Fantastic Customer Service! My son is truly enjoying the Heelys Slide skate shoes recently purchased from Zappos (albeit a few bruises)! What I enjoy is finding a company with such wonderful customer service. Zappos has become my #1 shoe source.

Wish I could wear them too. My children ask me to buy them Heelys and so I went around and tried to find them it hit me when I got to the last store, to go home and look on line to see if they would have a sight. Thanks Zappos I am so glad I found you. I really didn't want to disappoint my babies. My little girl has hers already and I am waiting for my other two boys size to become available and I will be buying them some also.

My five year old son LOVES these shoes - My son has been wanting Heelys for months and I finally let him buy a pair. Zappos was great! We ordered the shoes on a Tuesday night at 8PM and the shoes were at my front door by Wednesday 1PM!!!! I would definitely shop here again! The shoes took my son about a week to figure out how to "Heely" but now he's zipping around like the "big" kids.

Unbelievably fast shipping - We got these exactly 20 hours after we placed our order!! How fast is that? They are absolutely perfect, and the sizing suggestions were right on target. We ordered 1.5 sizes up giving us a bit of room to grow.

Heelys's slide shoe - Zappos is the one stop shop for shoes. I was excited when they arrived for my son. They arrived so quickly.... The quality was great and the description and the picture looks the same.

Kids love them - The shoes were for my 10 year old son. Of course he loves them; every kid in town had Heelys after Christmas. Personally I don't like them, I think they are very bulky and they don't look comfortable to me, I also think that the position of the legs while heelying might hurt muscles of ligaments. I don't let my son wear them all the time, but he's very happy with them.

Awesome customer services - This was my first purchase at Zappos.com. The Heelys were a Christmas gift for my son. The description warns you to order a size larger, which I did, however they were still too small. I Zappos to exchange for a bigger size. They immediately shipped a new pair to my home (which arrived in two day) without waiting to receive the other pair back (and they did not charge me again). This really is an example of awesome customer service!

Great product - This was a Christmas present to my son who is 10. Due to previous reviews, I bought this shoe a full size larger than normal and it worked out well. My son struggled getting used to these. He's not a very good roller skater and I wondered if he would be able to get used to them. The 1st couple attempts were extremely frustrating. I made him wear a helmet at first because he was falling all over the place. A couple of weeks later, he's zooming around all over the place and absolutely loves them. Zappos was great. The shoes arrived much sooner than I expected. I was concerned that I might have to return them if the size wasn't right. The free shipping even on returns was very appealing even though we didn't use it.

Heelys - I was told to get these a size larger and it is sooooo true - they ran small! My son LOVED them and I was so impressed with the quickness of delivery. We got the red and black youth Heelys.

Satisfied customer - These were ordered for my grandson for a Christmas gift. When I asked him if he could only choose one thing from his "list" he wanted Heelys. Being only a week before Christmas I was more than a little worried about being able to get them in time for Christmas. But, with the Free Overnight delivery, they actually did come the day after I ordered them. Thank you so much. As suggested, I ordered them a size larger than his shoe size and they are a perfect fit. The Heelys look good and is of good quality. He is having a great time with them and has been taking the wheel out and wearing them to school. I am very satisfied with the product and service I received from Zappos.

My son loves them! Of course Heelys have made a name for themselves and during Xmas it was hard to find them in plenty of sizes, but Zappos was great. They not only had them but got them to us in a few days and free shipping! Thanks Zappos. Next time though I would buy them without the ties for easier take and off.

Excelent overall shoe - From rolling around to walking this shoe is a great tool for just about anything.

My son hasn't taken them off - My son began asking for Heeleys less than a week before Christmas and I didn't think I would be able to find a pair in time. But I found these. The right price and all black just like my son liked. Called customer service to ask about sizing and they recommended the perfect size.

My son-in-law's Christmas wish list - On my 29 year old son-in-law's Christmas wish list there was quite a variety of items, including a scooter that went really fast and "those shoes with the wheels in them". Apparently, he'd seen several kids "wheeling around" in them and thought it looked like fun. Well, I didn't even know where to start to look, I'd only seen them on kids and didn't think they'd even come in adult sizes, so I tried the internet and found your prices to be very comparable, and your great guarantee caused me no hesitation. The shoes arrived in time in spite of my late order and on Christmas morning we watched him try them out on carpet and let me tell you it was HILARIOUS! He suddenly had a whole new respect for "those kids who make it look so easy"! Your excellent advice about choosing the correct size was particularly helpful as he usually wears a 9-1/2 and the size 10 fit perfectly! Thanks so much for giving us all so much satisfaction!

Heelys Present - My son got this for Christmas and he was excited about trying to learn how to skate. He needs a lot of practice though. The shoes is very sporty looking and fits just right. My 3 yr. old daughter tried it also but of course the shoe was too big. She was having so much fun.

Satisfaction Guaranteed - I purchased the Heelys for my grandson's birthday, I found out about them the week of his birthday and received them in plenty of time. He absolutely loves them. I ordered a bigger size as everyone suggested, it works for us. I do wish for first time buyers we could receive a video or pamphlet to show how to roll correctly. As for us I recommend Heelys.

GREAT FIT! GREAT RIDE! Description said to purchase one size up - we did and the fit was excellent. My son loves them. Takes a bit of practice to become proficient, but not a difficult task. Nice looking shoe too! (Felt true to size when wearing a full size larger.)
