The fit and size felt true. Could have used one size narrower. Have tripped a couple of times.

Good looking, comfortable shoe. However, runs about a half size too short especially if you plan to wear a thicker sock. Note that looking at the interior of the shoe, arch support is not evident. However, when you put it on, good arch support is felt. I have a high arch, and these felt great--although I could tell by where the arch support was that the shoe was a bit too short as well.

It was a great looking shoe, just not exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered an extra wide which makes the sneaker seem too big for me. I almost returned it to order regular wide and ultimately decided to keep it. However, I am disappointed in the arch support, I still have to add another arch support device.

Nice shoe, but was way too big. I double checked the size to make sure I ordered correctly, and I did. So, I returned them.

I've never had a pair of Easy Spirit shoes that squeaked before - where do I oil them?

Shoe fit nicely true to size and width., I have had to get wide widths in other shoes but this one was just fine. I like the way it laces up. I would not say this is moderate arch support though. While it's not a deal breaker, know that for me, it felt somewhat flat. The shoes feel fine with arch support inserts ( and they go in without any problem).

Very nice shoes, but they seemed too wide. I will be back and look for a sneaker in a W with an arch support.

What is the issue with offering women size 10-1/2 shoes? Half-sizes are offered up to size 10, and then suddenly at size 10, they jump to size 11. Give it up, shoe companies. Offer women size 10-1/2. I'm glad this sneaker is now available in suede. That's a great style improvement -- but come on, make the shoe in size 10-1/2.

Loved the look of this shoe. However, the 6.5 size was a bit too small though I can usually wear a 6.5 athletic shoe. The size 7 Easy spirit was too long. Will try again! Thanks, Zappos, for your fabulous return policy!

They felt good as soon as I put them on. Wide enough, no tight spots to rub. Good purchase.

I wear a D width which is sometimes too snug. I ordered the extra wide and they are actually too wide. I will wear thick socks to help with this but they are very comfortable so I will keep them. I should have ordered the D.

I normally wear a 7 1/2 W shoes in Clark’s and Easy Spirit. Tried that but had to return as they were too tight and narrow in this style, so ordered 7 1/2 WW which made a huge difference. Toe box is large and roomy which I don’t often find even in WW shoes, much less in Wide. I also own several pair of Easy Spirit AP1 in the same size because ordering wide simply isn’t enough for my right foot especially. I don’t understand why most casual or athletic shoes have pointed or curved fronts when our feet are clearly not shaped as such! Overall, Romy is comfortable and does give me the room I need. My main concerns are the heel area being a bit loose and the general look or boxy-ness of this shoe. But I can add pads to accommodate the heel differential and the boxy-ness is what gives the toes comfort, so I’ll manage. They are also lighter in weight which is nice! This is my first pair, so a test of style of comfort as I go along.

These aren't the cutest sneakers but they're comfortable enough for work and the double wide width allows my insoles to fit in them comfortably. I kept these because I needed navy blue and the cute Skechers I wanted didn't come in WW width.

I have this shoe in black and it's wonderful, however this silver color looks very cheap and tacky.

This shoe is not the true red that it appears on Zappos website. It's more Cardinal Red. Since the red is not bright, true red, the white sole shows up way too much. No arch support. Good toe room. Comes too high around the ankle. With an insert to compensate for the lack of arch support, and if you like white soles, this could be a great shoe for you. My normal size in a closed-toe shoe is 6.5 and this shoe fits fine in a 6.5

I really like the look and feel of the material. The color is perfect to wear with khakis, they are very lightweight, and well cushioned. The only reason I returned them is that the bend didn't match my foot perfectly.

They fit loose like I wanted so that I could add my orthotics but I just did not like the way they looked on..

I have just gone from a 10 1/2 size to an 11. I ordered these & a pair of New Balance. The NB fit fine. My toes touch the front of these shoes & I had to return them. It seems their sizes are smaller as are the Nike's I bought. When I wore a 10 1/2 I had to get an 11 in Nike. If you don't mind going a half size larger these would be great shoes.

These are solidly feeling shoes, a little heavy. I needed a pair like this for serious walking on a trip. The taupe looks very nice and does not shout "sneaker!" from the rooftops. I was surprised to see that even though I had ordered a half size larger than usual, these are borderline too short (I feel my toes touching the front of the shoe). Unfortunately, I already see that a seam is beginning to split at the top of the shoe, and that's my smaller foot. I have not worn these shoes all that often, especially since returning from the weeklong trip. So I'm not sure the quality is as good as it initially looked.

I love these I had a 8 size but had to go to 7 1/2 ww they run a half size to big

My usual size is 7.5 Wide, however 8 Wide did fit me better. Have I grown? I have been wearing these shoes daily for some short walks going up the hill for about a mile. They are quite comfortable for a light walking. Probably will be good for a day city walk. They are replacing my ancient Easy Spirit Endurance that are no longer available. The reason I gave four stars is because I would like greater padding and would much prefer black leather instead of shiny patent. I would buy them again. I wear a narrow width, so finding any shoes at a reasonable price is practically impossible. However, these not only fit, but they look great. I wear a 9.5 or 10 in athletic shoes. I ordered a 10, and though it is a bit roomy (should have gotten the 9.5) they are perfectly wearable. I went back to get more, but the color selection is basically non-existent. Alas, I'll have to wait and see what shows up later.

My regular size in length worked in these shoes but the forefoot was much too narrow for what I expected in a medicum width shoe. Also although many said they used their custom orthotics I am under the assumption that they had the full length orthotics. I have the 3/4 ones and found the shoe liner was too thick to work with them. Also any liner really needs a flange at the arch area if it is going to cover an orthotic. These do not have that. I liked the way I could easily cinch them snug to my feet but over all they were a poor fit and I returned them.

This shoe felt very good at first but, after walking around a bit I realized my slightly longer right toe was bumping the front of the shoe. Sad becasue otherwise they felt great. The laces slid easily through the heavy duty nylon loops and the laces were exactly the correct length. No more having to double tie in order to shorten them.
