Okay at best -
Kudos to Zappos! I ordered these after 9pm last night, and they arrived at 10am this morning! impressive! THE SHOE? Not so impressive. They definitely feel at least a full size smaller than marked, and the toe of this style seems to tilt inward and further cut off toe-space. the width is okay though. Shoe doesn't look as amazing in person as it does online- it's kind of deceiving- with all that in mind, happy shopping!

Skateboarder sneakers -
My son really likes these shoes. But he says that they hurt on the top. He is slowly breaking them in. Overall they look great and the size feels right.

Circa Lopez 50 distressed brown -
Shoes feel nice and are comfortable. Nice padding on tongue. The distressed brown matches nicely with a lot of colors...very nice shoes.

Looks not Comfort -
If you want a cool shoe these are good. But you’re going to have to sacrifice comfort just a tad. They tend to be a little smaller not in shoe size but in overall size.. they are a little tiny. They don't have that big skater shoe feel to them. I wouldn't recommend them with baggy pants.

Chill -
These shoes are really comfortable and I enjoy wearing them. They do get scuffed easy if I skated in them so I stopped wearing them when I ride but that would be the only dislike I have towards them. They are really comfortable and look good when wearing them.

Black/White/Red Nubuck AL50's -
I liked this shoe, except if you get the Black/white/red Nubuck - the nubuck gets dusty easily and doesn't clean well. I'm constantly wipin' the dust off these. The nubuck is like an annoying sponge. Get these in leather if possible, I've got a distressed leather pair too and they're sweet! Steer clear of NUBUCK! Zappos service was fast (shipped me 2nd day air!) and awesome. I love buying shoes from Zappos. I "heart" you Zappos.

I returned these shoes shortly after buying them. I have wide feet, and unfortunately have to buy sizes larger than my feet to accommodate my width. These shoes were about right in length for me, but too narrow, which caused the sides of my feet to rub a lot. The shoes look kinda weird if your feet are too long (I bought size 11.5) because they’re not very tall, making your feet look long. On the pair I got, one of the metal eyelets was defective which made lacing it difficult. It made the lace fray when pulled through. One thing these shoes are missing, especially being skating shoes, was a removable insole. This meant that I had to clip the laces that I wanted to use so I wouldn’t have to step on them when bar lacing.

I got the Plaid version of this shoe and they fell apart after three months of regular wear. I don't skate; I just walk from here to there, and they're ripped everywhere they bend.

There's really isn't much arch support in the shoes and its more narrow than I expected. The actual shoe is good quality and looks good but if you are going for comfort, it may not be the best.

Good Lookin -
This shoe looks awesome! But the inside is a whole different story. The left inner sole is 1/2 too small. So I can feel the rubber base. The rubber base on the left shoe is inconsistent. It lacks rubber in some areas like in the frontal middle and around the circumference. The right shoe was better than the left by far.

Ok -
These shoes are good for learning new flip tricks, but not when hitting anything above 3ft cause they only have EVA foam in the back instead of the front. So when u fall ur feet kill. I had to stop using them to kick flip and indy off picnic tables. The toe ripped the first time I skated in them and the sole fell out in a week. Overall they're horrible.

The tongue is way to thick. I have a slim foot and I can barely stand to wear these due to them being so tight. And yes, I have loosened the laces. Not even going all the way up. Bottom line, they look cool, but feel like crap. Unless you like your toes to start to go numb. I would return them, but I have worn them thinking I could break them in.

Worst pair of shoes I've ever owned. They only lasted 2months of regular wear.

Do not get these shoes. The comfort was great the style was too, but the material of the shoe rips very easily if you are a skateboarder like me. I had these shoes for a month and a half, the bottom of the sole tore into a hole, the side of the shoe ripped, and the top of the shoe had a big hole in them. You might want to buy something that will last longer. Am I right??? So I would NOT recommend these shoes to anyone unless your looking for something that would last you a month!

Junk Shoes -
I had these shoes for 2 weeks and they started to fall apart. The canvas came unglued from the rubber trim and then the sole came off. I had to glue it back together. This happened on both shoes, less on the one than the other. I called Circa, but no one would talk to me, and they didn't return my calls. I called Zappos and they offered to exchange them for me. I traded them in for another Circa style that was just as bad.

Would not recommend these shoes -
I purchased the black and pink canvas Circa Lopez 50 at the end of August 2006 for my 13 y/o son. After just a few weeks, the shoes looked very worn out, frayed and faded; not necessarily a bad thing for a 13 y/o, but I was disappointed that they looked "years" old rather than "weeks old." And after only 2 months of wear, the shoes have literally fallen apart. The upper has separated from the sole, from the toe to the middle of the foot. Also, what appears to be a lining fabric between the upper and the sole has a huge tear in it. My son's foot just flopped right out of the shoe. I have 3 teenage boys, and we have purchased dozens of pairs of skate shoes; I would not recommend these shoes for any reason, and most definitely not for anyone who skates.

I previously gave these a great review, but after less than three months, both mine and my son's sneakers are falling apart. The rubber sole separated from the front of the shoes and almost came completely off of one of his shoes. I have worn mine maybe a dozen times and it is happening to them, so it is not from rough wear. I also have the women's Lopez 50 and they are a much better shoe. I have been wearing them for months, almost every day, and they are really durable. Other circa styles seem to hold up much better, too. Maybe there was a defective batch of these, because there seem to be a lot of reviews of these falling apart. Zappos made all of the returns easy and painless, and is still my favorite place for shoes!

I used to only buy Vans but lately their quality has gone way down. I picked up these shoes hoping to find a good replacement. These shoes remind me of how skate shoes should feel very comfortable and a great fit according to size. If I had one complaint it would be that they get a bit narrow in the toe area on the sides (I have got big toes). But I am sure that once I break them in that will go away.

These are excellent shoes if you're looking for just some basic, black, comfortable shoes for wearing around town. They look good with jeans and shorts.
I don't skate in them, but they are great for comfort, walking, and bike riding around town.
Too hard to find basic black shoes sometimes.

Not into skater shoes, But I have to say for a person who has slightly wide feet its a perfect fit. A good looking shoe as well. I even bought the white ones. Thumbs up.

These are great shoes! Apart from the comfort, the style and color of these shoes have made them my go to shoes. They are so awesome, in fact, that I also bought them in the beige/black color option.

These are classic skateboard shoes! I think it is easy to tell that a world class professional designed these shoes! I wear all white C1rca and these shoes have a perforated upper that keeps my feet cooler and drier than most shoes including the same model without the perforations. The constructions is out of this world. This shoe provides structure to hold your feet in the shoe while you work the board like a job. The sole is amazing! It seems to be one with the deck and releases when necessary and grips when it is supposed to. These shoes seem to make my skills move up a notch. They come with white laces and also black laces. By far, the best real skateboard shoe made!

I wasn't sure if it was a trusted site but I gave it the benefit of the doubt & it turned out to be legit. Fast shipping & only place I found these shoes in particular. Great place to shop from.

Similar in style and comfort to the old Airwalks from the '90s. No arch support with the completely flat bottoms but I have flat feet. Very squishy tongue like slippers. So far they are holding up very well. I owned some Circas before and I like having another choice since I have some Vans too.

Authentic. If bought before, expect same thing. I love them. This is the 5th pair I've had of different colors.
