I not satisfied at all with my purchase. After receiving the shoes, I tried them on & found that I couldn't comfortably place my foot into the slippers.

The cut of the shoe is different from the past. I've worn these for years, and they are not the same.

I did get the right shoe

I set up notifications for the "Tasman" chestnut slipper size 8. I get notified of black, gray and other sizes! This is annoying but I will deal with it. Today I get notified of chestnut in stock! It shows size 8 INSTOCK! I click on it and a red banner says "BACKORDERED TIL MARCH". now I'm more than annoyed! But decide to go ahead and give my money to this mega corporation who only survives on the vanity of teenage girls who have to look like everyone else! As I'm checking out, I get a text for FREE expedited shipping! Great I will take it! NO SO FAST! I paste the code to get my free expedited shipping and "INVALID CODE"!!! As this point my head is gonna explode! I decide to go old school and call and talk to a humanI reach a less than excited customer service rep named "Precious". She told me they are have trouble with the system then as I spoke again the line goes dead! Must be phone problems too. I look forward to the trend changing and seeing this company try and survive. Regardless of technology or inventory or whatever the issue is, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HARD TO GIVE. someone should remind Ugg of this

I use these as house slippers and I was just expecting them to be more comfortable than what they are. Also they seem not all that well made I'm not sure if I would purchase another slipper from UGG again.

The sizes are way too small. I ordered a size that I actually thought was gonna be one size too big for the shoes are too small.

Sadly, I was informed via email that the product that my grandson wanted was not available in his size or color that he desired.

not sure why you keep asking me for a review bc i still have not received my item......will likely love them once i get them, but not enjoying the wait.

I love the look don't get me wrong but the sizes are very wrong in my opinion I easily fit in a 13 but this shoe really fits like a 11.5 or 12

I love these, BUT the show everything! I accidentally splattered dirt on them. I purchased UGG cleaner and followed directions accordingly, the spot got bigger and now looks worse than ever! So disappointing!

the product is okay. the size guides should be better. I ordered tazman slippers and they fit, but are now too big

After being so excited to FINALLLLY get a pair of these, I wear them for 3 weeks and the front starts to do something weird. No one can explain to me why it's doing it, and I was told that the warranty basically covers nothing after the purchase. SUPER disappointed as this was my first purchase from Ugg and the little girl inside of me was so excited.

Slippers came dirty with grass all over them. The thread is also coming undo on one of the shoes

I have tried to order a pair of Tasman 3 times. The first to times you kept canceling my order and the pair I originally wanted is sold out so I had to settle for these.

I would love to say how wonderful these shoes are but UGG mishandled a simple return for a larger size. After two weeks of me having the responsibility to follow up via telephone, chat, and email, no one at UGG took the initiative to resolve my issue. My money was finally returned and I have no shoes. UGG customer service is incredibly poor and ineffective.

I am usually a size 5 and after wearing them for a month, they feel HUGE on me :(

I spilled a spot of laundry detergent on one of them right when I got them and nothing can get it out. Everything I have tried has made the stain worse.
