Comfortable overall. Some stitching coming undone.

Shoe Review - This shoe is very comfortable. It is a little wider than expected and I will add a gel insole to help get a snugger fit. I have a narrow heel with a wide front foot so this is not uncommon. This is the second pair of Faith Dexter shoes I have purchased and they wear extremely well.

Dexter Faith - I was in Pt. Arthur, Tx. and bought a pair of these at last minute not knowing that I was going to stay for awhile. Was the only pair the store had in the 11N, Wasn't very well constructed, but very comfortable. Even though the stiching wasn't very good, the darn things lasted for 4 years.

Somewhat wider than width indicates,but wearable. Very soft and comfortable.

Dexter Faith - Since I have a wide foot, I ordered a double wide but it was too big. I purchased insoles which helped and something for the heel, but they cause my socks to slip into them anyway. I thought they looked more comfortable than they felt, however, I am still wearing them. They appear to be very well made and I like the non-slip soles.

Shoe with a surprise!! This shoe is very, very comfortable and just what I was looking for. BUT the lovely decorative stitching on the top (2 rows, one on either side) pulled out of the holes on two pairs on the inner section of each shoe and I had to have a shoemaker put in new thread and melt the thread underneath so I could wear them. He had to dye his thread to match the tan and the black stitching. This happened within 15 minutes of putting the shoes on and walking around. It looks like the stitches start pulling outright (at the bottom of the row of stitches) where the foot breaks when you walk. But I love these shoes otherwise and wish Dexter would remove the unecessary stitching so it wouldn't pull out.

This shoe is comfortable, but looks cheap. I had a similar shoe for over 6 years, but they don't offer it any longer so I went with this one. I am a little disappointed, but kept it anyway. The service at Zappos is wonderful and I highly recommend them.

Dexters faith - Leather is very soft and along with the wide toe design, the top of the shoe buckles when walking. Very ugly.
