Not enough rubber bottom. Foot unstable. Bought as a gift and they tried them on for a minute and back in the box . Not enough time to return. Beautiful slipper otherwise just not functional.

I was so anxious to receive these after several months waiting due to backorder. When I received them I immediately tried them on expecting these shoes to fit like a dream as many reviews say. I was soooo confused and disappointed that these are the weirdest fit shoes/slippers and can't figure out how anyone would find these comfortable when the ridge on the back part of the shoe sticks up at a very awkward level to be painful on the heal. They were not too big or too small in length either. They fit perfectly inside the the shoe and if it weren't for that stupidity odd levelled ridge at the heal these MAY have fit wonderfully. Although, when attempting to walk a few steps with these on they flopped like flip flops if you know what I mean, so I don't know. I had my daughter try them on and she also didn't like them. Btw, I am a woman and have size 8 womens feet, narrow and low arch. 5'2 135 lbs. I don't wear insoles or arch supports. Never had an issue with any other Ugg shoes or boots! UGG seriously, fix your product!

The colors are nice but the way they fit it very weird I sized up twice because the back of my heel was showing. After sizing up, the heel would still show when I walked

I bought this product only to find out the fur was matted on the inside and it had already came with a scratch

I love UGG. Unfortunately the opening for the foot was not big enough for my foot? Strange I know. I even purchased a size up the second time around and still had the same issue. I was able to very easily return the second pair since they were purchased through another source. These however, I still have in my possession because it's too difficult to jump through the hoops to return them. Anyway, not happy. I usually a wear 9/10 depending on the shoe or slipper, these have been the first to not fit. I will not be buying again.

I debated about buying the slippers and finally pulled the trigger. I was very disappointed when I got them they didn't fit and I've bought Uggs before. I think they need to better with sizing of these slippers.

They are beautiful to look at but the fit is offtoo snug. I have another pair that fits fine. I was dissatisfied and sent them back.

Unacceptable. Ordered shoes on Dec 4th, missed Christmas delivery and today over 1 month after, still no shipment information a available or updates from Ugg. Hugely disappointed and so was my son.. Never again!

Please buy at a store online it differs on the opening of the slipper mines I had to return right size on all my slippers I have bought in stores but online I haven't been lucky!

I purchased the 8 my normal size and the back was slipping off return for a 7 and it was a struggle to put it on would have been perfect if it came in half size so I had to return them

When i was doing the search for a gift it did not say that it was back ordered. Now i will have to wait to give the gift after christmans day. Highly dissapointed.

Top of the shoes started coming undone after one week of gifting to my husband.

Returned these immediately. I need slippers I can put on quickly and easily in the middle of the night, by just putting my feet in them without bending down and needed a bunch of fuss. I needed a shoehorn to get these on. They also had zero structure to them, were very flat on the bottom, no arch support, no real cushioning, nada. Not for me. I sent them back as soon as I got them.

They are cute and comfy for the hubs but they are too narrow and my order didn't come with a receipt

The slippers were way too stiff, felt more like a hiking boot. I had to return them. I have purchased many ugg boots and loved them, but these were not at all what I expected.
