The 8 was too small. Then a 9 was too big.

They were out of stock for the size I needed. They were to let me know when they had them back in stock but haven't heard from them. When I check they are still out of stock

The stitching started coming loose after very light wear and only 2 weeks. I am very disappointed in this product.

I had these a few weeks and wore them lightly before the seam on the side just unraveled. I didn't want to return them because their are out of stock so I repaired them myself. I have 15 yo Uggs that are in great shape, these should have performed better. I think these are very comfy and good boots, I just got a problematic pair. I have pics but this site won't upload them.

Love Ugg. I have bough my son several pairs. But this one is specific dyed his white socks red. Other than that he loves them

Unhappy to have to return and can't order bigger size. There are none available and none on back ordered. And don't know if any will be coming in so had to find another slipper.

The shoes are not terrible at all, don't get me wrong. It is just so disappointing that I have not had them for a month yet and the thread on the ankle portion is already unravelling which is so terrible because eventually that thread will travel across the whole ankle portion of the shoe then the shoe is complete trash. So longevity and stitching quality no, but warmth yea. *pictures won't upload so I cannot show unfortunately.*

I've always purchased a size 8 in uggs. In most shoes I'm a 7.5. But for some reason I have to force my foot into these slippers. These will very likely be returned or exchanged

I read the reviews and got my self one size up (8) but the heel kept sliding out so I ordered again with my actual size (7) and it was too snug and yet the heel kept sliding out. love this beautiful slipper but so disappointed with its size!

I should have exchanged it for a smaller size. Fits very floppy.

I recently bought these. Love the style of them but sadly the slippers did not fit. I have wide feet and they just did not fit. Too tight. No budging whatsoever. So I advise my wide feet women not to get these. I don't know if sizing up would be a good idea. I'll leave that up to you guys.

was delivered to me with loose strings around the embroidery with visible damage to where the strings came up.

Had to return/exchange base on inaccurate shoe size. Ordered a 5 not even close. Runs smaller than advertised. Hassle to wait another 10+ days.

The second time I wore my shoes the thread started to unravel. I wish I got a different pair now. Kind of disappointed for how much they are. Makes me not want to wear them in fear they will be completely ruined.

These are comfortable and will keep your feet warm however made small. I have several pair of uggs and I ordered a 10 so they would be a little oversized; they were more like a 8.5 or 9 they fit but wouldn't have if have would fitted my actual size slightly upset

They're too tight even though I usually wear a size 7. I also wish I would've gone with pink instead of blue.

Love the uggs slippers but this one wasn't like the previous one itcutsmaller and narrowest

Beautiful out of the box. Never looked that way again.... Wore them around the hour for a few hours and they had spots all over the suede. Never went outside with them on. I purchased the Ugg cleaner kit and tried to clean the spots off and it just made it worse. Afterwards, hoping to preserve some of the suede, I treated the slipper with what came in the kit. They look horrible. Never worn outside. So disappointed in this purchase.

I had to send them back. I normally wear a size 9 and I needed a 10. They were a nice color but just didn't fit.

I have only worn these in a dry environment. The soles are already starting to make noise (like a weeze) and I have had to treat them already because they smelled TERRIBLE.
