Fits really well looks great but a little uncomfortable

Comfortable for me,with 5 ft 4 guys

I've owned several Birkenstock sandals, different styles. I have not tried the Birko-Flor prior to this pair. So far, I like them better than the more expensive ones I've owned. They are true to size and width. I like the double strap across my foot. I usually buy this type as it makes my foot feel more secure. I wear these almost every day. I am very hard on shoes and generally need to replace most within 6 months, but Birkenstocks will last several years. Hoping these do too. Very comfortable. Note....even though I wear Birkenstocks all the time, I still need to "break" the shoes in by wearing them for short periods for a few days before going all day with them.

Size down for best fit- I usually wear a women size 8 shoe and had to return the 8-8.5 size for the 7-7.5 and they fit perfect. I’ve only had them a few days and so far I find them fairly comfortable. I like the dark buckle with this Birko Flor model.

I originally ordered a size 9/Euro 40. My normal shoe size is 9, but these were like skis. So I dropped down to an 8/8.5/Euro 39 and they're perfect. On the down side, I spontaneously went hiking in them this weekend and got blisters on the tops of my toes and foot where they rub. So I guess they're not made for hiking! I do hope I can walk the dog in them, which is partly why I purchased them. Perhaps leather is a better choice than the Birko-Flor...but I can't justify spending $135 for shoes I walk the dog in!!

I wear a 10.5 or 44 Euro and these 44 Euro fit perfectly

I wear a 10-10.5 and the recommended size was way too big. Still seems a little big after exchanging for the next smaller size, but I'm afraid the next size down will be too small.

Ordered size recommended for US shoe 10-10.5. Much too big. will have to return and get at least one size smaller.

I thought that since I wear a 6 or 61/2 in other shoes that the 37 would be the right fit, but they were too loose. The 36 was a much better fit.

Way too big and strap irritated the side of my foot.

Not good due to some foot surgery. called you and got a return label. TRACKING NUMBER 1Z6ER1099010104768. Drop-off UPS on 04,17,2021. Where's refund? not happy with customer service follow up on UPS returned goods..

I regret not getting the narrow, as they widened after a few weeks. Now too loose to wear without socks. Unless you have a really wide foot, go with the narrow.

At first blush, I thought, holy cow these are boats. Next day tried again and thought, ok, after that , I thought, perfect. I like them, the arch is a bit to get used too.

Seem to be breaking in nicely. Narrow is the way to go for me with Birkenstocks

I originally bought these for my Husband. He said there were a little big but decided to keep them. He said the arch on the inside was different from his original pair from years ago. Overall he likes them.

I usually wear 5.5 in sandals and ordered according to the size chart but it was too big. So I had to exchange for a size smaller and they fit great.

Fits good, but I do not recommend people for really flat feet! It rubbed against the side of my feed and gave me rashes. Other than that, if you have a normal arch, should be very comfortable!

Awesome sandals...my daughter asked for these for Xmas...ordered her regular size and they were too big. Sized down one and now they're perfect.

These were for my granddaughter, who wears a 9 shoe and had an old pair that her dog chewed up, they apparently like Birkies too, LOL. They were well made and looked nice, but sadly we had to return them as they were far too big. I ended up going to a local shoe store and buying them there so she cold try them on, but they were more expensive, I would have preferred to buy from Zappos. Return was quick and easy, printed the receipt and dropped them at UPS, and promptly got a credit back to my card, so props to Zappos for that too.

The fit was good but runs a half size big

Seemed a bit larger than the size requested, although that is fine. I especially like the arch support. These wear well with any clothing. Will definitely order the suede.

I ordered a size down, but regular width, which was a mistake. Narrow = normal width, regular = wide. These went back, but Zappos is awesome about returns. I switched them out for the oiled leather in narrow. The leather stained my feet the first time I wore them which wouldn’t have been an issue with the Birko, the birko also seemed like they might be a bit more comfortable material to break in.
