Bought these as a gift for my son who needs arch support. These have no support. Even though there is the fur lining it feels as though you are walking directly on the hard plastic bottom. Its not really a pliable, tennis shoe type bottom but more like an inflexible plastic. Super sad for such and expensive shoe. Am sending back.

The material was fine. Its the plastic bottom and lack of cushion and support that are a disappointment in these very expensive slippers. For the cost and giftabililty, I wanted them to feel like walking on a cloud but was more like walking on a hard plastic clomping cheaply made shoe. Sending back.

The women's sizes ferl too small - my daughter ordered two different sizes and still don't know what size to keep being afraid they will get too large Or the one that feels too small won't fit either ?

Warning--UGGS are not all made out of shearling--they use wool which is a manufactured product. I bought my first UGG boots in 2000 and still wear them today--they were made out of shearling--they are holding up better than other UGGs I've bought. I will definitely re-think buying anything else from UGG

I wear 10-1/2 boot and shoe. I ordered 11 slipper thinking I would have room to spare. What I got was something I couldn't even get on my foot. Had to be 9 to 9-1/2. Wasn't even close. I gave them to s friend. Guess I need to be more carefull ordering on line.

I've had them a few days, so they may yet feel bigger as the lining should compress. I measure as a size 10c on a Brannock device. After speaking with someone at Zappo, I ordered a size10. Mistake! Maybe a 10.5 like my lined LL Bean clogs would be better. Oh wait, they don't have half sizes. I don't have a high instep, yet these feel like their have NO arch support. I sure hope they hold up, after all they are about $100. I would definitely not buy these again.

Slippers were purchased with a gift card or I would have returned for a refund. I like the style and the sheepskin lining, but the foot bed is hard, not soft and comfy as expected. Woven collar is very tight, but did stretch over a week or so. Black die has bled all over my feet. For $100 I expected much more comfort and quality. Another negative is that the insole is not replaceable. This is ridiculous since UGG makes a great replacement insole. Sorry Zappos, your service is great but these slippers don't live up to the hype.

The show is narrow despite the wide sole. And it's cute really small in the toe box area!

I have been buying UGGs for years. Never bought the Tasman but always liked the style. Decided to buy, ordered a size up because of the other reviews, and it was still annoyingly tight! These are supposed to be slip on/off slippers, but the opening is so small you have to work your foot into it. If you're gonna buy it, maybe size up 2x. I will be returning.

I initially loved these, easy to get on, comfortable, but as time has gone on they make my feet sweat and smell and I hate that I spent so much money on them! Live and learn.

I loved the style and color, but these felt shorter and tighter than my other three pairs. Too bad!

I wear these shoes around my house only. They are hard to slip on and I have to use my finger to get the back part of the shoe over my heal. I wish they had more cushion on the inside.

These were highly rated per the reviews, but when I received them, they were bulkier than expected and fit smaller than expected as well.

I haven't had this problem with classic Ugg boots but for some reason this slipper turns your feet black. It seems like it's dye rubbing off on your feet and it takes some scrubbing to remove.

I really wanted to love these. They're cute slippers and I liked the color (got the blush / sunset color). They are super uncomfortable. There is no padding under the trim, so the hard edges rub against the top of your foot. I do not have wide or fat feet but even with socks they'd be uncomfortable and there isn't extra room for adding socks. Plus who wants to *have* to wear socks with slippers?! I always wear a 9 in Uggs but these felt tight. I couldn't slide my foot in easily as expected with a normal slipper or my Uggs boots. I had to pull the heel around the back of my foot. Very disappointed especially because I used Ugg points to get them and am now returning. I hope I will also get my Ugg points back....

Heel doesn't stay put in the back. Slips out with each step. Annoying. If it it were a slipper it wouldn't be bothersome. If it were a clog the heel would stay in. Since it's neither, the heel slips and slides with every step. Not because it's loose, because if anything it's a bit tight in the front from all the padding. Just don't get the point if the design. Very disappointing.
