After buying this boot from Nordstrom as a Christmas present for my daughter, O found a rip along the seam. No one else had it in stock but when Zappos got it in they messaged me and I had it sent to her at college. It was a perfect transaction, as are all dealings with Zappos.

These are the cutest boots ever. I have gotten so many compliments. If you are on the fence, get them! They run true to size.

I love these! They are so stylish, very comfortable. But must be worn with super tight skinny jeans, the calf of the boot is extremely fitted.

THis is a wonderful looking boot that my granddaughter wanted for Christmas. Within three days of ordering they were at my door step. What great service. I will definitely order from Zappos again. You'll like what you get.

The boot was very comfortable, felt better than when I tried it on in the store, and was there when they said it would.

Very cute boots but they do stretch out. I'm a true 6.5 and went up a size, but wish I would have ordered a 6 after wearing them for a couple months.

My granddaughter thought they were "cool". What more can I say? She is a regular Zappos shopper and loves your service.

My shoes were at my door the day after I ordered them online. My exchange process went incredibly smooth! I am extremely pleased. I wore out a hole in the bottom of my shoes and am buying another pair from Zappos!

Love them! Snug fit. Super cute with shorts or some kind of legging and loose shirt.

Because this shoe doesn't come in a half size it is advised that you order up, which I will agree with, but it does have a tendency to leave the boot feeling a little bit big. However, that assures comfort in any thickness of sock, and allows for tucking pant legs in. The boots are super cute and comfortable. Definitely no arch support if that's something you're looking for, but otherwise exactly what you can expect from a moccasin. One last caveat and the first wear might stain light colored socks. All that aside, I love these shoes!

Very happy with the full ordering experience through Zappos! The boot itself does run smaller and narrower than others.

Tese are great boots made from quality materials. They stretch a lot so I ordered down a size. I wear them all the time.

These are really nice looking boots, they are all and more than what I expected from the photo. The downside is that they do not come in half sizes, so I ordered a 6. I usually wear 6 1/2. My left foot is happy, but the right one feels tighter, no room for socks.

These are beautiful boots and exactly the style and fit that my daughter needed. They arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and were better than expected as far as color and size.

FOR THOSES WITH WIDE FEET...I have been wanting a pair of these for along time. I had purchased the size six a couple of years ago and immediately sent them back. I am a true size 6 with a wide foot and high arches (dancer feet) They felt way too narrow and tight. I now decided to take a chance and go up a size and see if they would work. I feel even for a B width these are more narrow than the average B. Finding shoes to fit is an issue and I have to be selective. I though I wanted to give these a try again. And I was right! They are great. Should of done the exchange those two years ago. I did put in a arch support and with the slight extra room it worked like a charm and they feel like a custom fit. I got the black and will soon be ordering the brown. I would of loved to see if a half size would of worked however these don't come in half sizes. My feet are happy, comfy and super fun and feeling' sexy. Im ready for any Pow Wow ;) Hope this review was helpful!

Yes, these are fun but I needed to order a full size up (wear size 8) only because they come only in whole sizes. An 8.5 would have been perfect so I ended up putting an extra footbed and arch support in and now they're fine. I think they should have more cushion built in as they are not comfortable without the extra I placed inside as they are too flat. If they are only a little tight with your true size, you can put them on with thick socks then use a hair dryer on hot and heat up where they're tight and they will stretch to fit_ my shoemaker gave me this hint. Also if you get them wet, stuff plastic bags inside while they dry or will shrink. Dance On

Super comfy until you try to pull them up over your calf. I have muscular legs, so they fit perfectly everywhere but here and the fabric just isn't really forgiving. Sadly returning.

These boots are made for walking! They are very cute. The color is beautiful and the style is happening! The fit is a little snug the first two or three times, but then the ankle area stretches so it is easy to get my foot in now.

I had to send the first pair back because one of the boots was too tight on my calf. I think it was because the seam on the top fringe (which folds over) was not lined up with the seam up the side. Got my replacement pair in one day! (Thanks Zappos.) The seam wasn't perfect on the replacement pair, but the boots fit fine. If you have very large calves, these boots may not work for you, but should be fine for normal calves. I thought they would be too tight to tuck skinny jeans in, but they are perfect. Have only had a chance to wear them once because of rain, but they were comfortable for walking around for a few hours. Looking forward to wearing them now the rain has stopped!

They look amazing on. I am really happy with the purchase. They have no arch support, but I knew this when I purchased them. They are still very comfortable, and there is enough room in the foot bed to add an insert if you need one.

Adorable boot. Not good if you have wide calves or wide feet. I usually wear a 7.5 and the 8 fit perfectly.
