They are not comfortable

I highly recommend to try these on in person if you are hesitant about your size. I did the size recommendation that's provided and was told a size 12W will fit my foot, my feet are swimming in this shoe size. I know that when the shoe is new the fur is fluff and it may seem tight at first but give this shoe a while & stick to your normal shoe size. Now this shoe is back ordered everywhere and I have to wait until restock.

They feel to big I wear a 10 feels like I need a 9 and they don't fit snug like later models ugh must of changed so sad it's not a change for the better heel don't feel snug and locked in hope they go back to the old fit cause unless a crazy new color come out I won't buy another pair

I ordered these almost a month and a half ago. The first thing that happened, was after a week, I was notified that my order had been canceled. So I called customer service to find out why,I was told they were on backorder, but the computer glitch canceled my order. So while on the phone with customer service we reordered them. I am still waiting for them to be shipped. I am sure that these are probably a quality slipper. I would like to report that they are from personal experience.

We have yet to receive the product! Just look at the elapsed time since the original order In two instances we were told delivery would be within a few days. It is still more than 10 days away. We are not pleased!!

I am very disappointed in the quality of these slippers. After wanting them for so long and waiting to get my size in stock, I was excited when they arrived. I opened the box to quickly see a really cute slipper... upon looking it over I noticed the seam running along the top of the slipper was crooked? Also the lining around the heel is a ragged mess; it doesn't appear to be sewn to the inside of the slipper in any way? I love UGG, I own several pairs of boots, sneakers and some clothing but I was quite disturbed with the quality of this item. It almost looks to be a knockoff or even a second? These are not cheap, for the money they should be made a whole lot better. Would not purchase again.

It was way too big

The slippers are comfortable however I would never get black again because when I take them off I have a black ring around both ankles. I wish now I would have gotten the lighter color which I have always done in the past.

I love these shoes, I think they're super cute and get lots of compliments on them. However, the one complaint I have is that every time I wear them no matter what kind of socks I have worn, as soon as I begin to walk my socks fall down. It's enough to drive you insane.

They are too small we have to return them

These are super cute and I was going to wear as house slippers around the house. I wanted to love, but they were tight around my ankles and for that I will be returning.

Ordered these on Nov. 30 for my granddaughter for Christmas. Was told they are on back order but yet it is is pending on my credit card.

Ordered them in my size but after the first use they felt as if they were slipping off.

And actual size is sold out til February. Was a gift for my son

The instep is very tight and I have a normal size foot. I can not wear sozks with these slippers.

I am very disappointed in the fit. I expe ted them to fit across the toes like the Ugg boots. They also slip in the back and rub my heel. Am considering returning them.

I use the product mainly around the house, and they're very comfortable however I do feel that they don't keep m feet as warm as I had expected which is disappointing. Overall they aren't bad

Cons: 1. No support. Even house slippers have support sometimes. 2. And hard to pull on over socks thin socks. 3. Expensive Pro: 1. Look good 2. Warm

I really wanted to keep these, but they run small and were too tight in my usual size. I was going to exchange for a larger pair, but by the time I received my order the color I wanted was sold out. Better luck next time. I will keep my eye out for when they are available!

all my shoes are the same size and fit the same. This is the third time I've purchased these in the same size but this time it fit small. My feet don't stay inside of them
