Extremely Satisfied - This was the first time making a shoe purchase on-line and I was a little hesitant but this experience was absolutely awesome. From the ease of navigating the site to the selection to the purchase to shipping. Wonderful experience. My daughter absolutely LOVES this shoe. It looks good and feels good. Buy them! These are great shoes and so much fun for kids! I was worried at first that my boys would fall and hurt themselves but they got the hang of the shoes within a day; one week later and they are pros. I ordered the shoes a full size larger than normal and was pleased with the fit.

Impressed - It was only a few days before Christmas and I could not find Heelys anywhere,I searched numerous websites and everyone was sold out. Miraculously I found Zappos not only did they have plenty in stock, they had the exact pair my daughter wanted. I ordered them on a Wednesday night and they arrived the very next day I was shocked because the customer service rep had estimated 2 days and I was stessing over that since it was so close to Christmas.Thanks Zappos for such courteous and speedy service. My daugher loves them! I ordered a half size larger than normal and they fit perfectly. My ten year old daughter never wants to take them off. Definitely her favorite Christmas gift. Nice looking and easy rollin.

Product Evaluation - My daughter looked for her shoes on the web site, she is 12 years old, and it was easy to find. When I ordered them, the transaction was also easy to do, receiving the confirmation order almost inmediately, even a week before Christmas. The shoes were on time, and when my daughter received them as one of her Christmas gifts, she was so happy saying: these are exactly what I wanted! very pleased - I bought my daughter a pair of heelys for christmas,she was so excited she played with them all day. they fit great and they were everything I expected them to be. The quality is great I think she will grow them out before she wears them out.

Excellent - The shoe is very nice looking on my daughter, and made very well. She is only 10, but she is tall for her age, and still growing. We wanted to give her a size big enough to last her for a little longer than a normal shoe, so we had to go into the women's sizes. They fit kind of big, but the size down didn't give her enough room to grow. These shoes are still feminine yet athletic looking, and durable. She loves them. She gets around very well in her Heely's.

These are the cutest Heelys! We ordered these Heelys for my 6 year old for Christmas and they are her favorite gift. We ordered a size 1 (that was the smallest we could find so close to Christmas). My daughter wears a 12 or 12 1/2 and they fit fine. It didn't take long for her to get used to them and she gets lots of attention when she is wearing them. Most kids where we live both boys and girls have black ones so the pink ones stand out. Zappos was great. Our order arrived 2 days after I placed it. Shipping was free, too. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Heelys Review - This was my first purchase from Zappos and I was impressed with how quickly I received my shipment. The Heelys are a big hit with my 9 year old daughter. The fit is nice and she says they are very comfortable. They also look nice.

My daughter LOVES these shoes! My daughter really wanted a pair of Heelys for her ninth birthday, so I ordered her a pair. She said they were her best birthday gift. I ordered them a size up as recommended and they fit her great. You should see how she wheels/heels when we go out to the mall or just around the neighborhood. She gets so many great compliments on them, and I have given out the Zappos website to everyone who asks where we got them. I also want to add that the customer service I had when ordering these shoes was great! The young lady helped me and was pleasant to talk with. I'm sure we will be ordering more Heelys from Zappos in the future. Thank you!

Better than skates! Bought them for my 6 and 9 year old and they love them. It will take them a few weeks to learn but thats what its all about.
