Love Zappos!! GREAT customer service, next day shipping was an unexpected treat! Love ordering from such a pleasing company!! :-) UGG's are so comfy! Had searched everywhere and been on waiting list for a year for "Raising Helen's" boots!!

UGGS are Fabulous WARM and COZY--Look Great - Don't even like to take my UGGS off --only time they are is when I go to bed in my down bed with a down cover. They are just so easy to put on and take off. FAST. Love them!! Love Zappos also with the BEST and ALWAYS friendly and helpful people that take the orders. Very knowledgeable help.

Ugg Sundance in Tan - I absolutely love the shoes. Zappos had a great supply of what i was looking for and shipped them right away. The shoes came even sooner than I was expecting!

Soooo Comfortable!!! These are the the most comfortable shoes I own. I recently took an international flight that lasted 10 hours and I never once took off my boots. Wear them without socks because the lining inside is so plush and warm. It is like walking on cotton. A great investment and a must have boot!!!!

Awesome boots - Great shoe! It was so comfy! I could walk around in it for days if I had to! It was true to the size (like it didnt run smaller than the size it said or bigger than the size it said)...overall it was wonderful...I don't have any complaints...btw (by the way) they looked wonderful too! the are soooooo cute (and stylish if I might add) WONDERFUL shoes!

Ugg Sundance - I love them. They are so so so so comfortable and Zappos sent them priority so I got them 3 days before I expected. I love them.

Love 'em, Love 'em, Love 'em! These boots are uber comfortable and fun. I find every excuse to wear them and do so almost everyday. Whether I'm simply shopping on Newbury or dancing the night away in the clubs... I've gotta have my Ugg's on! :)

Sundance II - I loooove the Sundance II. I got it in chesnut and its adorable. plus its a lot less common then the other styles of Ugg. Zappos is fast and easy. I recieved my boots only two days after ordering without extra payment.

Exceeds expectations - I just got my boots. (Unfortunately, not at Zappos - I have bought other shoes from Zappos, and they have the best customer service, ever! But they didn't have my size available for the Uggs.) Regarding the sizing - I normally wear a 7-1/2 Wide. I got an 8 in the boot and they fit just fine when I am barefoot. (Perhaps because I have a wide foot.) I don't think I could wear a 7. I doubt I will ever wear socks with these boots. In any event, these boots are THE MOST COMFORTABLE things I have ever put on my feet. The plush lining seems to adhere to your instep. Amazing. I plan to buy other Ugg products. (PS - I have rheumatoid arthritis and my feet always ache, but not in these boots.)

Ugg Sundance II - Great boots! Wore them in Chicago over Thanksgiving, and they kept me warm and dry. Also great for warmer weather--don't make your feet sweat. Insoles are removable. Delivery was also fast--originally supposed to be 3 days but ended up being shipped on the next business day. I also changed my mind on the color and customer service was fast and friendly. Will definitely order from this company again.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS - These are the most comfortable boots in the world... They are so warm, and awesome to wear with skirts in the winter. The only thing about these are you can't really wear them with pants unless you tuck the pants in, because the fur on the top bulges out... I've gotten compliments EVERY time I have worn them.. and plus, they are UGGs but not everybody has these!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I would totally buy this again if you guys had my size. this is so warm, fuzzy, and comfortable!!! this was the best decision!!! people always look at me when I walk around with these on. I recommend them 1,000,000% to everyone!!! I usually wear 6.5 in ladies shoes and when i got 6 in these, they were perfect for me.

The best boots ever - A definite must have - these are the most comfortables shoes I own. The fit is true to size and they look and feel great. I would recoomend these to anyone. I original wanted a shorter boot, but am pleased that I went with the taller one.

Comfort,comfort and more comfort - Ugg's Sundance II boots are the best! Stylish and very very warm. The only problem with this boot is at night you have to take them off. I have gotten so many compliments on them. I have recommended Zappo's for so many different reasons. I received my boots in 2 days without paying any shipping. What a deal! Rock on Zappo's.

Everyone Should own a pair of Uggs - These boots are great!!!! They keep your feet at just the right temp, never to hot and never to cold. Very soft, you can wear them year round... Zappos is the best internet shoe store, super fast shipment, great customer service, and perfect product...

Love these boots! These boots are awesome. (didn't order from Zappos, although I would of if they had my size in stock). Finally an UGG boot that fits true to size! I Expected them to be heavy because of the sole, but they're really lightweight, really comfortable and soft, and the best part is the tag on the inside of the boot that says made in NEW ZEALAND.

AT LEAST TRUE TO SIZE UGGS! Awesome! Comfy boots and no guess work to do with the sizing, as these are actually true to size!

Ugg's Sundance II - Great Boots! Excellent customer from Zappos, fast, efficient and very friendly. I am grateful they e-mailed me when the style I wanted was in. Now I have the boots I been wanting for a long time. I wear 7.5 and ordered 7 and they fit perfectly.

Ugg Sundance II - The most comfortable shoe I have EVER owned! Highly recommend, worth every penny paid! I own 2 pairs so far, I currently live in Europe and these are the only shoes I wear for comfort, warmth and style when traveling. I hope to get more for Christmas from my wonderful generous husband! I normally wear a size 7 1/2 and got a size 8, recommend a size 7.

Love this boot! This is a really nice - good quality boot - really nice detail on the outside of the boot. Made in New Zealand (just as good as Australia) and all round a great buy. The other ones I just got (the Ultra tall - with the embroidery down the back) are also made in New Zealand. If you get one from China I would recommend sending it back and keep trying till you find one from New Zealand because it is WAYYYY better - honestly. I got some other Uggs the other day (that I am returning) that were made in China - the "Essential Tall" and they are a whole other beast. Really cheap feeling - nowhere near as plush. Anyway - these are sweet. I am a size 9 and I ordered a size 8 and it is a good fit (they will stretch a little). I ended up getting the chestnut in these as I felt the sand was too pale - but its just personal taste - it would look gorgeous on others I am sure :)

Absolute Perfect Boots - I absolutely love these boots. I have wanted them for a while, and finally purchased them. They are the MOST comfortable shoes I have ever owned in my life. I will definitley be back for more. On another note, Zappos runs an excellent operation. I got free shipping, and recieved my shoes in just two days. Excellent customer service! I am currnetly recieving my masters degree and according to all of my studies, this company clearly cares about its customers!! Service is A++. I shared my experience with my entire marketing class. My professor was impressed! Keep up the incredible work Zappos!!
