Bought 2 more pair - I have a wide, flat foot... this sandal made my feet look pretty and even a little shapely. It doesn't even feel like it has an elevated heel. The surface of the sole is soft and soothing and no part of any strap chaffed my foot or toes. I bought the taupe color and it is a universally flattering companion to black, brights, neutrals, etc. I will wear this with shorts, capris, and skirts. I usually buy three pair of nice sandals for the summer: black, neutral, and a novelty color for fun. Instead of trying anything else, I bought two more pair in black and in the pink colors. I LOVE these sandals.... style & comfort--- WELL worth the cost.

Very stylish - These are a great pair of sandals. The fit was perfect and the comfort is a definite 5 stars. They look great with jeans or slacks. Lots of compliments. Can't wait for warm weather to wear with shorts. Goes with dress to comfortable wear. Would order again.

Beautiful, comfortable shoes - These shoes are gorgeous, the white leather has black stiching. The fit was terrific and they look great on.

Another cute shoe - VERY comfortable and good-looking shoe. Would buy more.

Nice - My second pair. Like the looks but a little difficult to walk in. The narrow seem to fit better.

Like walking on clouds - I love my shoes - it's comfortable (no breakin period!), stylish, and fits my feet in all the right places - something I seem to rarely find. I have high instep and C-width feet (Morton's Toe). I made one mistake: I usually need to buy wide-width shoes - in this shoe, medium width will fit a "C" foot. Good shoe for the value.

Great Shoe - I had a hard time finding a shoe in my size but this one works fits great. Altho the knot irrates the top of my foot after wearing it for awhile but I think once it is broke in and smoothes out it will be fine. Right now the leather feels rough so needs to be worn down some and than it will be a very comfortable feeling. The height is geat and can be worn with casual or dressed up outfits.

Ouch! The sole of the shoe is very comfortable but the knot at the top hurts. I actually got a dark spot on the top of my foot from the knot rubbing all day long. I think if it had a smoother design it would be great.

Sandal 1 - Cute shoe. Needs to be broken in, top has a tendency to rub at first. Worth the patience to break it in.

Beautiful Shoe - These shoes feel wonderful standing. Cradle foot, good arch support, but when I walk front part feels too wide. If not for the back straps and the disk, my foot feels like it's sliding out the front. Zappos didn't have a narrow, so I tried a Sofft very similar style in narrow. That didn't work either-way too narrow. So I kept these because they look so good. I just can't walk very fast.

Way too Wide - These shoes are great but they are way too wide (I have high arches and wide feet and have never found a shoe that is too wide for me before.) They are wide enough that the foot slips forward in the shoe area -- which makes it very uncomfortable.

Sizing ??? Ordered 8W & it was huge. I couldn't begin to wear this one. The footed didn't seem too wide but it was long. The area between the sole & the straps was very wide. My entire foot slid. Looks nice though. I returned this one.

I like this shoe once I got the sizing right. Softt makes excellent quality shoes with wonderfully soft leather lining on the inside. I have a wide foot and I have another style of Softt sandals in 8W so I ordered 8W in this shoe. The footbed was the right width but the straps were too big and my foot wobbled around. After a couple of tries I ended up with a 7 1/2 M and that fits well. Kind of unusual. I do think this is a really nice sandal though and the pink is very different and pretty. Thank you to Zappos for the great customer service while I got the size right!!

Slid off my feet! I have very narrow feet, and although the straps fit my feet, the weight of the shoes caused them to slide off my feet during walking. Very pretty, though.

nice casual sandle - These shoes are very comfortable. They have exceptional padding and cushioning.

Sofft Geneva - These are very comfortable and attractive shoes. They cross between casual and a little dressed up very nicely.

Have to break them in a little - Tried shoes on as soon as I received them - fit great. Wore them the next day, and noticed that top part of show rubbed on my foot, making it slightly irritated and uncomfortable. However, wore them again and shoe did not irritate as much. I wouldn't wear them on major walking trips, but good for work. They look GREAT with capris.

Cute...but...weird fit - I've been looking for a cute, tall shoe to fit my wide feet and actually look good. After reading the reviews on this, I thought it would fit. I was wrong. First lemme say it's a really cute shoe, and it was pretty soft and I think it'd be really comfy for the right foot. It just fit me really strangely. The footbed (where the heel sits especially) seemed pretty narrow. I have wide feet, but not at the heel so that was very strange for me. The straps were also too narrow on my feet. I was thinking I bought WIDE though and only after exchanging them for another shoe did I realize I'd ordered a MED width. I don't think the heelbed would've been different though - but the overall width might've actually fit my foot had I ordered the appropriate width. It's a real cute shoe though, and I could imagine it being comfy, too. Will mark true width & size cuz I did order the wrong width, so that's not the shoe's fault :)

Not for extended walking - The first time I wore these I thought they were not only v. cute, but also v. comfortable. That's because I didn't walk v. far nor stand v. long. The second time I wore them it was for all day. I walked and stood in them, had v. sore feet and blisters. I am prone to both, and rarely wear much of a heel. Nevertheless, there was much sliding of my foot as I walked, which caused the blisters, both on the bottoms of my feet and at my little toes. I still think they are v. cute!

Cute vs. Quality? Originally purchased a M, had to return for a N, as my foot really slid forward in this shoe design. (Zappos - great customer service!). After wearing only 3 times to work, the sandal relaxed to a very comfortable Medium fit. Unfortunately, the workmanship of this shoe (hopefully, only my pair)leaves something to be desired, as the ring that holds the side straps has already detached approximately 50% on one of the shoes, and that was with only minor wear in an office environment! I am disappointed that I cannot return the worn shoes, when it is obviously a faulty workmanship issue (I tossed the original packaging after wearing the shoe for the first time). I did receive many compliments on the style and color (I chose pink) from both men and women. It's too bad I fault the quality, as had the stitching issue not happened, I would have ordered another pair in another color.

Sofft's Geneva - It would be a cute and comfortable pair of shoes if they were not so wide at the opening of the shoe. I wear standard 12M and don't have a high or flat arch, but this shoe was too wide at the opening, although the toe part fit me just right. But because of the problem I had the shoe feels very unstable. I'd love to have these, but if I order narrow width, then they will be too tight in the toes. Bummer..:(

These shoes were comfy,for the first hour.After that, the circle starts to feel like it's digging in to the top of your foot. If it were not for that, they would be great, but as of right now I wouldn't suggest them.

Only comfortable if you don't have to walk in them - These shoes feel great until you start to walk in them. The sole is so slippery, that your feet slide through and your toes hang over the edge. I also ended up with blisters on the tops of each foot from sliding into the upper.

Sofft Geneva - I ordered by regular C width but couldn't even begin to get my foot through. A definite disappointment because this is a cute shoe.

soft Geneva - The shoes looked very nice but they are uncomfortable. The top knot is the one that is hard due to the fact that is tight and material is not soft. The soles are soft and feel great but the style is defeats the purpose. The next size is too big.
