Really nice and sturdy, true to size but back does rub heel slightly

WIDTH: First shoes I've ever had that fit properly around my narrow feet! So happy! LENGTH: Longer than expected. Ordered 5.5 (I'm usually 5 or 5.5 depending on the brand); exchanged for 5 and they were still at least a half size too big for length. But no 4.5's and they fit for width so I'll keep them. STYLE: Got compliments on my first day wearing them. I don't really care, but just saying, I never get shoe comments.

Loved the style and quality. I ordered a half size smaller than usual which was perfect. However it made my feet look so long! I am a size 10 but ordered these in a 9 1/2. They would be great on smaller feet! LOL. So I am returning them.

The fit and size were very good. Look great and will no doubt see a lot of use.

This first pair I received was too big and it was my correct size. So it’s important that people know that they run at least a half size larger than regular size. When I spoke to customer service to return them, they were extremely professionally helpful and I received my new ones two days later. Excellent service.

I PURCHASED THESE SHOES FOR MY SON, I didn’t notice they were made with a synthetic leather material. My son usually wears the canvas style. My son was so excited about this version of his favorite shoe. He loved the fit, color, material, and comfort. I believe, based on his emotional reaction he will be buying this style in the future to come.

These are very comfortable and stylish shoes. Every time I wear them, I receive many compliments. I normally wear a 7.5 but I ordered a size 6 and they fit perfectly.

These shoes look awesome, they do run a half size too big, I normally wear a 9.5 womens and ordered a 9 and they fit just right.

This is my first pair of leather Chucks. I love them! The leather has a little stretch to it, so I think the shoes will break in and get a little roomier in time, just like the canvas ones. They are comfortable and I use a thin 3/4 arch support in them well. I read reviews to go down a size, but they were too small, so I reordered my normal size 8.5, and they are perfect.

The shoe runs big, had to exchange for a half size smaller for me and a whole size smaller for my daughter. Overall my daughter & I like the shoe style, fit & price. Zappos has the best customer service, each time I spoke to a representative they were pleasant and very helpful.

It took me 3 attempts but I finally found the perfect size. I'm a pretty true 8, sometimes a 7.5, and in the end needed a 7 in this style. My previous pair of Chuck Taylors was the canvas version and as much as I wanted to love them, the toe box was too tight and overall uncomfortable. This pair however fits perfect! They were comfortable straight out of the box and I wore them an entire day at work with no hot spots and no discomfort! Lots of comments on these too! Love em!
