Everyone said the narrow width was bigger than the regular width and indeed I have a pair to prove it! So this pair I just got is overly narrow and HURTS so much I couldn’t believe because I have worn only Birkenstocks for many many years! Goes to prove anyone can get a fluke once and a while. So, I will return them and get a size 38 REGULAR. Surely it will then be my match in heaven! Than you Zappo’s for your excellent return policy!!

I have plantar fasciitis and fallen arches, so I must have good arch support even in the house, never barefoot. This is my first pr of Birkenstock and so far I like them but my feet are still getting use to them. They are very well made (I have friends who have had theirs forever getting the bottoms redone). I am already looking at a different style. Feel younger going back to my hippie days ?

The fit was perfect. I usually order 8.5 in womens, and ordered the 8-8.5 unisex in this shoe with narrow width. I have Morton’s neuroma in both feet and these are perfect…no pinching here! They are cute and stylish without some of the clunkyness of some birk styles. Again, perfect!

I already know from owning several pairs that I needed to size down.
I typically wear 9.5w so I order 8.5 for a perfect fit.
The size chart shows inches and this is the best way to get a good fit.
This color is gorgeous, I’m glad to add it to my collection.

Birkenstock Arizona is a favorite of mine & so is the soft footbed. I have regular too but favor the soft. I am a solid size 7 in all shoes and I wear a 38 in Birks. I recommend following their size charts.

I love my Birkenstocks! I wear a US 5.5 in Women's and a US 3.5/4 in Youth. I ordered the Birkenstocks in 36 EU and they fit perfectly. I love that you can adjust the straps to find your best fit. Great purchase and highly recommend!

My typical shoe size is 8, regular width. I ordered 38 and 39 in narrow and regular and ended up keeping the 39 Narrow. 38 was too small and regular was too wide. I wore them around the house thinking I needed to break them in but felt comfortable right from the start.

Bought these for my mother-in-law. The two strap style did not fit her feet with her bunions. May try a style is is more open. I love all of my Birkenstocks!! They are the most comfortable sandals. Wish they would have worked for her.

Love my Birkensock sandals. I wear these all year long, rain or shine! I've bought this style birkenstock sandal since the 90s. The arch support is incredible and the Arizona softsole footbed makes them even more comfortable. It's nice being able to order them on here because I can order a narrow instead of dealing with the unisex ones that are wide for a man's foot. My foot is long and narrow and the "narrow" width fits a womans foot much nicer in my opinion. I adjust the strap to the 2nd to the tightest and they fit my foot perfectly! Love them!
