Bought these for my daughter and she loves them. I like the wipe off easily material as they are white which is usually hard to keep clean.

First pair of Converse I've ever owned and I dig them. They seem to run about a half size smaller than what I'm used to, so watch out for that. They're real slick looking. No arch support so they're not the most comfortable shoes to be walking around in all day. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase.

I love these kicks. goes with almost everything, no fail styling. Always order 1/2 smaller than your regular size.

I wear a typical 9 in most nikes other than the ones you have to size down for like fly knit chukka and the fly knit roshe. Anyways I say I'm a true 8.5 but wear the 9 for training because feet swell and I have wider feet. Some sandals I can size to an 8 depending on material and footbed but universally in shoes like these or for gym wear I take a 9. 8.5 in the least. So I followed instruction and ordered the men's sized shoe bc of my foot width and relatively flat feet. I went with the men's 6.5/women's 8.5 and got a great fit. A women's 9 would of been to big but they tell women to go half siZe down anyways in the women's version so it makes sense. Then instead of 1.5 down for mans size converse accommodates 2 sizes down, so the fit guide is right on. Now. My canvas chucks hi monochrome are the same size but canvas - they've stretched but not like the white leather. I now could probably wear a men's 6/ women's 8, it would be painful at first but may actually be better if you intend to not wear socks. I'm okay with the size I have now bc I can wear low thicker socks but when I order leather again I'll get the whole size down from reg so men's 6/ women's 8 in the leather and stick to the 6.5/8.5 for canvas. Just my two cents!

Very stylish all white look, more durable and easier to keep clean than the canvas version. Looks great with everything. I wore on a vacation to Europe and I would say that they could be more comfortable - the leather is a bit stiff and uncomfortable against the top of the feet.

Great sneaker! Still wearing my pair from last year, but grabbed this before gone. My kids like brands like Etnie, DC, IPATH and I have tried them, but this long standing brand (Converse) is still one of the very best. This leather one handles the time exceptionally.

Great white sneaker for spring and summer. The right foot felt a lot larger than the left. I put an insole in it and it's fine.

I love these Chucks! The suggestion was to order them a half size smaller, but I ordered a whole size smaller as I do when I buy Chucks, and they fit perfectly. They are made of a lightweight leather so my foot doesn't get hot while wearing them but it's still leather and quite durable and this shoe isn't heavy at all. The all-white design gives the shoe flexibility in its style, you can dress them up or dress them down. I'm trying to find this shoe in black now.

I really like these shoes. The leather outside looks classy. I consider them my Kanye shoes which would go with my leather jogging pants if I could ever pull them off. At least I feel like I can pull these off.

I've been wearing these leather chucks for about a year now and I love them. I was skeptical about buying the leather version at first because I've worn chuck canvas for 30+ years and had no issues with them, so why ruin a good thing? But I took the leap and have been very happy with their performance. I wore then all last winter in the snow and yuck and didn't have any leaky-socks getting wet issues. The leather is good quality, not heavy like a court shoe and holds up. And sure there isn't any arch support .. but big whoop! I'm not wearing them to play sports (even though I did wear chucks for basketball in 7th grade). After a year of wearing these almost everyday, they are still in good shape and look decent. The leather is still black -- not faded at all like the canvas gets. Well worth the money to upgrade to the leather. The only note... they don't fare as well in the washing machine like the canvas ones do.

After reading the reviews, I ordered a full size smaller than I normally wear, I wear an 8 but ordered a 7. The leather was super soft, I expected them to be stiff but they were comfortable straight out of the box!

This is the classic Chuck Taylor All Star but with leather. Its great. also remember to order a size down from what you normally wear. I wear a 12.5 or 13 in almost every brand except in converse all stars I am a 12.

I've never had more comfortable shoes than my canvas Chuck Taylor's have been (with a Birkenstock insert in place), but they've been too cold for Maine winters. My new leather Chuck's are just as comfortable, look great, and are getting a lot of wear. I hope they'll last a couple of years. Will update!

Really cute shoes. Mine were a little scuffed around the toe and some of the rubber siding was dented, but overall not noticeable. I waited so long for my size to come in stock it wasn't worth complaining about. Ladies, as others have mentioned, you should still size down! I normally wear 8.5 and 7.5 fits well, loose even.

I just replaced my old leather Chuck Taylors. In an effort to buy something different, I tried Converse, Jack Purcell and found the toe box too clunky. I also tried the Adidas Superstar which I found too flat and not flexible. In the end, I replaced the Chuck Taylors. They are still the cutest white lace up on the market!

Love these leather Converse All Stars! So cute and the leather is easy to keep clean. Converse runs large so I recommend ordering a whole size down from your normal size. Zappos is first class in quality and in customer service. I'm a long-time customer and don't shop anywhere else for shoes. The delivery carrier made an error on my most recent order and Zappos corrected it immediately and without question. I've also had excellent customer service with returns/exchanges in the past. A++

Just like I remember, maybe better. I wore chucks through adolescence into young adulthood. I took several years off during my career building phase and now I'm returning to a classic with a mature twist. My leather chucks will never know what it is to be held together by duct tape. And I won't have to wear black socks just so the holes in my shoes don't show. There seems to be a tiny bit of arch support in these compared to the actual original classics.

My 13 year old son LOVES these! They look great. They're definitely more of a hipster shoe than an athletic sneakers with their heavy rubber soles.

I ordered a half size down from what I usually order for running shoes, from a women's 6 to a 5.5 and they fit great from length to width. My feet are what I consider average, so I think ordering a full size down would be too much, especially considering socks. These are the first Converses that I've had in a while and I'm very happy! They do look a little bit more clunky than I thought they would be but then I realized that's just Converses.

Yes I recommend these. I am usually a size 8 but ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfect. This is the first time I've ordered the black leather but my fourth pair in total. I really like the fact that I wipe them with baby wipe and they are clean again (major plus). These are my go to shoes for everyday use. When they wear out I will continue to buy again and again, just like I have done with the white leather ones.

I love the leather white converse because they are much easier to keep clean than the canvas ones. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 in shoes, and I got the 7. if you have wider feet, I wouldn't go more than 1/2 size down, or else your toes will get squished.

I ordered the white monochrome color hoping to get the 10-eyelet version pictured, but received a 14-eyelet version. Not a huge deal, but I was a little disappointed.

Great shoes. I have always been a Converse fan but couldn't wear the cloth material in the islands, so I was very happy when I saw the leather one. Looks great on feet also and very easy to clean.
