Juliana - This is a great boot for everyday wear. If the weather gets nasty - no problem, they’re waterproof! They also look great with skirts which I hadn't expected. They look excellent with jeans and I end up putting them on almost everyday. Great boot!

Stylish AND weatherproof! I LOVE these boots. I wore them in raining-cats-and-dogs weather for 2 days in Milan where the streets are brick and cobblestone, and my tootsies were warm and dry. And they are stylish too. It's hard to find boots that fit over my large calves, but these are high enough to wear with a skirt, and low enough to not have to zip up over my calves. They also fit under my jeans. A definite winner, and even though they are on the expensive side, they are stylish enough and weatherproof enough to be worn often enough to make it worth it.

Keeping Them! Subtly cute, go-go style boot--may not get many unsolicited compliments. Great padding for comfort. Little tight at first but once broken in they fit perfect. Will look good with skirt past knee or to ankles. Mostly casual, slightly dressy, depends on what you wear with them. I wore with cotton sock and slacks. Could feel slight cold with Chicago wind chill but not unbearable. Have yet to try in wet, slushy, wintry weather. Reviews factored greatly in my decision as they are usually on point. I am overall glad I purchased. This site and its customers are awesome! Thank you Zappos and fellow Zappoheads!

a boot that fits! I have narrow feet so have trouble finding a boot that doesn't slide around when I walk but still fits the calf--I was able to wear these for lots of walking without any blisters or sore spots

Great all purpose boot - Can't beat performance of La Canadienne. This boot is particularly stylish to go from work to jeans.

Good looking boot - The boot is very smart looking; the only negative is that I have such narrow feet, that I can never find boots that really fit. I put a liner in the boot and they fit as well as can be expected. I can find shoes that are SS width but never boots.

Nice boot for wide-footed types - I am the dubious inheritor of what is known in our family as Fred Flinstone feet and as a result am always on the search for good-looking, comfortable shoes or boots that don't look like grandma -style hikers. These boots fit the bill. Good comfort, decent styling, and water-proof as well. The wides felt like a medium to me, though, so to fellow "widees" I would say try to the double wide. They look like normal mediums but fit a wide foot very well. Thanks.

I love these shoes - The boots look great and are comfortable. The only con is that the arch support isn't great, but there is room to add an arch support from the store if you really needed it.

This is a very comfortable and good looking boot. My only complaint is the color. It looks purple-ish when worn next to a true brown. Other than that completely satisfied.

I have a bunion on my left foot so I need to order wide shoes even though my feet are medium width. I found that these wides fit me fine because they weren't as wide as I would have expected.

Waterproof, attractive & comfortable - These boots are really very comfortable. I love that they come in wide sizes. They are also waterproof, although the brochure that comes with the notes qualifies that as "guaranteed waterproof six months from date of purchase". I have bunions and am able to wear these without pain.

Fashionable and versatile- I'm always looking for the three essentials in footwear. The first of course being fashionable, which this boot is. They are the perfect choice for cold weather fashion. Mid calf height and solid 2 inch heel make the Juliana a practical choice to wear with dress pants, work attire, jeans or skirts. Whenever I wear these boots, I always get noticed (they make the outfit).

Lovely - I haven't taken these off since they arrived. I do a lot of walking and they're absolutely comfortable. And they look great. They were a touch narrow for me so I got a wider width, so if your foot leans to the wide size, I'd advise that...

Nice Boots - very attractive boots.

I ordered this boot and am returning it. The look of the boot on seems very ordinary--in the picture the heel looks chunkier and defined than in real life. And the stitching detail that looks so cool in the photo is not visible if you are wearing the boots with pants at all. Was comfortable. Ordering some others of the same brand.

Cute but clumpy - These boots were very cute out of the box, nice leather and cute heel. I wanted them to work but they just didn't fit my feet well. They were heavy in the heel, similar to how Aerosoles felt when I tried them on, so my heel came up on every step. The arch support was unremarkable. I felt my feet would get fatigued easily because of how heavy the boot is. Very cute boots though.

Nice shoe - The shoe fit narrower than normal, which is fine for me because I typically wear 11 1/2 AA. It’s versatile enough to wear with pants or long skirts. It didn't come up on my calf as high as I would have liked, but then again I'm 5'9".
