These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. This is my second pair, as my new dog ate my ten year old pair 1 month ago. I’ve also just ordered the Arizona for my husband!

I love them so far! They are stylish and cute. I am waiting for them to break in as they are a bit stiff. The quality of the leather is outstanding.

I LOVE MY BIRKENSTOCKS. THEY FIT PERFECTLY. I WEAR THEM DAILY. THE ARCH IS GREAT, THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND THEY LOOK GREAT TOO. BEFORE I WORE BIRKIS I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY ARCH. IT WAS SO SEVERE THE ORTHO DOCTOR MADE A BRACE FOR ME. IT WAS SOOO UNCOMFORTABLE. ONCE I STARTED WEARING BIRKIS. NO MORE PAIN OR PROBLEMS WITH MY ARCH. I LOVE MY BIRKIS!!!! PERFECT FOR FLORIDA LIVING.

Have great difficulty finding shoes or sandels cause I am 9.5 triple E. These fit the bill perfectly. Needed something to aid in allowing light and air for continuous healing of fungus toe nails. These help tremendously. Highly recommend!

The narrow fit kept the shoe from flopping or me struggling to keep the shoe on. Now I’ve only had them a few days so I’m still breaking them in, hopefully these will be the correct fit for me.

I was concerned about not having a backstrap. After a few hours they stay on and are the most comfortable shoes I have and I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. Highly recommend.

I got these for my mother as a present. I was home last September, and she loved the ones I had on but it was way to big. Her, being Asian, it was tricky to find the right size for her. She claimed that she wears a 7 in American size. So I took a gamble and ordered her a 6-6.5 in American size, and sure enough they were a perfect fit. She definitely can wear them in the East Coast winter conditions, but she once she heads home to the warm tropical islands, she definitely will love them. Right now she wears them inside the house and she loves the soft foot bed. Thank you Birkenstock for making and old lady happy with your product. Thank you Zappos for the expedient delivery service. Expect another order soon cause I know she will wear them out soon walking in our hometown.

These are great sandles. Broke my foot and my podiatrist recommended them for wearing around the house for support. Excellent solution to flat feet and an injury rehab.

I purchased these sandals for my husband. Let me preface by saying that he is probably not the "typical" Birkenstock wear. He's a banker and wears wing-tip Johnston & Murphy's during the week, but on weekends and after work you will typically find him in his Birkenstocks. I have worn them for years and my husband discovered that they were so extremely comfortable many years ago, too. His current pair was literally falling apart so I ordered these as a replacement. As always, comfortable, well-made and true to size.

These shoes are so comfortable. I love the extra cushion and the straps are in a nice dark brown leather. Perfect for being on my feet all day!

Wow, I got great customer service from Zappos. I ordered a pair of Birkenstock in black/regular width and had to return them for a narrow pair. Got my order turned around in less than a week and received "outstanding professional" service. The Customer Service Rep known exactly what I wanted and she did her best to ensure I got my shoes quickly and I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a comfortable pair of shoes to try Birkenstock's and most importantly that they purchase them from Zappos.

My first pair of Birkenstock, and love them. Narrow fit is perfect, and for once, a size 9 is truly a size 9. The fit is perfect. A stylish sandal for men that can be worn with shorts or jeans. Much better than sport slides!

Had a strong leather smell but overall they’re great !

I first purchased these through Birkenstock.com in a size larger than usual based on reading the reviews (I usually wear a 7.5 N but ordered the 8-8.5N) but they turned out to be too big and wide even though I had specified narrow. I returned those and ordered my regular size (7-7.5) in narrow from Zappos and they fit wonderfully. They feel great and the leather is lovely.

Finally the right size, color, and fit. FYI--the "regular" width is perfect if you have a wider foot, even if you don't buy shoes in "wide". I have a wide toe box and these fit perfectly. I normally wear a size 6 or 6.5 and the 36 is just right. The size 37 is huge on me. I originally ordered the "oiled leather" black but the color is very dull/almost a dark grey. These are my first pair of Birkenstock Arizona sandals and I am sure I will be ordering more colors later on. Thank you Zappos for making shopping and returning so effortless!

Absolutely love these. I first purchased a size 36. I wear a 6-6.5 women’s shoes. The 36 was too small. 37 fits PERFECT. love them! I want another color immediately. ZAPPOS RULES!! Best customer service and shipping around and I have been a customer since the get go!!

This was purchased for my son who has VERY wide, and flat feet. The regular width fit him to perfection and so far he likes these, although he is taking it easy in order to get used to the style and fit. His regular shoe size fell between two different sizes and I ordered up. The length is also spot on.

Love these babies!! I was worried about spending $140 on shoes but am really glad I did. I’ve always been a cheap shoe gal ($15 shoes from target? Yes please) but the older I get the more I realize you really do pay for quality. These have far outlasted any cheap shoe I’ve bought and are waaaay more comfortable. For me, they’re always a size larger so my 7.5 foot needs a 37. I own both regular footbed and now these are the soft footbed. You can feel the difference. The regular, to me, is very comfortable and molds to your foot and is extremely comfortable. The soft footbed feels much squisher out of the box and even after nearly a year of wear I can still feel the softness to it that the others don’t have. The leather has held up well and they’re a very comfortable everyday shoe. I only had an issue once. I decided to take my niece in a power walk in her stroller up and down hills and they did run a blister but I’ve never had that issue any other time. If you’re debating them due to the price- just do it! You’ll be glad you did!

Old habits are not always the best.......I have worn Birkenstocks on and off for years and "assumed" my size would remain the same. WRONG. I tried them again months ago and ordered my old size 38 and they were not comfortable at all so I tried a 39, still no luck. So I did what a smart person would do and actually read the information on measuring my foot. I usually wear a Doc Martin 8 but my measurement here is for a 40. I was shocked to say the least.....and felt a little stupid. So I ordered the Arizona in a size 40 and would you believe they are perfect! The arch is in the right place, my heal sits in the heel cup, toes are happy.....imagine! Thank you Zappos for putting the information out there and congrats to me for being smart enough to read it. I now have these in both black and habana and even my posture and hip pain have improved. I guess it is true, with age come wisdom.....and thank you Birkenstock for helping me find what fits be best. I am thrilled with you again.

I only take my Birkenstocks off when I go to bed. My plantar fasciitis feels best in Birkenstocks. Never had a problem with them in the last 21 years. My wife wears Birkenstocks too and neither of us are "granolas".

True to brand, this sandal did not disappoint. As always I never have a problem with break in with these shoes; no pinching, blisters, rubs that come with some other brands of summer shoes.

Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed Narrow fit my foot perfectly! Based on other reviews I read, which said this shoe runs narrow, I bought both widths. The softer footbed feels great, and all in all, this shoe requires less break-in time than other Birkenstock's I've had. I'm very happy with this shoe.
