Runs short, no arch support. Great look/style, but does not stay on my foot. Not good for someone with flat feet/pronation.

I really want to like Keens, but they don't seem to fit me well. They seem to run a little small; my big toe hits the top of the toe box even though I ordered a larger size than I typically wear. The sandals also flop a lot, so I don't think I'll get to wear them for travel as I'd hoped; I'm afraid my legs will hurt if I walk in them for long distances.

I have owned 2 pairs of Balis and these don't seem to fit the same! I was so disappointed. I will try a half size larger and see how they fit. Otherwise, they feel tight (width) and shorter so my heel hangs near the edge. This also affects the arch support. Very disappointed if they changed this sandal!

Do not fit like previous Balis. Straps were very tight especially on left shoe that could hardly get foot in unlike previous Bali.

I have an older\/similar version of the Keen Bali and love them. I have been wearing them for years and finally the soles started to wear. I wanted to replace them with a different color and purchased these in hopes of having the same great fit and longevity. Unfortunately, after wearing them and hoping to love them, I don\'t. These sandals are too short. I\'ve held them up to my other Keens, and they are not the same length. I am disappointed as I wore them outside right away and can not return them.

Not as comfortable as I had hoped - I will keep these, but they feel a little confining to the toes. I use them for gardening and watering because they can get wet and I can slip them on.

Comfy! This slip on is great around the pool and watering as it doesn't slip. (Like football/soccer slip-ons) They are bulky though. Not attractive! Colors are a bit bright and now I wish I had gotten the black ones. But all in all very comfortable to wear around garden. Sharyn W.

Very comfortable, a little hot - I'm a firm believer in buying flip-flops that are comfortable and provide arch support at a reasonable cost. But they're few and far between. And given that I attend a great number of concerts during the summer and need substantial flip-flops, I usually wind up biting the bullet and shell out a bunch of cash for some Mephisto's (which don't take water well). However, after a trustworthy friend recommended the Keen's, I thought I'd give them a shot. I actually purchased the Bali and the Trinidad at the same time and found the Trinidad ran at least a half a size too big (and maybe were a little narrow as well) so I returned them and kept the Bali's. I just wore them to my first 3-day music event and found them to be exceptionally comfortable, and they gave great arch support. I was able to walk and dance for days. The only issue I have with these shoes is that the soles tended to get a bit hot due to the fact that they're some kind of rubber sole but they're still worth it and were great in just about every other aspect. Plus, they're stylish, go with skirts and really do provide a ton of support. I have a fairly wide foot-somewhere between a medium width and wide width and these fit very well. The toe cup is easy to get used to and I liked the fact that there isn't the typical flip-flop strap between the toes. And best of all, they totally stay put while dancing!

I believe only people with tiny feet and short toes can fit into keens. They are Just a weird in my opinion. They have a very short foot bed and the are impossible to keep on my foot. Also, the straps rub all over. I have long toes, so Keen is not for me. I am a 9 regular. These are cute, but my foot doesn't like them.

Weird fit. The straps don’t come that far down on the foot; I felt like I had to shove my toes into the rubber bumper to keep them on my feet. They look oh-so-cute in the pictures, and the footbed is classic Keen goodness, but they don’t want to stay on my feet when I walk, making them a shoe fail.

Stiff and hard to break in. Not great for walking. I’d return them if I hadn’t worn them outside already.

I have been wearing this style for many (about a decade plus or minus) years and was very disappointed in the last two pairs I ordered. They are much larger than they were in the past and more cheaply made. The cross straps are now farther apart and made a few of my toes creep out, changing the overall support. and fit.

These don't fit my feet at all. I guess I have short toes but, these are not for me.

I so wanted these sandals, but they were about 1" wider than my feet--I am a very normal size 9 M--and they were an inch too big in the length. It was like wearing duck feet that were sized for someone way bigger than you. I wish Keen would make sandals that arent so insanely wide and not at all true to size. I should add that I ordered a size 9, not following the recommendations that I size UP. Disappointing!

Cute shoe, but they flopped around on my feet. I'm a size 9. I ordered a 9. I could tell after a few wears they were going to be too big.

Very floppy. I wanted a utility sandal and this is not it.

I ordered these and sent them right back. They are simply ugly.

Loved the look but they felt slippery in the foot bed and very loud flip flop sound. If the side straps were attached closer to your arch I feel they would have been more comfortable, just wouldn't stay on my feet unless I scuffed when I walked. Ran a bit large.

I loved the style and neutral color of this Clarks Bali. Unfortunately, the inside sole was very slippery and the side straps do not fall far enough down towards your heel to keep them safely on your feet. The shoe slips off very easily. For someone with any kind of balance or walking issues this is definitely not the footwear for them.

It looked better in the picture. The solid toe piece was too flat across the top of my toes and the rest of the sandal was too big.

To the point -- Bali has changed dramatically and these are a terrible "imitation" of the original, much-loved version. I have loved the Bali for years, and have owned 5 pairs since they came on the scene many years ago. I ordered these (black) to replace my original black ones. I should have skipped it based on the recent reviews. The soles, both top and bottom, are much different than the previous Balis. The material is much lighter and the foot bed feels more hard and "slippery" against the sole of your foot. And, as others have also mentioned, the outer sole is hard and also slippery, even on dry surfaces. I had wanted to use this pair for inside the house only, but they would be too dangerous to wear on our hardwood floors and especially the stairs. The uppers are also different, oddly stiff, and poorly sewn. The seams run all over the place and look like a beginner was using the machine. In a word, these are horrible. And they are going back. I guess I am done with Bali, and likely with Keen if all their foot beds are now like this. I used to love Keen, but these are terrible.

I was hopeful that I would like these given their great reviews but for me they were really uncomfortable and did not stay on my feet.

Very disappointed,I was looking forward to taking on a trip.

This is the 3rd pair of Bali's that I'm returning. On all pairs the left shoe is half size larger. I tried two different size 8s and now, my last ditch effort...I'm ordering a 7 1/2 to see if that fits.. Last chance.
