Feels a little snug but I've bought this shoe before and know it will work fine once I break it in.

Wonderful shoe! But have to return as it was too short, and there is no half size larger for it.

For me, the toe box was just a little narrow for this size, certainly for my foot. I am looking looking for that shoe that fits just right so I can get back to walking comfortably.

I am a 9, sometimes 9.5, so went for a 10 so I can wear thicker socks. I ordered two sizes and colors - love the Taupe multi-suede which I got in 10 M. I also ordered theWhite leather in 10 W but was too roomy so sending back. I have only worn the Taupe once so far. They are comfy but not as supportive as I need— pretty flat inside (I need some arch support). That said, they are a nice looking casual sneaker, so fine for sitting at my desk for work. They are also kind of thick /puffy at the top where the lace ties, and I do wish this was not, but still a good purchase for the price.

Material better suited to a summer sneaker. But nice color and super light. Unfortunately, too wide for me and I have a xxwide foot.

Easy Spirit Romy is one of the very few shoes that offer a seven narrow. I have purchased these shoes before and they do fit well. I, do wish however, that the arch was more supportive as I have very flat feet but do not like having to use inserts .

Fit was fine. Love the color but would like info on surface cleaning.

These were much too wide. In truth, I ordered a wide, but these were much wider than most wides. Returned.

I bought my first pair of Easy Spirit Romys in May of 2022 after trying several different brands. Most were more expensive but these were the most comfortable and supportive. I have worn them almost every day. Two weaknesses: the ties began to separate after about six months. The shoes began to feel less supportive and stretched out after about 9 months. I didn't want to go through the hassle of ordering and returning other brands that might last longer, so ordered a second pair (with a discount for answering a Zappos questionnaire).

I have high arches and these don’t have enough support.

I have wide feet and this is my third pair over the past couple years for this style. They are comfortable and great for walking or using an elliptical. So few wide shoes are comfortable for me so I stick to these. Also good for standing since I use a standing desk most of the day and once they’re broken in they are good for that too. I’m not picky about looks so each time I’ve picked cheapest in my size and they’re a great deal if you can make that work. Only thing I’d wish they would change is for wide sizes use longer laces since this pair I can barely tie. My other pairs didn’t have that issue so maybe the color laces are just shorter? In any case just replacing with white older laces since the grey laces are just too short.

Nice look, though runs small in my opinion. I usually wear a 7.5 M in Asics & Saucony, my toe was rubbing the end of these, and I felt they were a little wide. They don't seem to have a lot of arch support, but an insole could change that. Due to the size issue, I was unable to assess the comfort of the shoes.

Overall nice shoe. I usually wear a 7.5 M in Asics and Saucony, however, these shoes felt a little shorter and wider than the Asics and Saucony. I do have a fairly narrow foot, though I usually do not need a narrow width. I don't have a high arch, for me the arch support was okay, but not quite adequate. I returned them.

As an owner of a narrow foot, shoes aren't easy to find. I've worn Easy Spirit in the past so this caught my eye when it showed up in a dark shade of red. I'm between 8 and 8 1/2 so ordered the larger and it is none too long. Width of the N is an A--if you are really narrow, it will be too roomy. The arch support is only moderate. I have ES shoes with better arches than this one. Otherwise, the comfort is good. I've only had it a week and wore it twice all day. Style is fine--sort of an old favorite of many with some updates. Toe box height is important to me and this seems good for that area.

It is a very nice looking shoe. It seems to be pretty true to size. And I would have given it 5 stars across the board but I feel like for a walking/running shoe, there should be a little denser or heavier sole to protect the ball of the foot from the pounding on a hard surface.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own, so I order several pairs every few years. As soon as one pair wears out, I pull out the next one! I even gave one of the new pairs to my sister (who wears exactly the same size as I do), and she loves them, too! My only complaint is that they wear out rather quickly, esp. the stitching at the outside edge of the toes. I know when it's time to pull out a new pair of shoes when I come home with wet socks on a rainy day. As an enthusiastic walker, I go through one pair in just under a year.

This shoe has a very high rating and I have worn Easy Spirit for decades so when it came up with special pricing I paid attention and ordered it. Sizing--I am either an 8 or 8 1/2 narrow and I ordered the 8 1/2 N and it is okay but none too long. If you are between sizes, definitely order up. Width is also okay--but an A, not a AA. The arch support is also moderate--it could have more. I own the ES Traveltime and it has better arch support. The color of the shoe I ordered was listed as antique Port; the one delivered had "medium red 611"on the box. I was looking for a fun color so it is okay. Comfort--I wore it all day yesterday and it was comfortable except for the lack of better arch support. That seems to bring quality into question--as a former salesperson of women's footwear, I see a definite decline in quality in the shoe industry.

These seem comfortable...the only question is that the laces seem significantly shorter than the many other pair of Easy Spirit Romy that I have owned for years. I'm hoping that once I start wearing them outside the home they will stay tied without double knotting like my previous pair as finding round, long enough laces isn't easy. Also wish these came in a 3E but alas the only 3E found are black or white unattactive shoes for wearing with capri's, dress pants or even skirts when I'm desperate for comfortable shoes even though I don't like how they look. Hard to find comfortable attractive shoes for wide feet, high arches & narrow heels. I see many others with the same issue so know there would be lots of sales for companies willing to make these shoes.

They run a bit wide, but are comfortable out of the box. No heavy shoes and decent support
