These are simply great boots. No break-in time, just ready to go and extremely comfortable. A half size bigger allows for different sock sizes in the winter. Thank you for making these boots.

Skinny Shaft - Watch out muscular calf boot wearin' women. Even though these come in wide, the shaft is still way too narrow.

Best boots ever! These are the best boots I ever bought! They are extremely comfortable, but also very stylish and fun. Plus waterproof, and made by a Canadian company with reportedly good working conditions. I have had mine almost 2 years now. Finally they have started getting a little worn, and I put in an insert because the inside was worn down. But I still feel I've got more than my money's worth, and will probably buy another pair when these finally wear out. They have been a lifesaver!

Comfortable Juliana - I ordered these boots 1/2 size larger than I usually wear and they fit fine. I like the look and comfort of these boots.

Great All Weather Boots - I've worn these to work in inclement weather and significant snow storms. They are stylish for all weather boots and can pass as professional attire (work appropriate) on a snowy day. The suede finish still looks nice. The height is really mid-calf, so they may not be as high as it appears from picture.

My favorite!! This is the most comfortable yet attractive and versatile pair of boots ever! Being a dancer with super-wide feet and 14.5 inch calves, it is extremely difficult for me to find cute shoes that fit me. I can walk around the streets of NYC all day and even my flat feet never get tired. I'm so happy I came across these boots; I just bought my second pair!

Love it! These boots are really comfy and looks great. I usually only wear shoes that are super comfortable and consequently, have had lots of skirts in my closet that have been collecting dust. These boots are perfect and now I can wear a lot of my winter skirts. Arch support could be better but still they are awesome.

All Around Awesome Shoe - The Juliana suede boot is everything I was looking for in a shoe for this winter. It's a great looking shoe that can be worn to work under a pant or skirt suit, and it can also look hot with skirt for going out on the town on the weekends. It is EXTREMELY comfortable and the heel is just high enough to look sexy, but low enough to be gentle on the knees and back. The shoe feels soft and keeps my feet warm. The quality of this boot overall makes it worth every single penny I invested in it. I had another pair of expensive La Canadienne boots that I wore all winter long for 2 consecutive seasons and felt those were also worth the investment, which is why I didn't just buy one pair of Juliana boots, I bought 2 pairs - black and brown

Love these boots - I ordered the ankle boot style of the boots 2 years ago, and loved them so much and wear them so much...that I decided to order the same boot, but calf-length.

First-time La Canadienne Buyer - I wasn't planning to buy another knee-high brown boot, but based on other Zappos customer reviews, I did. And am I glad! I have trouble finding comfortable shoes/boots, but these didn't even require breaking in. They are true to size and width. Since I have high arches, I wear an arch support in them, and they are fine. And last but not least, they are stylish and look great!

Great Boots - I love these boots. Bought them three years ago and they are soo comfortable and very good looking w/jeans or with dressy long skirts. The nubuck finish is very nice and haven't had any problems cleaning these. I will buy another pair soon.

Love these boots, but a bit warm for my office - These boots are really nice looking, but for wearing in my office - a bit too warm. I might prefer a heel just a bit lower. I had knee surgery last July (hurt my knee right after I bought these) but generally they are very comfortable and classy. I wear them with slacks and jeans. I wear a 7N and they fit beautifully.

LOVE these boots!! I have found these boots to be great! They fit well, are soft inside, with no break-in time required. I wore them to and from work, and was on my feet ALL day, without any discomfort. The suede looks great with a solid brown longer skirt, and my wardrobe has expanded easily. The boots have a rubber sole, so grip the ground well, and feel quite secure. The heel is wood or faux wood, which makes them look more dressy. A versatile boot that transitions well from outside to inside. They are also good going into spring, as the suede is soft and they are not overly heavy. Five stars! And of course Zappos is the bomb!

Great boots - I love these boots and found them to be very comfortable from the first time I wore them. They can be worn with dressy or casual outfits.

Best all-around boot I've found - I have a really hard time finding boots that fit between my wide spatula-shaped feet my largish athletic calves. Coupling that with a desire for style and function and I gave up on ever wearing boots----until I discovered these. They look good with skirts, slacks or jeans, they're waterproof and have surprisingly good grip on the soles AND they are really, truly comfortable right out of the box. They are also warm without being overly warm so they will work for fall and early spring as well as winter. I was reluctant to spend so much money on a pair of boots but these are definitely worth the price, for all the above reasons plus the clear quality of the materials and workmanship means they will last many years.

IT'S EVEN WIDE ENOUGH FOR ME!!! This boot is gorgeous AND it comes in an EE which actually fits my foot! My toes are all about the same length, so finding shoes let alone a boot that has a roomy enough toe box without being too long is often a challenge. I may have to get them in black too!

I have been searching for the "perfect" boot for several years, and this is it! Based on other reviewers, I tried this boot and I am thrilled. The boot height is great, deciding a bit of a heel is better than a flat. I tried the style that is similar and shorter but the top of the boot hit the front of the ankle. The fit of the boot is true to size allowing for both thin and thick socks. I purchased both the brown and black. Zappos service is beyond compare, the best web experience there is. Thank you Zappos and thank you for the review process - it certainly helped me find a boot I would not have tried without the reviews.

Really, Truly Waterproof - It's raining cats and dogs here in the Bay Area: 4 inches last night and buckets more as I walked in to work this morning - a half mile. I wore these boots and my feet stayed dry and toasty. They fit well under pants and also look great with skirts. Heel height and styling is great for being work-friendly, but also jeans-friendly and the chunky heel and rubberized tread makes for easy walking. I bought the 9.5N, which is my usual size, but often hard to find and they fit perfectly. They don't have any kind of arch support.

Comfort, style, warmth all in one - I love these boots. I have to admit, one boot was a little tight at first. The boot quickly stretched and fits perfectly. I wear a small size 5 and have a lot of trouble finding shoes. They are so comfortable, warm, and waterproof. I wear them with everything. They are a little expensive, but worth it. The heel is just the right height as well. I don't like high shoes or flat shoes for everyday walking. PERFECT!
