Based on the reviews, I bought a half size larger. I had to return and get a full size larger. Now they fit great and are perfect walking shoes.

These folks are the 'bomb'! Excellent customer service and super fast delivery. Love my Keens and will be getting another pair for winter.

I'm really happy with this purchase; about three years ago I bought a pair of Whispers for a trip to India. I wore those out and am now onto the Venice. I like the wider straps and the two-tone colors. I chose the Celestial/Blue Grotto colorway, which goes perfectly with jeans. The width felt slightly wider than marked, but accommodated me well, since I have tailor's bunions on the outsides of my feet. The grip of the shoe tread is just right for grass, gravel paths, and a variety of other surfaces. The drawstring closure at the top of the shoe allows me to adjust the fit around my ankles. In all, I find this to be a sturdy and fun casual shoe that lives up to Keen's reputation.

These are well made solid feeling shoes. I have always worn flip-flops in warm weather. Lately I have been having some issues with my right foot. I decided to give these a try, for more structured summer shoes. They felt good and my feet did not hurt at all. The reason I gave four stars for style is because they are not the most beautiful shoes. But they are comfortable.

These shoes came very fast (I was impressed) and they were true to size for me. Very very comfortable; have had them before and they are just the best summer shoe, nice for walking and etc.

I never thought I would be purchasing "mom" sandals, but these are so comfortable and functional I don't care they are dorky. I use these all the time. I have taken them to the boundary waters camping and to Alaska fishing. They feel like your favorite pair of tennis shoes but can get wet and dry out. They are great with a pair of socks (This takes dorky to a new level) after a long day hiking to let your feet dry out by the fire. I ordered a few different pair of keen sandals but kept these over the Newport h2 because the straps hit a better place on my pinkie toes and allow for better ventilation. You will not regret buying these sandals. They run slightly small but are nice and wide. I normally wear a 7.5 and the 7.5 fit just fine.

Buy this shoe. It is amazing. From the moment I opened the box and put this baby on, I was in love. I can't say enough wonderful things about this shoe! Size up a half size. I'm a true 7.5 and the 8 fit perfectly.

I have weird feet, so let me share with you my saga. I have very thin skin and blister easily, and I also have bony knobs on the back of my heels that are very unforgiving. I have a high arch (my footprint is almost two separate blobs), and my feet would technically be narrow except that I have worn hippie-type shoes my whole life instead of cute, comfortable shoes and so my toebox is normal width. To top it off, I think I am a size 8 3/4, but that doesn't exist! I wanted a waterproof-ish sandal because I frequently hike wet terrain near beaches. Last year I bought some Keen Whispers, and it was unbelievable how much my feet slid backwards in them. I think it is because of my high arch. I stubbornly wore them and managed to blister in a NEW PLACE EACH TIME. So this year I tried two sizes of Keen Venice H2 (8.5 and 9), the Ahnu Tilden V, and the cute JBU Jetty. My feet still slid backward in the Keens no matter what, and the JBU Jetty was too tight around my heel knobs despite the right sizing. Winner: Ahnu Tilden V, size 9. No blisters, and I love how easy they are to get off and on. I'm not a fan of the over-tired "made out of outdoorsy woven ribbon webbing" look, and the KEEN and JBU certainly looked cuter and more modern, but I LOVE MY SHOES. And cheers to Zappos! Without your fast shipping and return policy, all of us freak-footed folks would be hobbling around, all grumpy!

Like others, I wanted to understand the differences between all the various Keens so I tried the Keen Venice H2, Whisper, Newport H2, Sage and Rose along with some Chacos and Tevas and found the Venice to be the most comfortable for me. I knew the instant I put them on. They are substantial, have good ventilation and feel very secure. The Whisper was a little more attractive but had less arch support, and the Newport was just as comfortable as the Venice but a bit too clunky for me. I wanted them for general outdoor summer activity and walking around Disneyworld. I always wear a 7.5 but got these in an 8 because the length.

I already own a pair of Keen Venice H2s from 2014 but needed a new pair for traveling. This new pair seems a bit narrower than my previous pair but still fits very well. I usually wear a size 7.5 but need to buy 8.5 in this style, although an 8 might work with narrower feet. Would definitely buy again.

I truly love Zappos and their large supply of shoes of all types, their speedy delivery and customer service. Now to the shoes. These are a bit different than the last pair I bought from them 3 years ago. These actually make my size 11 feet look smaller because of how they are made. I love the feel and the support and the look. I've worn them a few times already and had no problems from the start. And if I want to head to the nearest stream and walk through the water, I can do that also.

I purchased the Venice H2 for a trip out west. I got them in 8.5 wide in the beet red/neutral gray (which is not bright red, but not cranberry either) and for me, I would say they are true to size. So far, I have only worn them around the house, and I must say they are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. I really like them!

This shoe is my holy grail! This is the perfect style for a wide foot with a high instep and a not so high arch. Very supportive & comfortable. Perfect right out of the box. Keen shoes have something for everyone...if one style isn't right for you, another one will be. I love keens...and Zappos!

These are great sandals. They provide good support, have nice protective toe cover for hiking. They are adjustable for snug fit if needed. They come in a nice color.

Shoes arrived promptly. Taking them on a cruise. Started walking in them and they are perfect. No blisters. No rubbing.like them a lot.

I typically wear a 6 1/2. Thats what I ordered here with my Keen Venice H2 and they fit perfectly. They will replace my Tevas for running my dogs outside in the summer and casual summer sandals. I can't comment on arch support because I've never had a problem with that so don't know how to rate it. Have wanted a pair of Keens for forever!

This is my first pair of keens and I love them! Was hesitant to purchase because not the most fashionable, but needed something comfy for kayaking, hiking, and all other outdoor activities. I also ordered the whisper but liked the look of these better. Too many straps on the whisper, also narrower and I have a medium/average width foot. Love the mineral blue/green colors and I'm sure these will last me a long time! I am usually a 9.5 or 10 and kept the 10.

These work well for general walking shoes. They have good arch support and protected toes. I use them for my urban hikes of 5-7 miles. They'd make good vacation sandals. Because it's winter I start the day with little black shoe liner socks then remove the socks when it is too warm and have cool feet.

I bought my first pair of the Keen Venice two years ago when I went to Australia for my son's wedding. I wore these sandals for the first time, after flying 17 hours. I was a little nervous about wearing them for the first time, and then sight-seeing in Sydney. They were perfect! I was also nervous that they would not be wide enough as I have bunions. They were perfect!

The staff is a pleasure to work with. The product came as planned. It was my fault for not looking closely at the color of the footbed. My other gray one had a grey footbed not light like this new one. I do not like it but I am keeping it as I do not feel like going thru the exchange policy once again. At my age, it is hardly important in the scheme of things. All the years I have been buying from you leaves me feeling you know what you are doing. I wish you continued success. I am very unhappy about the continued assault on my laptop with your Zappos reminder popping up on my screen. Very annoying. You must find a way to eliminate it. It is making me crazy. It needs to be eliminated, please.

These are very neat water sandals, and I love the mineral blue color. I am wearing my perfectly fitting, mineral blue, Keen Presidio lace ups right now, and my feet are so happy. But, my feet are also changing with age, and though these sandals have the usual roomy Keen toe box, I find them short in length for my feet. I always used to be a 9½W. I ordered these in size 10 and my big toe is up against the end of the shoe. I guess I am between sizes at present and must continue the search.

Can't start without saying I LOVE KEENS! I've recommended them to a bunch of friends and family who now also love 'em. I use mine mainly for sailing, and they're perfect. Use 'em on the boat, on the docks, in the dinghy, in the water - you name it. Phenomenal toe protection. Quick drying. Terrific arch support. These shoes will also keep your tootsies happy while just plain walking. Great shoes for sight-seeing.
