Turned out to be one of my grandson's most favorite gifts. Great quality and comfort

I ordered the wrong size for my grandson for Christmas. I have tried to exchange for a larger size but I have not been able to as of today. Just about all sizes are out of stock. The help I received in the chat instructed me to do steps that are not available in the return/exchange section. During phone help, the recording said that department was having trouble and to talk to a person was a very long wait. Hoping the size I need gets replenished soon.

Gift for teenager

First time purchasing the Ugg brand and it is not for me. The slippers are comfortable but they slip up and down even though they are the right fit.

This was a gift for a grandchild He loves them and wears them to school.

If your man wears a half size like an 11.5 I would definitely get a 12 and not an 11. I ordered my boyfriend a 11 because I was told I need to get the true size of their half size. It's okay but shoes were just too small.

My son loves them, but they fit me better (I wear a 9.5) than him at size 11. I hope to return them for a larger size.

I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift but they are too tight all over. I even ordered a size up from his usual size. Very disappointed especially since these are so expensive.

the shoes are great and look good, i bought them for my boyfriend of 2 years as a christmas gift. we ended up breaking up so i have to return the shoes but i would recommend them for sure! i am definitely exchanging them for a womens pair because i love them so much.

I purchased these 10-21-24; by 11-11-24 the sole separated from the slipper. I sent for an in-warranty repair but was told it was not covered under warranty. DO NOT BUY!

My teenage football player (big boy) he just loves these! We're on his 3rd pair and I know he and his sister will wear these into adulthood! The quality is unsurpassed, the comfort is incredible and the choices are great. The black ones go with everything he said to me! Love it!

She loved them. I thought the color was not as pictured but she's thrilled with them.

The tasman slipper is amazing! The only minor issue was the sizing runs a bit small, but the exchange process was seamless and quick!

I only wore these inside and they are coming apart. A complete waste of my hard earned money. They don't feel like quality made. I'm completely surprised Ugg made these this cheesy

Love these, but I am between 8.5 and 9 so I got size 9. Too big but if I wear my really thick winter socks they fit nearly perfectly. I will also like to add if you have wide feet it may be hard/Impossible to get your whole foot in. Sizing up helps but them obviously they are gonna be too big.
