Slippers were purchased with a gift card or I would have returned for a refund. I like the style and the sheepskin lining, but the foot bed is hard, not soft and comfy as expected. Woven collar is very tight, but did stretch over a week or so. Black die has bled all over my feet. For $100 I expected much more comfort and quality. Another negative is that the insole is not replaceable. This is ridiculous since UGG makes a great replacement insole. Sorry Zappos, your service is great but these slippers don't live up to the hype.

I have been buying UGGs for years. Never bought the Tasman but always liked the style. Decided to buy, ordered a size up because of the other reviews, and it was still annoyingly tight! These are supposed to be slip on/off slippers, but the opening is so small you have to work your foot into it. If you're gonna buy it, maybe size up 2x. I will be returning.

I initially loved these, easy to get on, comfortable, but as time has gone on they make my feet sweat and smell and I hate that I spent so much money on them! Live and learn.

I wear these shoes around my house only. They are hard to slip on and I have to use my finger to get the back part of the shoe over my heal. I wish they had more cushion on the inside.

I haven't had this problem with classic Ugg boots but for some reason this slipper turns your feet black. It seems like it's dye rubbing off on your feet and it takes some scrubbing to remove.

I really wanted to love these. They're cute slippers and I liked the color (got the blush / sunset color). They are super uncomfortable. There is no padding under the trim, so the hard edges rub against the top of your foot. I do not have wide or fat feet but even with socks they'd be uncomfortable and there isn't extra room for adding socks. Plus who wants to *have* to wear socks with slippers?! I always wear a 9 in Uggs but these felt tight. I couldn't slide my foot in easily as expected with a normal slipper or my Uggs boots. I had to pull the heel around the back of my foot. Very disappointed especially because I used Ugg points to get them and am now returning. I hope I will also get my Ugg points back....

Heel doesn't stay put in the back. Slips out with each step. Annoying. If it it were a slipper it wouldn't be bothersome. If it were a clog the heel would stay in. Since it's neither, the heel slips and slides with every step. Not because it's loose, because if anything it's a bit tight in the front from all the padding. Just don't get the point if the design. Very disappointing.

I loved these when I got them and thought they would be great for days where I just want to get out of bed and slip on these casual slippers. Mistake with no socks they stained my feet black and it won't wash off. Won't be buying colored fur products from here again.

My old Ugg slippers need to be retired so I thought I would try a slip on. These slippers were too bulky for me. Returned them for the another pair Ansley slippers.

Unfortunately I was terribly disappointed. I have bad feet, plantars and weak arches. I expected these shoes to be heaven. As soon as I recover, I will be returning the shoes.

My Husband bought the grey ones for me on Christmas Eve from Journey I literally wore them Christmas Eve & Christmas Day around the house and the whole Design came undone I was so disappointed, 1 because I have wanted them for ever and 2 they weren't cheap by any means I feel like when your spending 100 dollars on a pair of slippers they shouldn't fall apart in 2 days and the quality should have been so much more than that! I took them back to Journey and they are sending me a new pair I just hope this pair doesn't do the same thing. I feel like ugg is known for being a quality brand you get what you pay for and that was just ridiculous and extremely disappointing

Well POOP!! What a beautiful pair of slippers, and so surprisingly completely uncomfortable, un-warm, and un-staying-on-my-feet-when-I-walk even, with or without socks. Felt like I had a fur-lined pine board on each of my feet! Ordered a size up as directed, got a fairly decent fit, just --- not right. Have figured out Uggs' marketing campaign to mostly 20-somethings . . . you gotta' have young feet that have no need of comfort / support, and can go only on looks! If you're anywhere close to 60 and need even a modicum of arch support, find something else. Shoot!
On the other hand --- I love getting to order shoes, because . . . ZAPPOS!!! Ordered Wed. afternoon 2'ish, here Thurs. morn @ 11, and free. All my stuff's already ready for return, Easy-Peasy! Love you, Zappos, better luck to us next time!

I don’t see what the big deal is. These are very hard to walk on. I was hoping for cushion to help relieve heel pain. It felt no different than walking on our tiled floor

i have ordered these for many years, the opening is much to small now? for my son and husband to get their foot into the shoe even went up a full size bigger and the opening was still to small, i could not get my foot into them either, UGG please fix this , these have been a favorite at our house for many years until now.

The ribbing around the sole tears and frays very easy. I had mine on when I scrubbed my floor, 1 time, down on my knees and the ribbing wore through to the cord. I fixed it by permanent maker and glue. This really made me mad because I had only had them for 3 months. So this is why I gave them 2 stars.
