I have too return them because they are too big for my foot I bought them big because I had surgery on my foot so my size is 8 - 8 1/2 and bought a 9 not fitting at my foot the heel comes right up the back when I walk so I guess there are really true too the size.

These were a little snug so I had to order 1 size up, but besides that they're very comfortable and I love them. They were worth the wait

I use these slippers for everything. My last pair lasted at least four (4) years and I used them often, not only around the house. I'd wear them outside for short dog walks or to walk a couple blocks to the local store. They took a real beating, especially during Covid when it seemed pointless to put regular shoes on. These slippers held up for a good four years. I had to replace them when the glue on the rubber sole began to pull away from the bottom of the slipper. 4+ years of heavy duty wear is very impressive. I wish I could give a 4.75 rating. My only issue with the new pair is that they don't seem to be available in the dark brown color. That's the UGG color I love. Hopefully the chocolate brown color returns. Note: they always feel small the first 2-3 weeks until you break in the lining.

Love the color, only downside is they were on back order which took two months to receive

I wear slippers all the time because I am disabled. But I wear Uggs because they're the best.

Disappointed that I can't exchange for a size 7.

My feet are always cold! However, when I wear these shoes my feet are always warm!! I love them.

I never ordered these because the colors were so drab...I'm not into UGG neutrals unless they're a very feminine style. When I saw pretty pink with the orange, yellow, and red embroidery, I bought them immediately. I love my Tasman slippers, now that I have the right size! I started with the recommended 9s (in sizing info), because I'm a Women's 8 1/2 in regular shoes. They were giant...would not stay on for one step. I exchanged for an 8, since I wear an 8 Ugg classic boot. The 8 still slipped off and felt loose. I was hesitant to try the 7 (since it's 1.5 sizes smaller than my normal size), but I figured I might as well try. I'm so thrilled that they fit perfectly, and have conformed to my foot like a glove since last year. They are great to wear with long and midi skirts and dresses (dresses up enough for business casual or a date, yet comfy enough to wear everywhere...errands, doctors office, school...). The colors go great with my clothes, even with the multicolor trim...it's not overpowering. The design reminds me of my Scandinavian felt boots, traditional Swedish bonnet, etc., so they're fun for cultural events or wearing to see people on my Swedish side of the family. Still works good in the hood & with my mixed ancestry. Never had shoes that work from old world to urban before finding UGG...this particular brand brings a lot of cultural influences to the table. The only thing is they have a lot of stains, since I got a light color. I really wish UGG would make these using the water and stain resistant sheepskin but NOT if the wool is thinner, like the UGG II vs. UGG classic boots (the UGG II is stain/water resistant but UGG Classic has more fluff). I like my squishy shoes! I did use waterproofing but went a lil light cause I didn't want to discolor them. Well, just as I decided I would try bold brights or dark colors this year, I came online and found the bright Rose color, and the California Poppy. I can't decide! Next payday!

I'm sorry but all your products are for flat feet. I need to wear a shoe with an arch ... every slipper, boot I've ordered are all flat, why ?

I bought them for my mom and she loves them.

I would order at least 1/2 to 1 size bigger. I usually wear 7 in Uggs.

Go to a half size , I ordered a size 9 could use a 9.5 ,

I only took off a star because the big rubber bottoms are a little clompy for indoor slippers and sometimes my feet get cold in them, but I think more because my feet are getting sweaty/clammy vs. them not being insulated well enough. If helpful, I wear them without socks. The one time I wore them with socks my feet were nice and toasty, but I prefer the convenience of slippers without socks.
