I give the customer service 5 stars - I was very impressed with the service I received from Zappos. I wasn't sure of my size or the color I wanted. I ordered one pair in the green when I received it was too green for me. I called and was able to order 2 sizes in black. They credited my return before I even sent the green ones back. Zappos will be my first choice in ordering shoes on line.

My New Favorite Shoes! These shoes were immediately comfortable out of the box. They fit my feet perfectly and I usually have trouble with shoes being a half size smaller. These felt like they were custom made for my feet. I am not a fan of running shoes or walking shoes and I have used these for my evening walks around the neighborhood with full support. They don't slip around when my feet perspire and they stay comfortable for the duration of my hikes. I also own a pair of the Newport Sandals and I actually prefer these for walking because they breathe better.

Highly recommended for a walking shoe - This is my second pair of Keen Venice shoes. I have one black and one blue pair. I ordered the blue pair one week before going to Washington, DC on a walking vacation. My family and I literally walked for hours and I had no blisters or abrasions at the end of the day. They are extremely comfortable and great for walking long or short distances. I highly recommend them!

Great walking sandal - I've had my Venice H2's for a month now and just love them. I walked three miles in them the first day without any rubbing. They are great for long city walks...extremely comfortable and much nicer looking and cooler than sneakers and socks. Washable too. They ran true to size for me.

My favorite shoe - No one believes me when I say it is the best shoe in my closet. Not too fashionable, but very, very comfortable for walking, hiking, creek playing, and chasing after grandkids. I wear mine for some part of every day.

Keen Venice H2 - Several of my friends have these shoes and recommended them. I ordered a pair in my normal size, but my toes felt "cramped". I returned them and ordered a half size larger and they are perfect! They are SO comfortable and the workmanship is excellent.

Great shoes! This is my second pair of Keen shoes and I love them. Wanted ventilated shoes for walking, hiking, etc... and these are perfect. Also, feel fine running city errands in them. I live in the Texas hill country and these are perfect for uneven terrain... feel very supported. I normally wear 7 1/2 in other shoes, but both my Keens are 8s. That gives just enough space that my toes don't hit the front. Perfect.

Excellent shoe - I bought and immediately wore this pair of shoes for 2 weeks offshore working on a research cruise. They were wet pretty much constantly for 12 days. They held up wonderfully, supported my feet fantastically and didn't take any time to break it. A great pair of shoes!

First Keener - This is my first pair of Keen's. I ordered a 1/2 size smaller following the advice of other Keeners. I have narrow feet and it’s roomy but the ankle strap keeps your foot locked in. I have many pairs of sandals and the Keen's are definitely not as 'cool' temperature wise as the other shoes. FYI: each time I wear the Keens the tips of my toes are stained black from the rubber that wraps over the front of the shoe.

Keen Venice H2 - This is my second pair of Keen's Venice H2's. They are terrific for walking long distances. I've even golfed in them. I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear and highly recommend that.

Happy feet - I saw this shoe on someone while I was camping and had to try it. As other reviews said, it was comfortable the second I put them on...no break-in necessary. I have bunions on both feet and the adjustable elastic straps help you adjust the tension to make a comfortable fit. I also have wide feet but because it is adjustable, I'm sure it would be easy to fit any width. It also has a good arch support. I love them and will be taking them with me to Hawaii in a couple of weeks.

Like walking on marshmallows - If your heels hurt, then this is the shoe for you! As a teacher I spend a lot of time on my feet, so I need a shoe that has a closed front to protect my toes, cut-outs to cool my feet, and a soft insole ( like marshmallows ) for my soles. This shoe can do it all! I was able to try it on before buying it, I found it runs short, so I got the next 1/2 size larger. I am a happy camper now.

Great sandals. I bought these to wear during an upcoming Kauai trip. Will be doing a lot of hiking, beach going, and river walking. I tried these out in VA on hikes and streams. Performed wonderfully. Originally purchased Keen Newport H2. Those fit tight in the 7.5, so I went up to 8 which was too loose. The Venice felt right on. Also, the Newport design allowed my pinky toe to slip out. The strap placement on the Venice did not allow this - which was great! I am getting a pair for my fiance.

All terrain dependability - superior looks and construction - I sported these Keens on a recent trip to the Sierra Nevadas. They got me over slick boulders and through rocky bottom streams. I even took an unexpected swim in them! I am now a lifetime devotee of Keens. I love Zappos' selection of styles and colors. I got mine in eye-catching red. Probably should have gotten a half-size smaller for my somewhat narrow foot. Plenty of wiggle room. Love 'em anyway!

Waaay comfy - I bought these a few days before we headed to the Sierra Nevada mtns. They were great for outside, in dust and dirt. My feet were comfy, cool-ish and protected. Good fit.

Love Them!!! These are true to size. I have foot problem that is requiring surgery. I am holding off with the surgery. This is one pair of shoes that I can wear with no problems. These are the most comfortable shoes I own. They are very light. I also like that they cover my toes.

Comfortable, cool, and sporty - This sandal is perfect for summer. It is almost as comfortable as a sneaker, but much cooler. It has a lot more support than my Tevas and is great for walking. I noticed some slight rubbing from one of the straps initially, but that didn't last for long.

Great shoe in water and on land - These have become my favorite summer shoes. Last weekend I wore them in a river, climbed on and over slimy rocks, and while walking a path along the river over exposed roots and rocks. I've waded in the water along our local lake and I've worn them to the soccer fields. They go everywhere and are very comfortable. I followed other advice and ordered up half a size and it fit perfectly. I got the carnelian color and love it.

Comfortable shoe - I have trouble finding comfortable shoes and these are great. The shoe has a lot of cushioning which allows me to walk longer than usual w/ these shoes on. I also like that my foot is protected but there's still a lot of open area so my feet stay cool.

Terrific sandals! I was looking for an all around sandal for summer. This was my first time to order Keens and I wasn't disappointed. They were comfortable right out of the box and go with everything. I normally wear an 8. That is what I ordered and they fit fine, although my toes were pretty near the end. They pop right in the washer. The only down size is they are a little hot in higher temps (98+). Otherwise, terrific shoes! I tried the Teva Toachi, but the arch support was too high and uncomfortable for me.

This shoe is great! It does run small, though, so be sure to order up a full size. Since it is made to get wet and be worn in and near water, the footbed is a rubbery material, which does cause your foot to sweat more than the regular Venice would. I have had major surgery on one of my feet recently and the arch support and very comfortable footbed make this shoe one of the only ones I can wear. I love it for wearing when I'm doing dirty work in the yard or for when I'm walking on dirt trails because they wash so easily.

The Keen Venice H2 is very comfortable and durable. You can throw them in your washing machine and they come out looking like new! I can stand or walk around in these shoes all day without experiencing any foot or low back pain. They were comfortable right from the start.

I have NEVER been able to order shoes online, no I have never bought a pair of shoes without trying them on before. I was so pleased at the fit and comfort of the Keens. I wore them to work on cement 8 hrs the first day and my feet were fine, better yet so was my back. They run a little wide but it doesn’t seem to be a problem for me. I would highly recommend this shoe and this company.

I love this shoe. It was comfortable from the moment I put it on. I was looking for a summer shoe to take my dog on trail walks and this fit the bill perfectly. I got the mango color and get tons of compliments. I ordered a half size larger and still had to send back for a larger size. I wear a 7.5 dress shoe and had to order an 8.5. I also wear an 8.5 in my Brooks running shoe, so logically it made sense, but would concur that you need to order up. Even with the exchange process I still had the shoe I wanted within two days of finding them on the web, and a no hassle return policy. Zappos is the best.

I love these shoes. I love Keen shoes in general, but these are the most comfortable. I buy them in many colors and wish there were other styles as comfortable.
