These shoes would have been perfect, if only they didn't run so big. I usually wear a size 5 or 5 1/2, but these shoes were 2 inches too long for me. I would guess they are about 1 1/2 sizes to big. I am puzzled by the multiple reviews that said these shoes run 1/2 size small. I ordered my usual size 5 because I have often found that reviewers think their feet are smaller than they actually are.

Design Flaws - I wanted to like these sandals. They're so pretty. But they had some fatal flaws and I returned them. Most of the problems stem from the raised sides and back, and solid front. You can't see it in the picture but the foot is slightly recessed. Little stones, dirt, twigs, etc would get in the open top but I couldn't shake them out as I do with most other sandals. I had to take them off, dump them out and put them back on. Often. Also, they were hot. The design didn't allow cool air to get into the sole. The sole itself was way too soft. It felt good walking in the house or on a very smooth surface but if I would step on a twig on a trail, the sole bent around it instead of giving me some resistance. As I said, I really wanted to like these sandals, but in the end had to send them back. Soft sole.

These are my favorite Keen sandals! I live in them during the Spring, Summer, and Fall! Super supportive, and they fit my wide foot so well, with a perfect arch support, stability, and grip. LOVE them!!

This is the most comfortable shoe for anyone with any foot problems. It is supportive without being binding. It is adjustable. The best part is how well they wear year after year. A tremendous shoe!!

The best sandals. They last for years.

At some point, Keen changed the sizing on these. I have these in other colors in a size 8 from 4+ years ago and they fit just fine. I ordered these in an 8 and they were too short in the toe. However, they fit my daughter perfectly so she kept them! I’m glad we got them when we did because it looks like they don’t make them anymore. It’s such a shame! This style has always been my favorite!

I love the Venice H2 by keen However I understand Keenan is not making the Venice H2 anymore so I am very sad and that’s why I got this last pair on Zapos if there’s any more out there I would buy them

I live on the Ocoee River in Tn. I order Venice H2 every year. I wear the new ones and use the old ones for boating and tubing. They provide good toe protection and they are so cute.

This is my 3rd pair of Keens, love them and been wearing this style for years. Keen's are true to size and I typically wear a 6.5, however, I like to go a half size up to give my toes extra room to move when power walking. Hope you enjoy your Keen's as much as I do.

I always buy the same sandals. They protect my toes, but let my feet be as cool as possible in the Texas summer. Keens, so far, have a consistent and true size. Not a sexy shoe, but an excellent workhorse.
