Very comfortable shoes. I've been wearing this style for almost 20 years. It's my go-to shoe for walking and dancing!

Every single day I walk my dog and these are the best walking shoes I've ever had. I have wide feet and so many shoes are snug on me- not the case with these in WW tho. These are the first shoes I've put on right out of the box that didn't need any adjustment for my wide flat foot, in fact they were roomy enough I could wiggle my toes! They're the only brand of sneakers I've bought for the past 4 years. I've gotten so paranoid about Easy Spirit discontinuing them I've purchased 5 pairs that are just sitting in my closet on reserve, because I would be distraught if I could no longer wear these for my daily walking.

I have a large bunion on my right foot and most shoes are uncomfortable, so when I read the reviews stating “comfortable right out of the box” I rolled my eyes and thought “but not for me”. However, much to my surprise and happiness, they were definitely comfortable right out of the box, with no seams to rub against the bunion. I have already bought two additional pairs in different colors, and will probably buy a fourth. Shoes this comfortable are not easy to come by, so best to stock up. Besides the fit, I love the styling... they do not look like big clunky grandma shoes and I love the suede and different available colors in extra wide width. Highly recommended!

THESE ARE PERFECT! I got these because I read the reviews, liked what I heard, and the style is great for what I need. They have excellent support, I did NOT need to break them in, they're very pretty, and frankly... they're my favorites!! I wear these everywhere now! They are very true to size and width and perfect height around the heel. Some athletic shoes come up just a tad too high, but these are awesome! I love my new blue suede shoes. *grin*

These are the best lightweight support I have had for walking, exercise, and all around comfort and they do not bother my bunions. I have not found any other shoes with all these qualities, as I usually wear heavier ones to get the support I need for a lot of walking.

If anyone suffers from foot Bunions these are the sneakers for you! I had read a previous review that they are boxy in the toe area and it's true. After trying 2 other brands, these came back in stock and I jumped on them. I am glad I did. No squeezing or pain after long walks with my dog. Arch support is moderate to good. Style is not bad either. I got the light grey and they have a very pale pink color to them, which I don't mind. Shoes are difficult to buy on line but Zappos.com makes the process really easy. Thank you!

I have purchased 2 other pairs of this shoe but in the white. I ordered black to switch it up and I love them. I always get the wide width and the only issue I have found in the black style is that they are not quite as wide as I would like and feels a bit more narrow then the white shoe style but not enough to send them back. These shoes are so comfortable and the 2 previous pairs I purchased lasted me around 1 1/2 years- each pair so they are definitely well made. I would definitely recommend these for everyday wear.

I am 81 years old and not able anymore to walk the malls shopping for shoes. When I did shop the department stores I could never find shoes that fit my very narrow and thin feet with bunions. That is, until I discovered Zappos.com. There I was able to get comfortably fitting dress shoes, and recently I purchased a pair of Easy Spirit Romy. They are a perfect fit and easily the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet. I've worn many Easy Spirit shoes but never did they fit as well as these. The arch support is perfectly positioned, the heel is nicely padded and fits my thin heel, and I have plenty of bunion room without the toe area being overly wide. I love shopping at Zappos. Fast and easy, nice Customer Service personnel, and easy returns if necessary. Try it. You'll like it!

These sneakers are very lightweight, but supportive, and comfortable and fit me perfectly. I ordered an extra wide size and it fit my wide foot and high instep quite well. Looking forward to breaking them in!

When I opened the box I thought old lady walking shoes but tried them on anyway. They are so comfortable that I don't care how they look! Really they aren't that bad looking and really feel good on long walks.

Very comfortable from day one. It is a perfect shoes for my 20 minutes a day walking exercise. This shoes seem to run a tiny bit larger and wearing thicker socks solved the problem. Overall I love this shoes.

Perfect! I have a wide foot and it's so hard to find a comfortable fitting shoe. Easy Spirit Romy is by far the lightest, most comfortable shoe I've bought. They have some give on the sides and stretch for a perfect fit. I'll definitely buy another pair.

This is my third pair of this shoe. It is comfortable and narrow. Zappos shipping was very fast as usual.

I have bought this style shoe several times. I have a narrow foot and they fit my foot well. I have tried other narrow walking shoes but they just don't fit correctly.

I absolutely love this shoe. Extreme comfort is what I need and what I was looking for. I always have a difficult time getting a shoe in the right size and a 6 is always too big, I always look for a 5.5 - difficult to find. I may have to order another pair of these just to have them on hand in case they don't carry them in my size again. I have a short, somewhat wide foot and these are just the best comfort I have found in a very long time.

I purchased "Romy" about a week before we left for a vacation. I wore them around several times before we left and every other day on the trip and never had any problem with them. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on.

This shoe, Romey, is considered a type 1 indicting light walking. I have trouble with the 2 for more walking and running. But I will try those again also because they are so comfortable.
