lasted over 10 years and I just had to replace them due to wear in the heels. I wear them for hiking and going to theme parks. I will not wear any other shoes for these activities as these are the most comfortable shoes I own. I never feel unstable, even on loose rocks or wet surfaces. I have had Achilles tendonitis and a very bad sprain of my other foot, neither of which happened in these shoes. However, these shoes are the only ones I can wear and walk for prolonged time and not have pain. These are the absolute best sandals!!

I am so excited that I found these sandals. I have small/narrow feet, plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia. The sandals took a couple of days to get used to because the arch support is so good! I love flip flops and sandals and struggle to find anything I can walk for a good bit of time in. I can wear the eccos as if I am wearing good supportive walking shoes. The fit is true to size, my narrow feet has the Velcro almost as tight as they can go. I usually wear a 5 or 5.5. these are the 5.5, I may have been good with a size smaller. If you are looking for a cute sandal to wear on a daily basis with good support, these would be the ones!

Love at first wearing! I started looking for a walking sandal to wear when it's too hot to wear my Hokas. These were highly reviewed and on sale (bonus!). I walked a mile first time out and they were very comfortable. Some reviewers complain about the front strap not being adjustable. While somewhat true, I believe the fit can be adjusted by loosening/tightening the Velcro strap. I wear size 9 or 9.5 and size 40 is perfect.

The velcro straps helped them fit well. They are not as cushiony as the other Ecco's that I have. The Yucatan are great for walking or running.

Love the Ecco Yucatan sandal! Fit like a comfy pair of jeans right out of the box. Wore them around the house for 3 hours straight upon arrival with no problem! My feet are very flat and arthritic. Ruptured my right Achilles’ tendon a few years ago and had reconstructive surgery. Left foot is a good bit larger than right foot and with the comfy adjustable velcro straps, both sandals fit each foot perfectly. Purchased the Ice Flower/Cocoa Brown from Zappos for a few dollars less than half price. Win-win! Back for the white today. I

Excellent shoes. I have foot pain between the heel and the middle of the arch. I spent money on expensive shoes and they did not help in relieving discomfort. Before I left for Europe, I ordered a pair of ECCO Sport Yucatan Sandal to take with me on the trip. They alleviated my pain as soon as I put them on and I was able to walk for 13 days in Europe on cobblestone streets without any issues. These shoes were great and they were very comfortable from day one. I planned to buy another pair and will stop buying those other shoes. They were more expensive and did not help my feet. I highly recommend the ECCO sandals. They were amazing. I usually do not do reviews but were very happy with these shoes.

My friend had a pair of these Ecco sandals and said they were the most comfortable shoes she ever had, so I had to order a pair. She was right. I can see why they get 5 stars. Adjustable straps, good arch support, comfortable material. I walked miles the first day I had them.
