Sadly, have to return. They seemed a half size too big. 39 was a little too big and 38 was too small. Not sure if unisex is the problem. Maybe this style just isn’t for me.

Wanted and needed these, but the Tobacco Brown ordered came out as a very light sand and I just couldn't. Will try again.

As a first time buyer of Birkenstocks, I wasn't sure what size to get as I usually wear Women's size 9M, sometimes 8.5M. From what i read, I ordered size 39 and my toes where hanging over the footbed. I then ordered size 40 and thought my feet fit perfectly, I felt there could use a little space in back of my feet so I ordered a 41 to compare. If the 41 doesn't fit, I am giving up altogether on Birkenstock sandals. So as you can see, sizing is not very accurate and quite a challenge!

The Birkenstock Arizona softbed is great, but be aware Tobacco color is much lighter than shown in the photos on the website. Wish it were a little darker.

I read all the reviews that said if you have a reg to narrow foot get the narrow.. and people saying they run big and they bought a size smaller and fit. I’m a 6.5-7 mostly a 7 in women’s with no where near wide feet. I ended up returning because with the narrow my foot just barely fit in the size 37 but going up a size (I tried in the store) was way too big. I was about to give up when I finally measured my foot on the box lid and tried the 37 reg and my toes are fitting now. So glad I didn’t give up! My feet don’t agree with the get narrow reviews. And the footbed on the narrow was completely different. Use the size chart feature and save yourself the guess work. I like the sandals, they are comfy once you get it right.

If you are a female, get NARROW. Unisex will feel like an entire size too big due to the width being too big. I ordered the same size (size 38 since I am a women's 7) and they fit perfect!! They are super cute and very versatile. I broke them in after one wear and now I wear them everyday.

You put your feet in them and walk around. They don't fall off unless you walk like John Cleese in the Ministry of Funny Walks. The soft footbed is an improvement over the cement/cork hybrid footbed that regular Birkenstocks are made of.

I love this style of Birkenstocks. Order a new pair every couple of years. This year, I ordered the usual style/usual size in black. Fit is consistent with previous shoes in the same style. I gave this 4 stars overall only because the black rubs off on my feet. It washes right off, but is annoying. I will go back to my usual tan shades next time.

Love these shoes - they are soft, footbed is comfortable, leather is soft on your feet. Love the adjustability on both straps - wish it were velcro though.

The straps were stiff & hurt the tops of my feet

I live in Birks during the summer and have owned oiled leather ones before. The great thing is the variation of the dye on the leather and how it gives the sandals some character. With that said these arrived and were 100% a consistent tan leather. Although the completely torn box said it was oiled these looked like the suede troupe except in leather. I ended up returning them and ordering another pair directly from Birkenstock to see if those were better. Over the years I’ve had issues with Birks from Zappos (worn, ink stains, wrong versions in the box) and I am not sure why.

Great product overall. Disappointed in the color variation online vs. in person for the Tabacco color. Would have probably gone with another option.

I bought the Arizonas in dusty blue because the color is so pretty in the pictures on Zappos but in reality they are a dark, dull blue that look like a completely different sandal than the ones advertised. I love all my other Birkenstocks but this was a huge letdown.

My first pair of birks lasted 20 years, my second pair lasted 5 years. This purchase was my last. They lasted 4 MONTHS. Birkenstock quality has apparently sold out for greed.

Color listed was ochre - picture looked like a tan. They are YELLOW! Not at all like the picture. Had to return them.

These Birkenstocks arrived in an unmarked box. No Birkenstock markings on the box at all. The sandals were two different sizes and two completely different leather finishes. Very disappointing. Will be ordering directly from Birkenstock in the future.

I wanted black suede, but like the oiled leather except for the buckles…wish they were all black

I followed their recommendation on the width and they were way too narrow , i couldn’t get the buckle into the first hole , reordered the same size but regular width

The oiled leather is probably my favorite material, it doesn't stretch out & they soften up quickly. I prefer the soft footbed however the options are limited in the colors and buckles. The tobacco brown is a very neutral nude. I would love to see cognac or the old color coco nubuck!

They fit great. I’ve never bought Birkenstocks before but I now need more orthotic sandals. When I tried them on at the store they were extremely uncomfortable. Like walking on rocks. But I received an email from Zappos and saw they made soft bed sandals which I didn’t know. So I decided to give them a try. I was so pleasantly surprised and excited. What a difference. Well worth the money. I highly recommend the soft bed sandals if like me you really want Birkenstocks.

Fit not right for foot shape. Unable to use the shoe and returned for refund. Quality appears good in spite of fit problems.

Having tried the style on elsewhere I knew to order a size smaller. They fit perfect.

Comfortable and classic! It was time for a new pair.

I was very pleased with the nice neutral gray and the comfort for plantar fasciitis. I plan to wear these a lot!

I’ve had my Mayari Birkenstocks for a few years now, so I decided to get a new pair. I was nervous about trying the Arizona because I was worried they’d look too chunky on my feet. However, when I got them, I was pleasantly surprised! Cute, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. One review said something about the tobacco color looking rustic and not like the picture, but I was glad when they came in and look just as described. Also, mine are a 38 narrow and I have narrow feet and usually wear a 7 1/2. The fit is perfect, just like my previous pair. Hope this helps!
