As far as the product...it is fine but as far as the return policy and or exchange policy I would give it a zero star. Do not feel that 6 - 8 weeks is a fair time to wait for a product return nor for a refund. Had to go to a retail store and purchase another pair so that my son could wear his Christmas gift before his next birthday in June. Now I just need to wait almost two months for my refund yet they wasted no time in taking the money out when I purchased their product.That took less than 24 hours..so why make the customer wait months? So not happy with Uggs customer service policy.

I wear these things everywhere, they're amazing. I just should have gotten a half size up but that's really on me I guess. Buy them!

I use like a winter tennis shoe without having to ware socks and 10 times the comfort. Even though it is very snug my heal slips up a bit but getting used to it, it does not really affect my walking or irritate it. I have to remember its a slipper.

I love them, i just wish the back of my heels didn't keep slipping off

only down side a little hard to get on the back always needs to be pulled up, but once on soft and comfortable.

A little too stiff for a slipper but can't beat the warmth. I live in Alaska and have used my little space heater to keep my feet warm a lot less since buying these!

Love this shoe - it's more than a slipper. I just wish the back were built up a little higher and it had a more flexible sole. I feel like my foot is coming out of the shoe. Otherwise...a great shoe for on the go!

Fur gets worn out quick Warm and Comfortable

My Classic Short UGG boots are a size 8 and fit great. My husband checked my boots for size, then ordered the Tasman slippers in size 8 for me for a Christmas gift last year from the UGG website. The slippers are wonderful once they are on, but I have a high in-step, and I actually have to use a shoehorn every time I put them on! The edge binding has not stretched AT ALL since I got them almost one year ago, and I find it really annoying to need a shoehorn to put on slippers, which I'd like to just slip on. Otherwise, these slippers are wonderful. If you have a high in-step, make sure you try them on, before just getting your regular boot size.

I wear these uggs as Slippers.

My son aways has these shoes on! He will wear them to school, cold outdoor events, and even to church (with the chestnut color)! I am going to buy this shoe style for years and years!

I love uggs and I have 4 pairs. My first two pairs of uggs i need to replace the insole. I have worn them so much that the inside fur is down to the sole of the shoe.

I've had these shoes for almost a year, and i wear them everyday to school. They are comfortable and stylish and i will be getting another pair soon!

The person that sold me the shoes said thats it is described as a clog.They are very comfortable and i would highly recommend these to a friend.

I got these shoes and i wasnt sure what to expect of them! But once i got them i threw them on and they were so warm and super soft. i wear them around the house as slippers AND shoes, but they're also good to wear outside in the cold weather. But beware of snow getting in....

These are the most comfortable shoes that I own. I live, work and play in UGGS and I can't say enough good things about them. I would like it if the fleece inside lasted a little longer.

These were my first pair of uggs. I just had to get a pair when I saw that they came in size 15!! Thank you soo much for making them in bigger sizes. They are amazingly comfortable and i get compliments on them all the time. They go great with jeans, and some tan pants in the winter. They don't really have a summer look. But overall they are great, defiantly will be buying another pair soon.

the key issue is sizing. the 13 I wear slip off the back, but you get used to them. 12 are too tight...need half size increments. also, I want to buy a black tasman size 13 and you haven't had them for the past two months..what is going on??

These are the most comfortable shows that I have. I wear them everywhere. I just wish they had the chocolate in my size....
