The service was excellent and pictures, description, quantity of Keen sandals to choose from, all was a very good experience and we had fun looking and choosing our sandals. We are very pleased with our sandals, this is the first pair we have ever owned.

I have another pair of these shoes that I purchased a few years ago. I ordered my regular size 10 but it was too small and had to return for the next size up. Don't know if the color made a difference in size. But these shoes are very comfortable and wear very well. And you can throw them in the washer.

These are the world's most comfortable shoes. I have 3 pairs in 3 colors and wear them every day. They look great and feel great.

Love the Keens and Zappos! These Keens run true to size & have great support; I can wear them all day (and I have my share of feet problems). I especially like the way they look with crop jeans. I look and look and look before buying shoes which a huge reason I like and shop almost exclusively at Zappos - no sales pressure and, though it rarely happens, if the shoes don't fit, they can easily be returned. I sometimes try on shoes at the store for size and then order from Zappos which speaks volumes for Zappos and their service.

I need arch support and Keen sandals do this well for me especially this style. I have average width feet and like how the toe area is wider to let me wiggle my toes. Love the color and comfort. In fact, I bought a couple more pairs in other colors.

This is my first time ordering Keen and these are very comfortable. I love to go barefoot or flip flops, but know that is not always the best thing! These provide the support and comfort needed. I ordered my regular size and they seem a little short so I'm ordering a 1/2 size up.

These shoes by Keen are the closest I have bought to a shoe by Privo that I literally wore out. They felt great the minute I put them on. I have feet that want to swell up by the end of the day and yet these do not feel so tight that I am in pain. Love them.

Off to Hawaii in these. Slipped them on when they arrived and they fit like a glove. No having to break them in. My feet are very wide, but these shoes allow for any width. My husband even bought a pair in black and he's much fussier about fit. Maybe not the prettiest shoe, but I'll take these from the sand up onto the hiking trail in comfort.

These shoes are very comfortable. I tend to have problem feet but this style of Keens works for me!

This is my second pair of these shoes. I like them so much, I bought another! I wore them all over the big island, on black sand beaches, hiked lava fields, in the rain, in the dirt, everywhere. I wash them when they are dirty. I love them. I can teach all day in them or hike or whatever!

This is my second pair of Keen's Venice H2. When I found the red on sale, I HAD to have them even though my first pair is in perfectly good shape. Excellent support; they feel great on my feet. I would have to say they run wide, because I usually get wide in athletic shoes, but the B in these fits perfectly. They feel like they were made for my feet.

As usual, these Keens did not disappoint. And as usual. I ordered half a size up for the perfect fit. I wear Keens almost exclusively all summer long and these are fantastic!

Love Keens! Have a pair of these I got years ago that I wear everyday and they have seen better days. But are still wearable. The new ones seem a little snugger but that is probably because my old ones have stretched out but they are still comfortable! My son says their ugly (that's a matter of opinion) but they sure beat high-heels.

These shoes were delivered yesterday. They were a perfect fit right out of the box. I immediately headed straight out the door for a 40 minute walk with my GSD. They felt fabulous! This sounds silly, but I looked down at my new Keen's and said "where have you been all my life?" I have bunions on both sides of my feet. These shoes offered ample width to accomodate the bunions without rubbing. These shoes's also have a generous toe box and worked well on a down hill slope.

This is my first pair of Keens and I love them. I ordered without looking at any reviews. I was looking for a sandal that could handle the uneven terrain at my dog's agility classes. I have a stress fracture in my foot and needed a good sole but no added heat. The 90 degree summer weather at noon was overheating me! I decided to buy a half size larger that my usual size 10 to give me plenty of room. These shoes fit perfect! I have never even tried on a Keen before so had no idea how they fit. The shoe right out of the box was so comfortable I wear them all the time. I no longer limp on my sore foot. These provide the perfect support, good tread and are much cooler than a hiking shoe. The color is true. I just need more colors now so I can wear Keen sandals all the time!

Super comfortable! Wore them for the first time all day! Your toes do get warm, if you're used to sandals but not horrible! I have a wide foot and they were just right. Highly recommend!

This is a great water shoe. Not the most stylish but fit my wide feet very comfortably. (Runs 1/2 size small and I am a true 8 and 8.5 is perfect.) Zappos shipping as always was terrific!

Ahhh. I really like these but they DO need to be ordered half a size up. Too short, wide enough though. Well it is looking autumnish here in this part of WV. Guess I'll wait til next spring. Thanks Zappos for the great service and selection.

I absolutely love these shoes! I needed walking shoes for 10 days in Europe, and I have wide feet, a small bunion, and achy heels. Wow. I could have just slipped these on and gone - no breaking in necessary. I brought another pair of shoes just in case and did not need them. I walked in dirt, mud, and puddles; on cobblestones, asphalt, sand, and through many different airports. I did not think about my feet once. One day clocked 13,689 steps before my pedometer died; my feet were just fine, thank you. My sister, whose history with shoes is even worse than mine, also loved hers except her pinky toe would slip out the side opening. She fixed that with moleskin. I recommend these for anyone looking for walking shoes.

Great shoe for comfort. I also have the Keen Whisper, and I like those better as I have small feet and they are less bulky than the Keen Venice. Also in the Keen Venice it felt like my pinky toe kept popping out of the opening, and maybe this was due to the shoe feeling half size larger than normal (I wear size 6).

This was my first experience with Keen's and it definitely won't be my last. I have a long, narrow foot...size 10 1/2. The B width is perfect because of the slip-on feature of this shoe. I live in a hot/extreme humidity area of the state. Without a doubt, this is the coolest shoe I've ever owned...with the exception of a flip-flop, which has little or no support. Great choice for traveling & looks great with jeans. You won't be sorry you made this purchase. Buying shoes that are the right size and fit my foot with it's very narrow heel is a huge chore. Not so with Zappos!

This is my second pair of this style of Keens. My first pair finally wore out after about 6 years. I love these! Comfy, nice looking, and great for light hiking, walking in town, water sports. I like the pattern on the lighter purple webbing even better than I liked the plain purple webbing.

These shoes are lightweight and comfortable. Unfortunately for me (due to very thin legs), they are too clunky-looking; they do run 1/2 size small, so I would need the size 8, which would look even more clunky. Sadly, I must return them. But you guys rock, Zappos!

This is my second pair of Venice H2's. Must have had a brain freeze because I sold my first pair in an on-line auction because I hadn't worn them in awhile. When summer came I quickly realized that was a huge mistake! I'm so glad Keen still makes the same model, and I was even able to get the same color as before. I love that my toes are protected. If I take our dog to the beach or to a local lake, the water drains right out from the sandals and I have traction and protection underfoot. These are keepers for sure.

This is my all-time favorite Keen style. Although they are a little on the chunky side, they are the most comfortable and I have tried all of the Keen styles. I have wide feet and have worn them for years. When they first came out people looked at them a little funny, but now there are many Keen wannabes. They last forever, you can put them into the washer and they come out looking like new. I have them in many colors as I just can't resist when something new and fun comes out - but I try to keep to one new pair per year and try to buy on sale.
