After a certain size product does not look the same when it comes to style

Always a struggle. Your papers don't tell you it's Christmas and clearly like every year YOU NEED MORE SIZE 8s. Why are they on back order for so long?

I only wore these inside and they are coming apart. A complete waste of my hard earned money. They don't feel like quality made. I'm completely surprised Ugg made these this cheesy

I ordered a size 11 and I struggled a bunch to just get my foot inside and once I did they were way to snug . I just returned them definitely not going to buy them again

I worn my slippers for a couple of errands but every time I would it just so uncomfortable it's tight it's hard the plush inside only last a couple days it just stuck on my feet and the back where the stitching at it's the worst to extend your feet out on

my right UGG ripped after my first week of wearing them just by me gently trying to put them on. I need to fix them or get them fixed somehow, but I don't know what to do

I got these shoes as a gift for my brother. He usually wears size 9 but told me he needed a 10. We started the exchange process and received 10. He told me he preferred 11 even though they would be a little too large. He said the fluffiness inside the shoe really takes up space. I tried to exchange a second time but online is saying this order is no longer eligible for a return even though we are still within 30 days. Very disappointed, the shoes are not worn and simply do not fit.

Overpriced garbage.

Stitching on the side fall apart I want a refund

These are so tight across the top that my son cannot get his feet into them. They are his normal size, but do not fit over the arch of his foot.

I needed to exchange a pair for a different size and I followed the instructions and immediately returned the pair I had. Well it's been several weeks now and I still don't have my new size to only come to find out they don't have the shoe in stock again after already waiting several months for them to get in stock in the first place

I bought the slippers for my son hesitantly because it's so expensive. Unfortunately I was right and after using less then 2 days, the front of the slippers in both feet are torn. The slippers do not hold well for youngsters, beware.

I not satisfied at all with my purchase. After receiving the shoes, I tried them on & found that I couldn't comfortably place my foot into the slippers.

The cut of the shoe is different from the past. I've worn these for years, and they are not the same.

I did get the right shoe

I set up notifications for the "Tasman" chestnut slipper size 8. I get notified of black, gray and other sizes! This is annoying but I will deal with it. Today I get notified of chestnut in stock! It shows size 8 INSTOCK! I click on it and a red banner says "BACKORDERED TIL MARCH". now I'm more than annoyed! But decide to go ahead and give my money to this mega corporation who only survives on the vanity of teenage girls who have to look like everyone else! As I'm checking out, I get a text for FREE expedited shipping! Great I will take it! NO SO FAST! I paste the code to get my free expedited shipping and "INVALID CODE"!!! As this point my head is gonna explode! I decide to go old school and call and talk to a humanI reach a less than excited customer service rep named "Precious". She told me they are have trouble with the system then as I spoke again the line goes dead! Must be phone problems too. I look forward to the trend changing and seeing this company try and survive. Regardless of technology or inventory or whatever the issue is, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HARD TO GIVE. someone should remind Ugg of this

I use these as house slippers and I was just expecting them to be more comfortable than what they are. Also they seem not all that well made I'm not sure if I would purchase another slipper from UGG again.

The sizes are way too small. I ordered a size that I actually thought was gonna be one size too big for the shoes are too small.

Sadly, I was informed via email that the product that my grandson wanted was not available in his size or color that he desired.

not sure why you keep asking me for a review bc i still have not received my item......will likely love them once i get them, but not enjoying the wait.

I love the look don't get me wrong but the sizes are very wrong in my opinion I easily fit in a 13 but this shoe really fits like a 11.5 or 12
