This was my third pair of Tasman, first two pair were the tan color. I decided to switch it up and ordered the black, bad choice, the black shearling stained my feet. Returned and will order the pink. I have been wearing this slipper for years, love them. UGG, either fix the shearling on the black to neutral or discontinue it. Other reviews with same issue, please listen to your customers.

Not sure whether it's because these now are made in China. But I am incredibly disappointed in Uggs, and think they no longer are worth buying.
I've been buying and wearing Uggs slippers for years. I just bought these, and after less than 1 month of moderate use, they are literally unusable. While these in the past remained comfortable for long periods of time, requiring minimal fuss and the occasional replacement of an insole, this no longer is the case. The now-flimsy insoles are bunching up and causing discomfort, AND they are not replaceable!?!?!
WHAT HAPPENED, UGGS? And Zappos, you need to do your diligence and consider not carrying them.

My husband wears a size 9. Always. In everything. He couldn't even get this size 9 on his foot. He literally couldn't get it on. He took off his sock, still couldn't get it on. We're going to try a 10 ... We'll see how that goes.

It's really disappointing seeing that the men's line carries more than double the amount of colors for the Tasman. My favorite color was chocolate and that amongst other colors seem to be exclusively only available in men's sizes.

when I called customer Service the employee was very rude and told me the slippers were made in another country and they had no control over the material use. I am sad to know that you as a company compromise the quality you have always had.

I have worn UGG slippers for years...so know them well. Always thought excellent product so worth the price. Looking for new slipper for me and my husband. So I ordered UGGs to try on. Found all of them, shoddy and cheaply made. No longer sheep fluff lining, so not warm, no longer full heel coverage, no longer stable, comfortable sole, no arch support of any kind. I'm no longer an UGG fan. Would rate all Ugg returns on this order a "0" star if I could.

I have worn the Tasman UGG slipper for many years.
They are warm, fit well, some support, full heel height back, yet easy to get on and off. Stable firm
sole. This UGG is well in my mind not an UGG...not warm, not sheep fluff lining, slipper is slip on so no heel, sole is not firm and supportive, sizes are way off, this 9 was too small. I'm not an Ugg buyer anymore since the product is so 2nd rate, yet the price is for an excellent product. Would rate every UGG product a 0 star if I could.

I purchased these for my boyfriend. I have owned uggs for many years and I was so disappointed. He had them for less than a week and the stitching completely came undone in less than a week and the shoes are falling apart. I did not expect this from ugg. I also owned tasmans before and never had this issue. Very upset with my product.

MADE IN CHINA. Don't be fooled by the 5-star rating. Zappos is acting irresponsible by keeping the 5-star rating up when those reviews (including mine about 4 years ago) were for Uggs made in Australia. THEY are NO LONGER made there. They feel like cardboard and the color doesn't match photos. Zappos: Remove all ratings older than a year.

I read the reviews and most said they had to order a bigger size, I took my husband old slippers and measure the bottoms of them with a ruler. Obviously I didn't size them correctly, they were too big. Just needed to go one size up from his regular shoe size. Waiting for the new order to come!

My previous pair of size 11 UGGs slippers were fantastic and broken immediately. This pair is much too tight despite wearing them for a couple of weeks and gradually trying to stretch them out

I don't know where to begin. It looked nothing like the online photo ! It's very uncomfortable. Soooooo over priced. I own another pair ( different model ) and I love them. I hate them !!!

The hole was too small. I wear size 10.5 on regular shoes. Ordered an 11 in the uggs. Way too tight.

Ive been a customer for years and never had a bad experience until now. Bought a pair in September for school purpose only and they look like they are years old. The fur is gone and the color faded.

I like the feel on the inside, but I am a 9.5 US size, wide feet, and I can't fit into 9 US size shoes. I bought 10 here, but its too big, even when i have sox on and falls off and creates blisters.

I use it to try to keep warm and guess what? My feet still feel like I'm stepping on ice in Alaska. Please try to make them warmer. Yes they're comfortable and nice to wear but I'm still cold.
