My other Arizona Soft Footbed birks are a 38. I have worn these around the house a few times and have determined they are a tad too short. I ordered a 38 N which my other Birkenstocks are, but I think I might have to try a 39 N. I know the wide will be too large. I have realized that I do need the soft footbed as I have several regular footbed in my closet that I just can't wear enough to break in. I'm sad because I really wanted a brown color. Thanks to Zappos for the return policy!

Ordered my usual size 40 in Birkenstock and these fit amazing. I love the soft footbed and wish there were more options of the soft footbeds in other styles.

Unisex styles seem to run a size big. Very comfortable once I exchanged for a size smaller. Style is classic-definitely more unisex than feminine

First, thank you Zappos for an awesome return policy. My original Birkenstocks came with glue on them, Zappos quickly resolved the issue. After reading reviews, I ordered the narrow width but I normally wear M or “regular width.” I’m a 7 and ordered a 7. They fit perfectly. I ordered the tobacco and love that it shows wear like normal leather. I’m excited to wear them!

They were very stiff at first and took a couple of weeks to break in. But once they get broken in, they are super comfortable and supportive. No more cheap sandals or flip flops for me. Very happy with my purchase.

love the look but too narrow and a bit snug in footbed. I have a couple other Birks but these fit small.

Love my Birkenstock sandals. I wear them constantly, all winter long in the house and everywhere in the warmer months. My last pair finally wore out after I can't remember exactly how many years, probably 12-15 and ordered the exact same ones, arrived in 2 days, put them on and immediately felt so comfy. Can't live without my Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed sandals. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and I've worn these since I was diagnosed and they've brought such relief.

I can't say enough good things about these sandals. this is probably the 4th pair that I've purchased and not because they've worn out. do yourself a favor and buy a pair. you won't regret it.

These fit great-just like all the other pairs I have worn out over the years. The heel is a perfect height for my back/posture. The soft bed feels way better than the stiffer one. Great shoe for all day or just running out for the mail.

Cannot beat this classic, and I love the khaki color. Felt like slipping into a familiar pair of shoes, just right. My daughter "stole" my old Berks and I was happy to buy myself a new pair. Love the extra added comfort of the soft footbed.

These are a little stiffer to break in than the suede birks. I wore them around the house to get them broke in. I like this neutral color and the added Arizona footbed is a must have! I usually wear an 8 or even 8.5 in most shoes. I previously bought a 39 in birks but have more toe room at the end. I like ended up going w a 38 which is equivalent to 7-7.5 US sizing. I like the 38 best.

Love Birkenstock brand. These are my second pair of Arizona soft beds and I dont really wear any other Sandals. Highly Recommended

Comfortable and provides excellent support

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm so happy I got these! Super comfortable and casual to walk around in. Definitely worth it to have a good sandal with arch support. If you're questioning whether to get these, this is your sign to go for it!

I like the utility of these sandals. Just so easy and lightweight to slip on and out the door, with (so stylish, I know!!) or without socks. They fit like other Birkenstocks. I like the leather. It does take some getting used to in walking around. I'm always thinking I'll kick them off or drop them by accident, but I guess that's the design so you use your toes.

I've worn Mephisto, Chaco for years - finally purchased some Birks. LOVE them! In Dansko/Sanita clogs I usually wear a 39. In sandals I need a 38.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I had a little trouble with sizing - with Danskos and Sanitas I wear a 39 - the 39 in Birks was just too big. The 38s are perfect. Zappos was so easy to return.

I wear my Birks down to the cork, because I hate to give them up when they are broken in. But times pass and I reordered my Arizona soft Footbed leather. They feel great out of the box. I really appreciate the excellent arch support. The best thing is that they will only get better as they age!
