Fantastic little slipper! This slipper provides the ultimate in comfort, warmth and style, uh what else could you want? Oh I didn't mention the quality of materials and workmanship on the shoe and slipper, it is awesome! One recommendation, take your time and make sure you order the correct size, very important, to big or to small, you will not be able to appreciate this product to its fullest. Spend the money and buy this slipper you will be very happy you did.

I bought these shoes for my 15 year old son. He loves them. He actually has his classmates interested in getting a pair. What better way to walk to class then in shoes that feel like slippers yet stylish and warm. Also, this was my first order and it was the best online experience I have ever had. Thank you!

Well, I bought these for my whiny I gotta have 'em sophomore, 6-1 and he loves 'em. Me, I think they are overpriced and ugly but they are the thing. I would have rather bought him a good pair of cowboy boots butt? He loves 'em. Comfy, he says. Slip on nice, he says. I still say overpriced and ugly but sometimes you give in.

Great authentic Ugg shoe! Very quick delivery. Initially, until broken in, the shoe may seem a half size too small. When the fur lining is broken in, it's true to size.

Super fast 22 hour delivery on those comfy slippers. I ordered 1 week before Christmas, only ordered standard delivery. The slippers are a half size smaller, but I read that in previous feed-backs, so I got it accordingly bigger, and my husband is happy. Fantastic service. Thank you!

First I absolutely love Zappo's. I had to return the ugg's I got for my husband (they didn't fit). The Customer service rep at Zappo's was delightful, and really helped me pick an appropriate shoe to replace the first pair. Smooth return, refund, replacement. I am a customer forever! BTW- the Uggs are beautiful~~~

I got these for my hubby for Christmas. I think the sizing is pretty true. He is 13.5 so I got him the 13, thinking most Gggs run big, but he does tend to step on the back part quite a bit. Great shoes & comfy too. Nice for our cabin when he wants slippers, but has to pop outside quite a bit. Well worth it & Zappos is amazing even at Christmas time.

I got these slippers for my husband for his birthday today and he absolutely loves them. He wears a size 9, so I ordered one size up a (10) and they fit perfect. I can not say enough about Zappos. Number one in my book for service. Zappos is awesome! I have already had two different orders sent to my home in a week. Both times were excellent service. Zappos is fast! Planning to order again in a couple of days.

I am a true Zappos customer. I bought my husband his first Uggs for a Christmas gift and he loved them. I've been wearing Uggs forever and so do my kids. You can never have too many in any one style. Zappos is the best! I bought these Tasman clogs for my nephew in size 9. When they were delivered (overnight, I might add), they were too small. Zappos sent me a return label, I dropped them off at UPS, and within a short turnaround, the size 10 exchange was delivered to my door. My nephew (age 18) loves these clogs. I have dealt with other websites selling Uggs. The prices were a tad lower, but they were a nightmare to deal with for exchanges and returns. I say 'Go Zappos all the way'! Kudos to the salespeople / customer service at Zappos.

These shoes are a little tighter than I anticipated, but they fit perfectly. Maybe I should have gotten one more 1/2 size up. However, one must keep in mind that every pair of Uggs are differently due to manufacturing methods, so it's best to buy them in the store, where you can try on multiple pairs of the same size if needed to find the pair that fits you best. Having had a pair of these before, I also know that the wool inside will not feel so snug after a month or two of wear. So, I'm happy with them.
